hmm, I think I counted the number of Charray kisses in DOL before, but let's count again!

1. Charray kiss on the tram (ep. 11)
2. Charray kiss on their first official date in China (ep ?)
3. Charray kiss after Ray won the bedmaking contest (ep. 30)
4. Charray kiss on their wedding in HK (ep. ?)

That's all I can remember right now. Is there anymore I miss? Too bad Charray only kiss four times in such long series. But I think this is the most kissing scene Ray have in a series right? I don't think he kiss (or chose to kiss) his onscreen costar very often. I remember when filming a kissing scene with Selina Li in FTF, Ray even requested that she only kiss his cheek and they don't kiss lip. So he must only want to kiss Charm heehee

I'm so glad that she have vacation so she can see her mom but hope that charm will have time for other things like some advertisment and so on, so she can own "real" money.

I agree with u I miss the oldies too but I'm sure they will return soon. they all miss this lovely couple I'm sure about it. dawnlightI didn't see your post when I was typing but I can help u with the eps the first dating scene was in eps 19 but it's the mainland version so if TVB will change it or not I'm not to sure. and the wedding scene in HK the real one it was on eps 47 as well is the mainland version that showed it. hope this help

Charm is so hardworking, I agree she need and deserve the break. But I am selffish I want to see Charm and Ray and Charray news more frequently. I miss them together too!

I have just watched the tram kissing scene and as expected,they have used Ray's sub-theme, better known as Fung&Bong's theme song as background music. It is very nice, but kinda sad song for such a sweet moment. Just wish their kiss could be longer and more passionate heehee....

I agree with u, I think that the subtheme are kind of sad, that's y it would be perfect if TVB made a duet for charray so they can have a sweet love song together, then they could have use that song on the sweet scenes with charray ^^don't u think that would be perfect.
haha yeah the kissing scene wasn't that long but I think it was really sweet, and we all should know that the reall kissing when they filmed must be longer then the part we saw. just compare the multi kissing that charm did they didn't show the whole part so u can imagine how long they did kiss in fron of the camra but was not showned

I read the drop in rating too. But DOL is still the highest rated show so that's something! I think DOL ratings will rise as the stories get more developed.

I hope DOL ratings would skyrocket (especially during Charray's part) so TVB would know how much great support there are for Charray! Then maybe TVB will cast Charray together again and have a love duet for this perfect couple. I'm going to be so sad when DOL end and Charray work on different projects again. I just found out that Ray's Be Brave song is nominated in the Kid's Song Award! I wonder if Charm's DJK or DKG?? song is nominated also? Does this mean they will go to the award show? haha i just finished watching DOL epi 11. And the tram scene! haha wow it was soo cute.. and i had like butterflies in my stomach while watching. heheh, hmm but it doesnt look like they actually got together. Charm just wants the land... gosh charm's character is just soo somewhat bad, would do anything for money! i wanna see epi 12 now.

anyway, overall the tram scene was pretty nice and loved how they played Ray's song in the background.. the part where he sings about "how they dated , will be together forever!" aww it was just adorable. But on the other hand, just a bit disappointed with the scene too.. its not as good as i thought it would be.. showed too much of the tram moving and not enough of charray. lol i sorta liked the filming clip of this scene better haha hilarious.

Do you mean the TVB version? Gosh I hope the wedding scene isn't cut out. In the CCTV version though, there are two wedding scenes. Well the first one in Las Vegas we don't get to see them exchange vows or anything. They just show Charray in a hotel room hugging, but no kissing
Then the second wedding in HK, Ray has on a suit and Charm an elegant white dress. They kiss very sweetly in this scene which should be in ep 47 of CCTV version according to Jupi. I don't think they will cut these scenes out though because these are important to the plot.

aZnangel, I agree. The tram scene could have been filmed or edited better. I want to see more Charray kissing instead of the tram moving. Do you notice that at the end of the scene when they show the whole tram turning the corner, Charm look like she is still kissing Ray repeatedly many times? It should be Charray are kissing intimately then. They didnt' film the wideshot with that I guess.

