I think Gigi Lai is prettier but Sonija Kwok is a better actress. i particularly liked Sonija in Lethal weapon of love and passion and the last breakthrough.

I think Sonija has the ugliest mouth ever, it's so disgusting when you have to watch her speak.

So I pick Gigi since her features seem pretty much flawless and she is gorgeous, and plus she looks younger than Sonija, heck, sonija is as old as a hag.

Er. I don't really like Sonija that much. So I guess I pick Gigi. I liked her best in...I don't really know what I like her best in. Probably War and Beauty or The Charm Beneath.

mmm, i wasn't really a fan of sonija, her mouth always annoyed me when she spoke, and that's why most of the time, i would try to avoid her series as much as possible, but another thing is, once i actually watch her series, i do like the series

i think both sonija and gig are very gorgeous woman, if sonija wasn't pretty she wouldnt have won the beauty pageants that she had won ( but i guess its b/c she has other aspects that made the judges love her)

acting wise..i think they're on the same level =]

One of my favourite actress is Sonija so I go for Sonija for prettiness but I have to admit that Gigi is pretty and her acting skill is better.

Gigi lai is a lot better. her acting is a lot better. in terms of looks its hard but Gigi is a bit older so maybe Gigi.

i think sonjia and gigi are both very pretty in different ways....but when it comes to acting, i think gigi is a better actress since she won the best actress award

I think she much more prettier and I LOVED her in Dance Of Passion. She did a great job!

I dont like Sonija. She always goes out with the male lead of the thing she's filming my mum says too!

I don't like both, but I think Gigi Lai is prettier. She gives off this really "elegant" vibe. Sonija gives a more "mature" feeling. IMO
But in terms of acting, I'm not a fan.

i say Gigi Lai is so much better! Gigi's prettier and better in acting. have you guys seen the ultimate crime fighter? she's so likeable eventhough she's ugly. It's not that Sonija is bad, but i just prefer Gigi!

LOL. So you're hating Sonija for it? Why not blame the scriptwriter or the director instead? They are the ones who are responsible for the plot after all.

Anyway, if I were to pick between Gigi and Sonija.. I would choose Gigi for acting while Sonija for prettiness. For some reason I don't like the way Gigi look, not my cup of tea...

I think Gigi is way better. In terms of looks and acting, Gigi is better.

I like Gigi Lai more... not becuase she is prettier but becuase she can act better. I mean Sonjia's facial expressions kinda suck.. so thats why she is more suited for the villian.. those characters are supposed to have the fake and emotionless face. Whenever she is the "good guy" she still has that same emotionaless face so its like she's secretlu evil or something so u cant accept the fact that she is the good guy.
Gigi has many faces.. from serious (DOP) to childish (UCF) to pathetic (WAB) to carefree (SOT)
My favorite Gigi role is the one in Dance of Passion becuase she was the strong woman that didnt let any one tell her what to do and the way she loved Bowie was just so touching! She also had that whole "strong" person face most of the time too....

my love goes out to gigi, she's sooo darn pretty and good at acting, gosh some of u are soo shallow for hating someone cause of how she cries, give me a break, no one looks pretty crying sheeesh, Sonija's acting isnt very good and when she has the good role, its very fake...she can only pull off bad roles :/

Anyway , I don't particularly like Gigi or Sonija full-out.
Gigi's looks don't appeal to me, and Sonija's acting is a bit too fake.
So overall,
Gigi wins my acting vote, and Sonija wins my looks vote.

I think Gigi is the better actress and personally i think she's wayyy prettier.. Something about Sonija just.. o__o annoys me? i dont know.. lol

I think Gigi is way more versatile of an actress and i've liked many parts that she's played :]
