Yeah, the wedding gown commercial has not been shot yet, but schedule to film early next month. The girl Ray will be paired with is Leanne. I like Leanne a lot, and I think she will look beautiful in wedding gowns; but then, I have longed to have a Charray wedding commercial, so I am very disappointed. I just hope that the company will change their mind and use another male artiste instead.

Interesting with all the languages... It's really great that we're learning so many languages, it makes communication much easier. I know English, Danish, French, Cantonese and Teochew pretty fluently. Lesser are Swedish, Norwegian, and a tiny bit Mandarin. I would like to be able to write/read and speak Mandarin though. That's why I'm intenting to take a year off, to learn Mandarin after I graduate High School.

I have been watching HOG, Linda's pretty bad. As for the chemistry, though Ray's able to have chemistry with most actress - we'll see. I'm looking more forward to see Yoyo and Ray, than him with Linda. Of course the dream pairing is CharRay, but we'll at least have that in Drive.

OMG, really really? I hope for a wedding promotion of Ar Fung for such a long time. He isn't in good mood when filmed the wedding clip with Shirley. A little too fat. Now is good time for a wedding promotion.

Well, I like Leanne Li, so I want her to get this commercial job. But I am trying to "save" Raymond for next time and hopefully it will be a Charray pairing. Leanne is the Ms. Chinese International Pageant champion, the year after Linda Chung. She has been a TVB8 host mostly and got some minor acting opportunites at different dramas such as Dicey Business. She will act as Michael Wong's wife in DOL.

Yeah, I am from DK, which is why I understand Danish but my parents are Chinese so learning Chinese is a must. Wish there weren't so many different Chinese dialects, though. It's impossible to learn them all.

BTW, just wanted to give a heads up to those unaware. As you all know TVB is currently airing Heart Of Greed in HK and ep. 11 which is on Monday will have Ray in it for more than 10 sec (ep. 7). No Charmaine - but Ray's really good looking in HOG, although he's bit on the skinny side. Am worried for him, in my opinion it's that cow Miss Lok's fault. She's a real piece of work!

wow! i am in awe! you know soo many languages! Hm, i only speak english, chinese, cantonese, a bit of hokkien (which shame on me cause i am a hokkien) and a bit of Japanese here and there. But i really love french! i think it is awesome, but very hard to pronounce them? not too sure about that.

just finished watching LWOLAP for like the fifth time and i just cant get enough Charray!! they are just so great together their chemistry is indescribable... the thing that makes them so good as well is that they both can act.. got to love them.. anywho.. i was reading off shehsheh.com cos someone posted up a bit of dialog from the drive of life which i thought was quite funny.. its about Charmaine talking to Damien and Gigi about Raymond.,. she said something like "I'm going to take you son back to Canada, then break his legs and let him sit in a wheelchair for life and then take good care for him for the rest of his life..." something along those lines.. which makes me want to know what brought her on to say that... man i really cant wait to watch the series..

someone also took a photo of the script and it was the scene where Raymond was chasing after Charmaine and she was carrying her mothers ashes.. Raymond kept chasing after her but she didnt look back and got in a taxi then i think after that her stomach started to hurt and i'm assuming she will have the miscarriage.. ohh so sad.. i swear when i watch those bits in the middle when they break up its going to my heart.. but at least we know they will get back together.. anywho... cant wait for drive of life!!

I agree with myhelen, sehseh's mv is very beautiful the song and the pictures flow well together, but oh so sad. I like all the leave images, autumn is very beautiful with all the colors of the leaves. Did you make the leaf and feather fall down yourself? Very artistic!

I read on sehseh's website about a scene where Charmaine has miscarriage with Raymond's baby in DOL, is this true? Will they end up together in the end? I'm worry I want a happy ending and TVB keep wanting to have twist at the end. So for sure DOL is airing on July 1st?

