Don't worry charm will be on eps 16 b/c in eps 16 ray will come back for charm and hope she will forgive him so there will be a part with charray hope this help u out.. well I can't remember if CCTV have anything with charm in eps 14 and 15 I don't think they had so it's probobly right that TVB haven't her in either.

WOW! I've only been away for a week and look at how many new pages have sprung up since i left! (honestly, other forums get a new page like every month ) So many new faces err...Charray fans! YAY! More the merrier! In fact, our little Charray forum is turning more into one big family! teehee! I'm so glad Charray is gaining such a huge fanbase! By the way, apparently the ratings for DOL for the second week is only 29pts. (i blame it on the lack of Charrayness ) Hopefully it'll pull up as the plot progresses. (and more Charray scenes!) I just KNOW DOL will surpass HOG and then when the ratings skyrocket and break reords, there will be many many cast parties and celebrations...leading to many many Charray sightings. (Rayda who?) Then Charray will be a legendary TVB couple and maybe even...real couple. LOL, me and my crazy imaginations. But honestly, maybe i've said this before, and i'll say it again: i've never seen as much sparks and passion between Ray and his costars and Charm and her costars before! As many have mentioned, they just come together so naturally and always together at functions and events. It's hard to believe they're not together in real life...

Ok Sehseh! I just knew it! Sooner or later you will find out! I have been following that story by Step loyally and I have been debating whether I should translate that for our friends here! It is LOTS of work and I don't think I can translate a script/novel well. I mean, I can do it with news articles and stuff, but fan fiction? Besides Step writes sooooo welll that I am worried I would ruin it by my lousy translation. BTW, what is your nickname on Goodtaste forum? I am still the same old myhelen!
So, ok, I will try, but it will be very slow because I am very swamped with work PLUS I will be going away for 2 weeks end of August. And Sehseh and other fiction writers such as Ida could help change my rough draft and tailor it into something more fiction like. I will try to start tonight/tomorrow for the first chapter and see how it goes!

IDA and all others, the "transcript" that you are referring to is just Step's fan ficiton. So people, there is NO extra tram scene where Charm asked Ray what does he say about the night. It is just Step's great work in bringing the transition to boyfriend/gf more smooth.

BTW, I have emailed to TVB as well, praising the chemistry about our Charray and how we are disappointed by having so few Charray scenes in DOL and urged them to pair them up more.

COUPLE!!!!! i watched DOL in mando from ep.01-58 just for CHARRAY and i don't even know how to utter a single word of maderin lol sounds weird huh? sitting through 58 episodes not knowing what they're saying HEY! u can call me crazy but i would do anything to see CHARRAY. They better be together in real-life its like a match made in heaven and if they aren't fate&destiny better bring them together, hopefully, and i can sense that raymond is definetly falling for charm, if he hasn't fallen yet. darn it! HK airs so slowly only 1 ep. per day COME ON!!!! in the mainlands they aired 3 per day but there was alot cut-off especially charray's kissing scenes(those stupid a**) it sucks because from july 16 till now i've only watch ep.1-15 anyways looking forward to seeing charray in DOL canto version =D

Well I have watch the mandarin version too but in difference from u I understand mandarin but I prefer cantonese so I can hear the real voice and hear the expression in their words. well i hope u enjoyed the mandarin version even if u didn't understand what they said.

Well charm just study overseas in Switzerland and she was born in HK and lived there till she was 18 and then got to Switzerland for study. her mother left to hawaii after charm had graduate she was 22 years old back then so her mother have lived in hawaii for 10 years the same as how long charm have been in this industry ^^well hope this help u to know about charm more

Oohh speaking of Charm on "Be My Guest", i remember Stephen had asked her if there was one co-star whom she actually truly fell for in real life and she said "yes, there was one." But she wouldn't say who...however, i have a tingly feeling that it's a certain co-star in a long 60 episode series right now ...not to name any names. (inside my head there's a little person running around screaming "RAYMOND LAMMMMM!" LMAO!)

And yeah, i agree with Jupi, all the hype around HOG even though it's long over is just too overrated (all those pics of Ray and Linda at HOG celebrations were pissing me off, being a die-hard Charray fan i am ) It was a decent series, but definitely not perfect. And between HOG and DOL, i'd have to say DOL, hands down because just the casting, DOL already has a clear advantage. And of course, there's Charray who's OOZING with chemistry.

