I seriously can't get enough of Charray. They are so compatible and perfect for each other. Evident from functions and onscreen together. They are always laughing and joking with each other. I hope they will let it out that they are a real couple soon.

Well I think the same, we have less time to be active in this thread so there are less time for us to chat, but I'm sure our love for this couple will still be here and our conversation will keep going on, Wow I have never thought that u will remember that I was from Sweden, thanks for complimenting my english skills I'm glad that u think my english is good ^^ well I myself know four languages, don't know if I could count mandarin to a language but I know swedish(of course), english, cantonese and mandarin. haha u are so cute, well I wonder too y they haven't that much of romures but I think they have b/c when u listen to CRHK Entertainment Daily by Eileen Cha she did mention ray in charms romuers boyfriends so I think there are romures in HK just that we don't know. But if there aren't any romures between charray we can think on the bright side like if charray really are going out then at least they can have time to be together in silent and don't need to worry about the stupid reporters I'm right?

Yes, DOL is coming to an end and I am already missing our Charray already. In the remaining episodes, Charray will be gone for 3 episodes due to them being send off to Middle East to explore the new market for the company. So there's not much Charray time left.....but we surely will continue to support this couple! I just love them more and more each day!

I hope we don't need to wait till the anniversary in Nov. to see them again!

Jupi:Thank you for the welcoming. Nice to meet you too! I’ve loved Charmaine and Raymond as an individual actor/actress. My first encounter I find fond of seeing them together was in Yummy Yummy. Although they were not a couple in that series but already I find them quite cute together. Especially the scenes when Ray trying to court Charm. Nevertheless it was LWOLAP that boost my affection for this couple. Now that they share a bond between husband and wife in TDOL, I’m overly joy with happiness and slightly lost of words. CharRay chemistry has totally hit the hardcore of my heart.

I do apologize for not being able to post often because I haven’t fully understood the series. Although I’ve watched DOL in CCTV version but the real knowledge of TVB version with English Subtitle is behind on the release of episodes, whereas, DOL that’s being aired in HK is coming to an end. Therefore, I can’t be too involved with the discussion; I may make myself a laughingstock. hihihi But no doubt I’m always in this thread with love and support for CharRay.

Here's the Charray thread and you can say all you want about your love and support for Charray without reservation and we will not laugh at you because we all share the passion for the love of this couple.

I have been a Charmaine supporter for a long time, and I am a Raymond fan after that Twin Dragon series (forgotten the name suddenly, must be getting old). I became a huge fan of Charray after LWOLAP because they just have such amazing chemistry. I thought they are just perfect after LWOLAP, and no one can top their chemistry, but to my surprise, they gotten beaten by another pair - Sau Fung and Zhen Pong. After seeing Charray in DOL, I think they are just beyond perfect. They are so natural, I just thought they are real lovers. I know that after filming together for 8 months, they gotta have that chemistry, otherwise, they are pretty lousy actor/actress. But the chemistry is there already at the beginning. Ray's overall emotional/romance scenes performance has also improved greatly. I think that's because of Charmaine. Having a great partner is key to romantic scenes performance loh.

MyHelen Thank you. You're not old. In fact, I'm old to be miscounting their months of filming together. hihihi Indeed it takes a great partner to totally exceed beyond perfection in performance. I can't agree with you more. CharRay totally immerse into their role, making viewers think they are a couple not only onscreen but also "in real life.” That’s what I call a great actor/actress. The greatest thing I find in this forum is not only we share the same passion for this couple but also the comfort and encouragement among each other. You guys are awesome!

TDOL is almost finished, two more weeks and no more Charrayness! And Kiki, totally agree with you, they can't be acting, the probably took this series as an excuse to defy their love. They are just to realistic together, like Wing Kei [Kevin and Niki] and they are real life couples! Maybe we just don't know they are going out with each other. Charray! I just can't really believe people think that Charray is rating poison. And these veiwers excuses are the age gap, I find that ridiculous and really immature. Anyhow, enough with the negative responses, I love the chemistry in TDOL, and now that they are back together. For some strange reason, whenever Raymond acts around Charmaine, his acting just soars to another level. He did a really amazing job here. I really think they should be able to win Best Couple, though there is a high chance for Linda and Raymond to win that.

