Awww...Charm didn't make it through the second round of the International Emmy cuts But it was still a VERY great honor just to be nominated in the first place; if memory serves me correct, Charm was THE FIRST TVB actress ever to receive a nomination! bittersweet05, I watched the Lighting Ceremony already and spotted where Ray was sitting, so proud of myself If you watched toward the end after Leo did his magic trick and pull out that flower, the camera zoomed into the audience and after they showed Uncle Six, they will show the section where Ray was sitting at. The foremost row on the screen sat Tavia and Myolie, then the next row is Wong Cho Lam, Steven Au, YoYo Mung, Wong Hei, and Nat Chan. Then the most important row in the back sits CHARMAINE, Gigi Lai, Joe Ma, Michael Tse, RAYMOND, Derek Kwok!!!

Charray sat in the same row!!!! But too bad they were not next to each other. Maybe Bosco has the faster feet and secure his place next to the beauty Charm (I always thought Bosco has a crush on Charm or something lols) or that Charray want to keep their relationship hush hush heehee.

But during that part I mentioned, Michael Tse was whispering something to Ray and he kind of nodded. Maybe Michael said: "Aren't you jealous that mine series with your girlfriend Charmaine is the anniversary series?" Then Ray nodded "Of course I'm jealous! You better keep your hands off her during promotions!" lolss

Well it was less charray in the ending but I still think the ending was good I like the way ray acted when he comes out from the jail I mean it was soo sweet what he said and I can understand that he wanted to hear what charm wanted to say even if he wasn't mad at her anymore.
Well i'm disapointed too that charm didn't get nominated for her role in TDOL but I think that TVB want to be 100% sure that charm won't take the best actress award again that's y they didn't nominated her character.

Awww...Ray says Charm acted out her half-good half-evil role VERY well And i honestly think there's something between them or at least Ray has a crush on Charm 'cause he really, honest-to-god supports her all the way! He said so in his BLOG, in TWO different articles (once at the Luk Fook promotion, and second time going to Hunan) It's just so damn sweet!!! I mean, most of the other artists would say "Lee See Kei" or "Liza Wang" or one of the oldie veterans but nooooo our Ray-Ray is all like "Go Charm!"

Although Charray didn't get nominated as best couple nor Sau Fung got nominated, we fellow Charray lovers should feel satisfied that Ray/Zhen Bong has fully supported Charm/Sau Fung. He has said it so many times and so consistent. BTW, as I have said in other forums, Ray got mixed up - Charm was nominated as Ah Lan in GD, not as Sau Fung in DOL. Her role in GD is not "half-good-half-evil". I suppose Ray still believe he is Zhen Pong and he misses his wife so much that he can't help thinking about SauFung Charmie........or should I say, Sau Fung is always his leading lady? Heehee...
So there, we should be very happy that Charray is supporting each other whole heartedly and that's what's most important, right?

I have a feeling that Ray has a high chance to win Favourite male character. Again, I am in a dilemma - I really don't like the idea of Alfred winning as the reporters and fans will start making up stories and hype up his ties with Linda again. More importantly, I think Zhen Pong is much more likeable than Alfred and Ray's performance as Zhen Pong is so much better. The reporters have already made a lot of stories about how Ray chase after Linda and is so happy about partnering with Linda during their recent performance in Macau casinos. So, sorry Ray, I cannot support you fully in the Favourite male character category loh......but I will definitely vote for Ray in Best Actor category and hopefully he can get in Top 5. Same for Charmaine, we should all vote for Charm so that she could at least in Top 5!!!

I read that article about Raymond rooting for Charmaine to win best actress too.. i thought that was so sweet cos he really feels that she did a great job in DOL... dont know why she wasnt nominated for Sau Fung.. would just to see Charmaine and Raymond winning the award together.. definitely think they only did that cos they wanted to give the award to the two veterans this year and thought that Charmaine would be of threat.. but as well all said... Raymond supporting Charmaine is enough...

and about Raymond winning fav character.. i think chances are really really high.. i dont mind Raymond winning but i don't know.. Alfred wasnt that great.. he was a good guy as seen towards the end but i just didnt like the fact he cheated (though i do see why he did that).. Pong was heaps better in character.. never cheated like Alfred.. but anywho.. have to see how things go... i feel like making a Fung and Pong edited version then burn it onto DVD.. easier to watch that way...