I've sent e-mails telling TVB about how awesome Charray is and their ever growing fanbase as well as our displeasures of all the cut Charray scenes. ( If they cut anymore Charray scenes i'm going to BOMBARD them with complaint letters! )

The kissing scenes in ep11 between Charm and Raymond was pretty disappointing. I expecting a little bit more but it lacks passion between the two. I felt Raymond was holding Charm closer to him enough to make the scenes truly convincing that he was interested in her. I felt that it was more force. It was definitely a romantic and intimate moment but it lacks passion. The two definitely have great chemistry between each other. Boy does it sucks that they were separated soon after they encounter money problems. I felt so bad for Charm that she lost everything, and all she wanted to do was take care of her mom in this movie. I admit she pulls a lot of mean stunt and tricks but she isn't playing an evil character. She's a good daughter in this series. When Raymond was about to leave to Beijing, he looked at Charm's pic, and I was wondering when he got her pic and when they got together. It was horrible how she treated him when he was drunk and all he wanted was her sympathy after he lost everything. Ok so could someone elaborate what occurred to got them bankrupt? I was a hit confuse. I know it had to do w/ a bad investment.




I love the combination of characters of Charm and Raymond. Wonderful job! I wish TVB knows how many fans love Charray so that they continue to recruit these two together in movies in the near future.

I wish Charmaine and Raymond were a real couple in real life but I heard rumors that Ray and Linda were together. You should seen couple pics of him holding her hands pretty tightly on stage when they sing. Hopefuly this is just rumor and that maybe Charm and Raymond are in love but kept their romance in the closet.

Well I think it's b/c it's the early stat in their relationship, if u keep on watching u will see that their love and all have grow and the kissing scene later will be more passionate and the chemistry between them are amazing. just stay turnd and u will find out more sweet scene of them and u won't be disapointed.

Well y they get bankrupt it's b/c ray didn't sell the territory instead he wanted to build block of flats but then it comes to 1998 and the economy in HK and worldvide get very bad and their work partners just leave and didn't invest any more money to the project and charm did buy 10 or more apartments from ray so she had borrow alot of money. hope this help u

Welll....if i remember correctly, when Charm said "Yes there was one." Stephen pressed further trying to get it out of Charm who the guy was but Charm just wouldn't say who. However, Stephen asked "Was it someone you worked with at the beginning of your career or recently?" and Charm said "in the middle." so it probably wouldn't be Raymond since the earliest film they worked on was Yummy Yummy and that was in like 2005, which hardly qualifies for "middle".
But then again, Charm could be lying, after all, she could be giving us false clues to throw us off the trail because if it got out that she and Ray are together...well, you know the media in HK.
So i still have strong hopes that it was Ray whom she as referring to. Yay Charray!!

Well the ratings for DOL last week was 30 point and it have rised abit not that much but it goes on the right way so we can be glad at that point ^^well I think the ratings for DOL will be better this week b/c it's now the storyline begins and it's now everything is going to be intresting

I sure hope Ray isn't pair up with Linda again. It annoyed me very much whenever I see them together. I just hate Linda's weak voice and just don't like seeing her with Charm's man. Actually I only prefer Ray with Charm and only Charm, no one else! It irritates me when rumors not of Charray ever but keep pairing Ray up with some other girl. Reporters should be more wise and rumor Charray so we can go googoogahgah over read their supposed love heehee.

well it's true that TVB have take that award away but we can venture on astro awards instead. well they did take fave character award in asto but they didn't take best couple award. and in 2005 they take the best actress nad best actors award

Hola everyone. lol. I haven't been here for like 2 days and this thread is on page 22!!! so much has happened. i was going to post yesturday but i had to go to the doctors because my right eye was hurting and it was so scary the doctor had to put this string into my top tear hole. I needed like 3 people to hold me down. And when he put it in it was so ticklish. Well back to Charray. I was woundering like which island does charmaine live on in Hawaii?? Anybody know???

Hey jupi, i totally agree with u when u say u don't understand why tvb is promoting kate. Man she really cannot act & da worst thing is they are pairing her with ray in four constables series I was totally upset when i heard char was not in dat series

I know that TVB need to promote newbies b/c the other fah dans are getting older and they will soon leave this industry so they need new blod to contiune but I think there are better actress out there who are steel young. Well I was disapointed when I find out that kate will be paired up with ray but we can't do anything about it so just let hope that TVB will film another serie with charray together next year. We can always hope for some functions or advertisments so the can collaborate again ^^

When did he ever say that? Do you actually have a reliable source? And what does that have to do with Charray fans? I mean, sure we want what's best for our idol, but that doesn't mean that we can't be a fan of him and another actress. Personally I think that is entirely up to ourselves. In my opinion, just because we're fans doesn't mean that we will do exactly as our idols say, if he even said so.

Edit: I think there's plenty of Raymond fans who support Ray only. And even if we support Raymond with Charmaine that doesn't mean that we only like them together. I love seeing Raymond on and off screen, regardless of Charmaine being involved.

Anyway, did anyone watch episode 17? It was so sweet when he predicted that Charmaine would scold him while reading his very sweet e-mail Can't wait to see more of them. When is their date? The one where Ray convinces her that they can have fun with 40 dollars or something like that.

Charmaine and Raymond has been disturbing my eyes very recently. There scene has caused me to feel ill and troubled.