I can't believe there are still rumors about Linda and Raymond going out. One, Raymond are not really interested in "westernized" woman, and Linda is one of them. He is more into his cultural aspects. It should be Charray all the way!

well first of all i want to tel u guys a great news the ratings for DOL in mainland peeked to 80pts and in the last two weeks eps also both charray have gained a bunch of fans in mainland and another thing is DOL will be broadcast in chinas most famus channel HunanTV so charray will be even more famus and the charray fans base will rise again!!! isn't that a great news? I just ove it when i think about it and I'm sure the rating will be great on the HunanTV channel too and maybe charray will go to mainland and promote DOL or have a functions like WAB had before, that will be great to see charray together in a show

i don't know if u guys have watch the scoop clip yet but I have re-watch it many time I just love the way charray act in it. I mean charms comment on ray make him laugh so long u really could see that he enjoyed it and think charm is really funny. and by the way I think that myolie didn't suit in it i mean it was only charray that was taling and joking and myolie just stand there. aw. just love charray so much it's soo nice to see them together as charray and not Pong+fung and they still have that great chemistry ect.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the episode where they dance. I have seen a picture of it. Was it only in the mandarin version. Also the scene where they are in the alley & Raymond asks Charmaine to stab him, there's a mandarin song, who sings it?

Also another scene I saw from a you tube MV where Charray are talking about having a dozen of kids (I worked it out from reading the subtitles). Was this also only in the mandarin version? If so, does anyone know which episode?

Have you guys read Zhen Pong's newest blog entry? It's so cute and sweet. Just reading the title (Good Wife) is already enough . Pity there's no CharRay anymore in the upcoming episodes. I think I'm going to re-watch all the CharRay episodes to refresh my mind.

- The dance scene is in neither of the versions if I'm not wrong. Both CCTV and TVB has cut that scene.

- Eps 44 (canto) and eps 43 (mando) are the episodes where Raymond asked Charmaine to stab him. The mandarin song is called: Ten Thousand Reasons by Zheng Yuan (is that his name?)

- Eps 30 is with the hotel scene where CharRay talked about having kids after Pong's proposal. Only the mando version has this scene.

myhelen, i was just about to translate the comment made by kiki on Pong's blog! (great minds think alike! ^^) LOL, i read it like 2 days ago but didn't have time to translate/post it but i just couldn't agree with the author more! I myself personally cannot believe that they don't even feel a TINY TEENSY bit of feelings for each other after acting as a couple for like 8 months! And their chemistry is just too awesome to be fabricated; they're both excellent actors/actresses, but some things just cannot be faked. The tenderness of their kisses, the love in their eyes, the way their pupils linger lovingly on each other, the heartbreaking tears...IT'S JUST TOO DAMN REAL!!!

Sept 26: Good Wife
The purpose of coming to the Middle East is to explore its business potentials, however, after arriving, only the second day and i'm already sick, mostly due to jet-lagging. I not only have a fever, but am throwing up as well as diarrhea ...very tiring and difficult indeed, especially for Sau Fung who's taking care of me. I don't want her to go out alone to work, afraid because she will be all alone in a foreign country, thus, i've postponed our work for a good couple of days. That silly girl actually didn't argue with me, and instead, stayed obediently and took care of me. Very unlike the usual head-strong personality of hers. She was fully in charge of my meals ; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even though it's only cooking rice, but i know how much work it must have been for her. A long time ago i had once thought of taking care of her like this, making her the happiest woman on earth. But in reality, i sometimes need someone to take care of me. Looking at the tenderness and care in her face when she's taking care of me, i know that i've indeed married a good wife.

Ida, Bittersweet - totally agree with you regarding Charray's love is so natural and real in DOL. And in real life, they are such good friends, I think Ray is always very happy when he is with Charmaine. Look at the QQ interview and the Scoop clip. They are just laughing non stop. Sometimes when you are not too close with someone, you will act very courteous, e.g. you will say thank you all the time, you would be very reserved in your comments and gestures etc. But when you look at Charray, they have just cut all these formalities out.

I am very disappointed that there's no Charray in episode 52-55, even more than the CCTV version. This make it really hard to finish watching the 4 charrayless episodes. Luckily the story is finally getting more intense with the conflict of the good and bad heightened. Make life a little easier.