That really sucks that TVB cut out the Charray bits. The main idea for me watching the show is just to see Charray and it sucks to know that I've missed a few Charray moments! I hear that the last part where they were in the hotel room and got married were cut off right? Sux0rs.

I pretty much didn't harbour hopes for Charray winning Best Actor and Actress alongside since the beginning. Being that Charm has already won two awards last year and if she did win again this year there will probably be a bit of trouble. But I really prefer her winning as Sau Fung than as her characters in MV. That was a nice series but her characters weren't as complex as Fung. And plus, we all know how TVB gives face to age. Though I'd have to say Susanna's acting is good becuz I hated her so much o-o.

By the way, did anyone realize that Charm's name is Fung in the series and Ray's name is also Fung in real life? Teehee ^^.

Oh yeah, regarding the Astro awards. I'm not sure whether the surfacing of AOD (Astro On Demand) will let DOL be nominated. Because the Awards were just WLT (Wah Lai Toi). So it's probably safer to say that LWOLAP would be our Charray hope. Though of course I would love it if Charray got nominated as Fung and Pong =D.

hmm, to prove that charray are wonderful together. There was an article on DOL in sinagpore's I magazine a month of so ago talking about the expectations of the actors and reveiews on their performance. THe magazine stated that in tis show raymond got to act with the two large fa dans in tvb. But they prefered the pairing of charmaine and raymond rather than raymond and myolie. They said that there was sizziling chemistry and a tinge of spice bet charmaine and raymond making them the more preferred couple. sooo YAY!!

I sure hope all these messages about how people are rooting for Charray will get to TVB's stubborn mind and blind eyes. I think LWOLAP will be nominated on Astro Awards this year. DOL should start airing on Wah Lai Toh in Dec or early next year, so we will be able to see Charray on stage again next year!!!!!! Two years in a row...you Malaysian fans are soooooo lucky!

I think Ray's favourite male character win has very high chance too. To me, Zhen Pong is definitely much more appealing than Alfred. Oh well. This year's nomination has seriously jeapodized the credibility of the Awards to me. All along I have heard people's comment about TVB just manipulated the results of the awards ever since Gigi Lai's winning year. After this year, it really gives me the impression that TVB is just manipulating the nomination to make way for those they want to give the awards to. Just a game for the Senior management. I probably sound so sour to say this. But they are just getting too obvious that I cannot pretend not to notice.

TVB's 60 episode series, "The Drive of Life" aired its ending episode last Friday, October 5th. Despite its grand cast of popular artists, the series had only modest ratings and mediocre feedback during its broadcast. Viewers did not complain nor praise the series.

The finale of "The Drive of Life" climbed 4 points and received average ratings of 33 points (approximately 2.14 million viewers) and peaked at 39 points (2.5 million viewers). Fortunately, the finale did not disappoint in the ratings.

The finale of "Steps" was also aired last Friday. The ratings climbed 3 points and averaged 32 points, peaking at 36 points.

I saw the preview from ep 58 and in ep 59 look like Joe is going to do to Ray what he did to Charm. Evil Joe! I hate him in this series.

This make me feel like wanting Ray to act in MV instead of Joe, then maybe he would win the best actor award with Charm last year. I love to see Charray in all generation in Chinese history

Actually I want to see Charray in a Qing dynasty series. Ray will be so cool to act as one of the royalty. He has never been in a Qing costume series, so it will be so nice to share his first with lovely Charmie, right?

Well u are so lucky get to see charm I'm living in Europe so i really wonder when it's my turn to see her well it's great that u will print a pic of charray so she can sign it, I'm sure she knows there are charray fans out there but u got to say it to her!! even if u don't know chinese u can always speek english with charm oh if u can or have time can u make a charray poster or something that stands charray then let her take a picture with it like what ray had ^^

We need to remember that we are here to discuss about our love for Charray. It doesn't matter if our pages are less or posts are less. What matters is that we are still centralizing on our favourite couple =).

for yummy yummy, i dunno somehow the sales presentation story looks more appealing than what was actually shown or produced. Charm seems to be part of the gang lol instead of being their "bo mo" and just there looking after them.

As for the Yummy Yummy pictures, I think it was the promotional video. The videos usually don't have a set cast and plot but only featuring the main idea of the plot. So Charm was most probably filmed as a part of the contestants.

And LWOLAP is forever a classic! I don't only love Charray but also the entire cast (except a selected few)! They were amazing in there and heart wrenching.