Wow... so many Charray fans. This is amazing. I do agree w/ dawnlight and hope that TVB recognize our attention toward these two lovely couple who has created such great chemistry onscreen and how two of them think alike offscreen as well. Their acting onscreen seem so realistic and the romance and intimate relationship between them is amazing and touching to our hearts.

So far, TVB has only release 10 epi in California but I have only seen up to epi 4. I am anxious to see Charray scenes only. So excited about this series. How is the rating in HK so far since it's release? I heard it has been unbelievale, and I guess the audience love it.

Charmaine is filming another series in September 07 so she should be back in HK soon. Hopefully Raymond and her will have more opportunities to work together as a "couple" again. It looks like their spark onscreen have caught many audiences attention. I wish that Charm and Ray will have rumors offscreen.

finished watching up to ep12.. and that scene with Charray dancing has been cut.. so i guess its only a flashback.. which was a pity cos that would of been another great scene to watch.. TVB should stop cutting Charray scenes.. hopefully that will be the last they cut cos the rest of there scenes are important to the plot..

kare_bear, I agree with you too! Charray's chemistry is totally awesome! I do think they have the best chemistry! The rating for ep 1-5 was 34 and ep 6-10 was 29 I think. Even though it went down, I'm sure it will rise up way high when the story progress

well from the picture and the transcript that i read it should be placed either at the end of ep11 or in ep12.. it makes sense if they put that scene in those eps.. in ep 12 thats when Charmaine and Raymonds relationship is strained a little cos of the properties.. then i think Charmaine goes bankrupt and Raymond goes to China.. and then he changes his hair straight... unless they whip the scene in somewhere i think they cut it out.. not happy at all they should of left it in.. unless im totally wrong.. if not then they cut that scene out..

Kare Bear, I couldn't have agreed with you more about wishing Charray have some rumours off screen! Well, I think they are just good friends.

In HK audience standard, DOL is quite boring so far. It is quite plain and the intensity of conflict and tension is just not high enough to hook the people. The usual TVB grand production is much more intense and usually has a much worse villain. Besides I think there's no sustaining promotion going on for the series in HK. The noise level has just died down. It's no surprise to me that the ratings have dropped. I just hope that the part when Charm is back for revenge will bring the ratings up. And I hope TVB will keep more Charray scenes in the middle to build up the intensity and make Charm's revenge, conflict with the Wah family and her turning back to love much more dramatic.

I am thinking of the kid's songs awards too. I wonder if Charm's song got nominated. I sure hope Charray will meet during the ceremony.

I think we should all write to TVB and ask for more Charray scenes and a Charray duet.

I haven't read about their rumores but y I could say that kind of thing is b/c I heard a radio interview with benny chan which is charms rumor boyfriend for more then 4 years and he mention rays name so it got to have alot of rumores about charray ^^

Ida101, I think you are right about TVB cutting the dancing scene, unfortunately. I went back and look at the picture and Ray's hair look curly so it should be the time before they both go to Beijing. Stupid TVB editors! I want to be in that editing room and smack them in the back of their heads to knock some sense into them and idit DOL myself. I would put all the Charray scenes that they filmed in, not cutting anything about Charray! Maybe I will cut out Tobey's crying scenes to keep the time limit since nobody can endure her crying scenes anyways, no offense.
Gosh I hope TVB won't anger me anymore with the cutting! I don't mind them surprising us with new Charray scenes not in the CCTV version though. Come on!!
By the way Ida101, your story, the Tower, is really helping my missing of Charray. But it also make me sad for this couple in your story. Hope Charray can be together

I haven't watch DOL in the version where I can understand what's going on yet, still have to wait a few more months so I don't know how the story of other characters is progressing. It might be borring in HK viewers standard like you said. But I think Charray's story is extremely interesting. I may be biased but I bet HK viewers will like their complicated love story more later on so the rating will rise up yet.