Yeah, it seems like it will be a happy ending. Charray will get back together and married . However, their challenge does not end there. Charm was the cause of Daimen's serious injury (not intentionally) thus, at one time Ray has to leave Charm as he doesn't know how to face her. However, according to the synopsis, Daimen got well at the end and he convinced Ray to forgive Charm. Thus, I believe it will be a happy ending afterall.

As Charm said in recent interview, the relationship between her and Ray should arouse lots of interest and anticipation since there are so many twists and turns. I find their relationship very intriguing and captivating too. Surely look forward to DOL and I really hope Charm and Ray's popularity will be even better after DOL and maybe they will get an award for it at the TVB anniversary and Astro awards!

oh ic, thank you myhelen for making me feel better about Charray's happy ending! It's just that TVB tries so hard to have surprise elements that they butcher the endings of some great series sometimes. So I'm still a lil hestitant about the ending still. I guess we will have to see.

CC is a classic. I would love to see another CC series. Too bad TVB and Chilam stopped working together. Ray and Chilam are both "big boys" who loves to play and have fun. Play in the sense like a naughty little kid. But I have to admit that Chilam's acting is more mature than Ray. Afterall, Chilam has been in the business much longer than Ray. Since another CC series is close to impossible now, I am hoping Charray will become the new classic. I totally fell in love with them in LWOLAP. And I hope DOL will prove this further and may even establish them as another classic pair.

I know, the gossip about Ray's affair in Beijing is a big shock to many Ray's fans. Having affairs with fellow artistes is one thing, but having affairs with a erh, you know, disco dancer/escort (something like that) is another thing. Actually this is not the first time that there's news about Ray having affairs with girls. Last time it was his assistant and this time it is even worse. She is not even pretty and is quite chubby. Oh well. The news does affect Ray's image loh. Throughout these years I have learned to ignore any rumours about Charm and now the same applies to Ray.

Is CC (Charmaine and Chilam Cheung (as in Julian))? I like them together too. Chilam has really cute dimples. Raymond has dimple too when he smiles. Just isn't obvious like Chilam. I like them both but I prefer Charray more. Charray are the first couple that I really love

^ Heart of Greed is fine. At least we get to see Raymond, but if you're not a huge Linda fan then you might get disappointed. Truth be told, the only one we really see is her, at least so far. Raymond has less than 5 min. pr episode. - Just a warning.

And how sweet of him to accompany Charm on her nursing home hunt. Love the a little over worried Charm asking the same set of questions to every nursing home manager. Love how Raymond could see through the facade and appreciate the real Charmaine since the beginning. I think I have asked you the question before - are you a medical school student or are you working at a hospital? I think I have read a fanfic on the winglin site Long time ago with Charm as the main character and the author is also a medical student. Just wondering are you the same person loh. The article scan that Jupi posted is part III, there should be a part I , II and IV. Those are also posted on shehsheh.com as well as Sehseh's blog. Basically the report is describing the scenes that she saw on location. E.g. the section posted here talks about the scene where Charray were strolling at the park and Ray suddenly think of a "good" way to please Charm by yelling "the city control is here" to chase away all the hawkers, so he and Charm has some quiet time together and he can pick up one of the rose bouquets they have left behind and present to Charm. They then get changed into another set of outfit and the next scene is similar. The hawkers are also running away from the patrols and left behind their goods incl. flowers. So Ray picked up a bouquet again except that this time it is peachy pink. Since the reported doesn't know the sequence of the 2 scenes, she is guessing:
Version one: years ago, Charray was stolling at the park and suddenly the patrol came. This was also the first time Ray presented flowers to Charm. then when they revisit the same place again years later, Ray tried to relive the past so he yelled "city patrol" to re-create the same situation
Version 2 is vice versa. They are revisiting the park, and encountered the same "city patrol" situation and reminded them of what happened years ago and they started reminisce the past.....

(well, with Charm's hairstyle, we know version 2 is more likely to be correct since the scene where she wears a white jacket is supposed to happen earlier)

I have always been a CC fans but since I haven't seen them for awhile I think that the charray pairing are going to me more now days. We will see. But I must say that charray and CC is the best couple I ever have seen.