REally look forward to epi 56 when Charray returns.
There are so many good fanfics based on the Sau Fung and Zhen Pong stories on GT forum. Sehseh and I have been both very busy with work and other stuff, so the tranlsation has been very slow. However, there's a really funny short story which I am attempting to translate. The story is a fantasy base on real characters - yup, Ray, Charm, Myolie, etc. etc. Will try to get some translation done next week and will let you guys know when it is ready. Stay tuned.....

Charray. I never even thought of the possibilty of those two together until I saw LWOLAP. Before that I always thought Chi Lam and Charm would be sooo cute together haha. I've moved on and now its Charray DOL is amazing. All their scenes are adorable together and eppide 19 and 44 and 48 are my favorites.

At first I really like ChiLam and Charmaine pairing too but not really love any couple until Charray colaboration come along and it's like I'm addicted to them. Yeah, I heard about the TVB artiste show at the casino/hotels in Macau. TVB has paired up all the "real" and "rumoured" couple and the "onscreen partners" at the show. And they have to pair up Linda and Ray. Well, the rumours between them, I think is entirely made up by TVB as I don't see any chemistry between the 2 onscreen and off screen. And I think TVB has totally missed that there is a rising crowd of Charray lovers after DOL! They are so "out" to still use HOG pairing Linda + Ray in this show and also in the TVB calendar (both Linda and Ray are featured in the same month, although there are a whole bunch of other people, the thought of TVB highly promotes this pair upsets me.) TVB has totally missed the new wave of charrayness.....In my eyes, my heart and my brain, Raylin is not even a close comparison to Charray.

Very very disappointed. I sure hope all of us could just unite and vote for Charray in all awards and hopefully TVB will wake up. I have a feeling that the mainland producers will have more vision to cast Charray in their production. Just like this time, CCTV has specifically asked for Charm and Ray to be in it.

Until we see the next Charray series or Charray collaboration (I would assume it is the TVB anniversary?) we are lucky to have each other here and the fanfics at GT!

I hope my opinion has not offended any Raylin lovers. This is afterall, a Charray thread. Just couldn't understand why anyone would not like Charray in DOL.

I have asked around my relatives and friends that knows chinese and non of them think they was a sweet couple they just love the storyline, it would have been so great if they change linda to charm I'm sure the peek for Alfred and Sam would have been even higher then the effect of ray and linda.

I read a gossip news on a very gossipy magazine about Ray being late to "The 4 detectives" filming. The article said that Ray didn't show up on Sept. 16 and he was late again on Sept. 21 for an hour. The call time was 2pm, but he didn't show up till almost 3pm. Now, being someone who is extremely sensitive and love to blow things up and start my own fantasy - I just can't help to link this news with another piece of gossip - that Ray was seen at TVB studios on Sept 21 early afternoongiving out his Mid Autumn Festival fruit basket to the crew members. So you ask, what does that has to do with Charray? Well, [b]Charm is at TVB studios on that day around the that time too for Forensic Heros II blessing ceremony. [/b] The blessing ceremony was at 3pm, but usually the artiste will arrive a bit early to do the makeup etc. Is this a co-incidence or what? I think it is getting very suspicious. My wishful thinking tells me that Ray is just using the gift basket as an excuse to see Charm. And he even risk being late for work......maybe he and Charm met up earlier that afternoon and he accompanied Charm to work before he left for his on location shooting......ok ok, I am getting too far fetched....better stop now.

Just wished that they'd filmed those parts...that would just be enough to make me have a heart attack! LOL...maybe if we start a petition TVB will get Charray to actually film those scenes and sell them as a special edition DVD!

Aww...not much Charray in this week's episodes. BUT DOL is airing starting this coming Monday on Fairchild TV @ 8PM! Woo hoo! I get to watch Charray fall in love all over again; from a bickering, competitive pair to a loving, understanding, AMAZING couple!! :yay:

I think sehseh said on her blog that since DOL will soon be airing again in Mainland on HunanTV, we should be able to expect the DOL cast to go to Mainland soon to promote DOL! Which means...MORE CHARRAY!!!!!