TVB should know about all the Charray supporters since I and am sure many others have been emailing them. Plus, TVB isn't that blind, they have to see the natural chemistry with Charray right? I mean they were on series and game show and interviews together and everyone could see how compatible they are.
I remember watching a segment of old TVB anniversary when all the fa dan and siu sang were singing a medley together and toward the end Charray were running toward each other then hold hands to run into the studio. That was their first collaboration I think. Then TVB must have seen the chemistry there and cast them in LWOLAP!
I hope TVB won't get their mind stuck with the idea of fresh pairing and keep pairing Ray with newbies who can't even match his acting cough-Selena-cough-Kate-cough I don't mind watching Charray over and over agian, don't you?

I think the subtheme is too sad for happy scenes like this one though. Maybe it will grab at my heart more when they play it at the part when Ray ask Charm to kill him and then walk away and that scene when Ray confronted Charm in the car and she drive away. The background music then would be more emotional grabbing I think when the lyrics matches the mood of the scenes.

Well the dancing scene u can se a pic on page 19 which was posted by sehseh. anyway that scene are cuted off from the HK version and the mainland version so I think it's hard to find it somewhere but I hope we can do it in the futur. Well I haven't watch eps 12 of the canto version but I have watch the whole serie of the mandarin version and I can tell u that they really get out it is in eps 19 for the mainland version don't know if there will be any changes in the HK version. Well do u really want to know the plot? I can tell u that charm is not evil in this serie and charray will end up together. I think it's better to know that and not more othervise I will spoil everything.

I still feel mad that that dancing scene was cut from both version! Why did they even bother filming it then, giving us false hope! Is the purpose of that clip just for flashback? I hope that either Ray or Charm will have a flashback to that scene and they will show it longer with Charray conversation instead of just one second glimse

And he had so much fun with Charm that it make him like being on game shows I bet. I want to see Charray on game shows again, but too bad their schedules are tight. But rest assured, Charray will have a happy ending. They are a pair made in heaven. Although their road is rough, but nothing can separate them as true love prevails!

well.. im at uni now.. and i'm bored out of my brains.. first day back here and it sucks.. have another 2 hours till my next lecture.. so decided to come here with to get a bit of Charray love to make me feel happier..

actually my cousin was watching DOL and she actually realised that during the scenes with Charmaine and Raymond before they started dating.. everytime Raymond and Charmaine talk Raymond really liked to be really really close to her.. as in when they talk he would put his face really close to her.. this i didnt notice but my cousin did.. she found it quite interesting.. so i rewatched a there bits in the beginning.. canto version of course.. and she was right.. whenever Charmaine and Raymond spoke with each dont know if its unintentially or they purposly were just really close to each other.. which i find very swell..

i must say i really really like Charray's story line not only cos its Charray.. but also i like the fact how they go through so much and they be with each other.. Charmaine giving up on revenge.. Raymond going against his family a little.. proves that love beats all.. and that Pong and Fung love each other so much they are willing to sacrifice and put everything aside to be with each other.. that is sooo sweet!!

oh yeh.. for those reading my fanfic Tower.. didnt mean to make it all sad and stuff.. it kills me when i have to write how they break up and stuff.. but that just came to my mind.. won't give too much away though..

babyV., you are right dead on! The language barrier is nothing when it comes to Charray's chemistry. Their actions and gesture and eye signals said it all! That's why I love this couple so much. They are talented individuals who are very good at what they do and they are nice human beings as well who enjoy life.
I really love the kissing scene in ep 11. It's going to be sad seeing Charray break up again in ep 12 which I'm still downloading.

But no worries, they will get back together and have another kissing scene in ep 19! Ray will start appologizing in ep 17 when he realize how much he needs Charm.

Ida101, this is so funny, my friend and I notice the same thing too! When ever Charray converse, their head and body language come together like magnets. It's like as if they attract each other physically. I was telling my friend how Charray come together in real life too! Did you guys notice in interviews and functions, they always stick together closer than the other people? I remember seeing a news clip of a promotion where Charm was saying something and Ray lean his head or ear in this case really close to Charm's face. Look like she was kissing him lols

When I read them, I imagine the scenes in my head and it's entertaining to see if the actual scene matches or not lols Also, if I know something bad will happen to a character I like, I will prepare my emotion. And if have happy ending then I will be relieve and anticipate the ending, and not quit when I don't like certain parts. Do you know what I mean?