Sorry, everyone for neglecting the thread but don't have any news on CharRay to contribute with, hehe.

But it's actually very interesting you guys mentioned the Astro Awards. I really think CharRay has a good shot at winning the best couple award. We know from previous experience that they have amazing chemistry together on (and off, heh) screen, from the video footage around from Drive it looks absolutely wonderful as well - it's a pretty interesting storyline albeit not very new, but what can you expect when it's TVB, ya know? - so as long as it receives a good amount of popularity and there isn't anything horribly wrong with the serie. I can totally see them bagging that price. Of course, we haven't seen the entire competition yet, but still they have a good shot!

As for the series aired already, The Brink of Law - Kate Tsui & Ron Ng - nah. Both aren't the best actors, esp. Kate if you ask me. Of course, there's also Bernice & Steven - don't know there, I wasn't particular interested in them, what do you guys think? Do they stand a chance against our always beautiful star couple CharRay? Then there was Life Art, but to be honest that serie sucked and it sucked badly. I don't think Kevin and Gigi will be any competition! There's BoTa in HOG, but they have so little screentime that it seems WAY unlikely. Besides HOG isn't doing well in the ratings nor the majority of the audience so *shrugs* who know? Then there's the Ray-Linda-Moses thing. Don't know where it's going but it has Linda in it so it must definitely be somewhere downwards!!! So far the most exiting Linda-Ray scene was probably when he drove past red light. Moses-Linda, don't know, some for some odd reason actually like this coupling. I for one think they look more like siblings that lovers.

You may call me biased, but I think they really lack the chemistry. Maybe that's partly due to Ray and Yoyo only collaborated once vs Charray has known each other for a long time (since 1999) and has collaborated many times incl. 3 series. Sure, Ray and Yoyo still laugh a lot and Ray helps her with her Mandarin when she asked for help. But, first, Ray didn't help Yoyo to complete her sentence, or help her to answer the questions. Also, Ray didn't use a lot of "us, we" or make additional comments to what Yoyo said. And he didn't nod or keep saying sth like "yes", "sure" to Yoyo's answer. Anyways, what I am trying to say is that I really think that Charm and Ray are good friends in real life and they understand each other well. and I am super happy to konw that.

Thanks for telling us that. Great to hear. i haven't watch that interview and I don't want to watch it either b/c I really don't like Yoyo so I will do my best to avoid every situation I can see her.
U may have a point there is true that yoyo and ray have just worked together once but I do think they know eachother I mean how long have yoyo been in this industry? but for sure charray are good friends and they did say it in the interview too that they are good friends and new eatother very well.

I hope Charray will win best couple too! I can't think of any couple that stand out and can compete with them and their chemistry. The pairings that Advo listed are just average, nothing is as special as Charray. I hope everybody can see that and reward Charray with this couple award.

Raymond and Yoyo have the same interview like Charray did too? They don't look like a couple at all, more like big sister and little brother to me. Is it because they briefly pair up in HOG? I don't think that is matching if Yoyo wear coat and Raymond wear shirt. I mean Charray match from head to toe, or atleast from shoulder to ankle lols Beige outer jacket and black inside shirt and jeans! That is very very matching couple outfit
I don't think any couple will have an interview as memorable and sweet as Charray. That interview is priceless! I keep rewatching it. I wonder when sehseh will upload the subbed version so I can download and see whenever.

As I had said i haven't seen the interview so I can't make any comment on how yoyo and ray look like. but I'm sure that they will look like more of a sister and brother then a couple. if u look at ray biography u will find that charm and ray have many thing in common like they both like Chow Yeung fat, hey their fave food it japanese food. and so on

Jupi, so Raymond has worn that outfit before. I think this make it much more coincidental that Charray would wear matching ones. Since he worn that before there was a very small chance that he would wear it again, but he did! Do you know what I mean? So Charray are a match made in heaven!