Charm is definitely not evil in DOL. Not evil in the sense like in ancient series, the evil character goes around killing people and making others lives miserable. Charm actually have conscience and stuff. Because her mother die, all her pain convert to hatred for the Wah family. Her mind doesn't like feeling pain so it turn to hatred so she can have a purpose to live on and that is to take revenge on Ray's family.

The one pic with moylie and Ray in it is when they were in Beijing. What happened was Ray's uncle told Moylie to take him out somewhere to relax while something was happening at the Car factory. I don't remember that part well because i saw it a while ago. I think it's in episode twentysomething.

Well the kneeling is from eps 32 direct after the wedding where charm said she won't marry ray. This scene is not showned in the mainland verison but charm told rays parents that she didn't want the baby and there where baging her to keep it, I don't want to write too detailed.
And the second last pic is in vancover when charm wants to find out how her mother died and that pic is during the time she was inside the prison where charms mom have lived in and this is before eps 32 [/spoiler]

OK great to know that u have watch eps 13 well yeah u will wait for awhile before they come back together but if I ahven't remember wrog I think that ray is already back for charm in eps 16 so u don't need to wait for 4 eps but at least 3 =P but there will be alot more charray moments in the furture

well nice to know that u like the spoliers that I wroted. well in next week the sweet scene and scenes that u can miss will start to coming out. eps 19 and forward is great. Yeah u are right it's heartbroking to watch eps 32 but I think u will like it even if it's so at least u know that charray will be together in the end. If I should be honest I think charm was pretty cool when she cam back for revange so u shouldn't miss that part.
Sorry to say that but u didn't misunderstand the summaries it's true that Ray proposed to myolie but believe it or not they haven't many sweet moments at all I think the only thing that can be a little more sweet is a huging scene nothing specaill.
I'm hopping for another charray serie too but maybe it wont be in this year first of all ray is filming his new ancient serie with ron, sammul and kenneth I don't know if they had bosco in it I don't think so b/c bosco is currently filming with myolie and liza wong. and for charm she is now having her vacation in hawaii and she will return to hong kong in middle or end of august and she will film FH II with bobby and kevin in september and it will film to november or maybe later so I don't know if there will be any charray serie that are going to film.. I hope for it, well just keep cross our fingers for another charray serie together and the rating for DOL will rise as fast as the share ^^

I think tihis is fun when HK was airing DOL with charray this theard seems very active and ppl here was posting non stop but now when there aren't any charray scene in DOL this theard also get less post and less active.

i was browsing around the net and came across the transcipt of the tram kissing scene.. and i think they did cut it short.. cos accroding to what i was reading they were kissing then the rain got reallt heavy so they had to go in the tram undercover... and then Charmaine said something like "So how does tonight count (something like that)?" then Raymond says "What do you mean?" then he goes on to say something like "What ever my girlfriend says" (cant remember exactly what they said.. roughly it was something like that...

cos that bit sort of allows the audience to recognise that they were a couple after that point.. and also the well known non-exsisting dancing scene.. cos after that it was confusing were their relationship stands.. then Raymond goes to China and then a a while after Charmaine goes to China with her mother.. then after the park scene thats when they offcially become a couple.. sooo yeh.. just that bit was a little confusing.. the way they cut it.. didnt know what they wanted to audience to think...

I was just wondering when actually will charray get together anyway?? We're like in episode 15 already & looks like there is no sign of them getting together yet. I was really hoping dat they get hook up earlier in da series so we'll be able to see more of them together. Coz when they are together & in luv, they really look so good Now it's just a bit disappointing not seeing them being together yet. I mean they will b breaking up in da middle of da series so dat's not faraway right???? Also without any of their scenes it can be quite boring.
