One thing that i really hate is anti-fans of certain groups or celebrities because it's totally pointless! if they don't like the celebrity/ies then just don't buy their music, go to their concerts or go on their fansites. It really makes me furious when an anti-fan over steps the mark and actually harms the singers/actors/idols etc. For example when a anti-fan put super glue into Yunho drink (dbsk/tvxq)
All they're trying to do is entertain their fans and show their appriciation for the support they recieve.

Another thing that they do which bugs the hell out of me is anti-fans buying tikets to the singers concert just so they can shout abuse or write abusive messages and hold it up at them. It's completely unnessessary! those tickets could have gone to people who would appricate them!
For example KAT-TUN held a concert and a group of anti-fans sat right in the front and held plaque cards which said "kame (member of kat-tun) go die"

i am a huge fan of dbsk/tvxq and anti-fans just piss me off especially if they deliberately go on their fansite to deliberately critique them.

I'm not a fan of some bands/singers who are popular at the moment like W-inds yet i don't hate them, i just don't show interest in them, yet (never know)

These singers/actors/idols are human beings before they're entertainers and they should be allowed the freedom/respect/rights as everyone else. just because they're celebrities, doesn't mean they can't get hurt.

granted that some fans can get obssesive obout their idols and sometimes that's partly the reason why anti-fans arise but instead of being anti-fans of...dbsk? they should be anti-fans of dbsk fans although it would be better if they're neither as it's known that some fans can get attacked just for being fans.

Im actually not a Kame fan but I feel sorry for him when I read this thing. He was almost into tears AFAIK.I guess if he's the unprofessional type of person he might have walked out of that stage.

Like Jen1113, I'm a Charmaine's hater but I don't go to her functions and scold her. (It's because I don't want to puke and die whenever I see her.) Nor do I go her thread/websites to put down her because I respect those who like her (even those who annoy the hell out of me). Even though I want her out of TVB, I don't go to the extent to poisoning her!

Anti-fans make me laugh, and they make my life a little more blissful I must say. To hear and see such pathetic and pitiful people, really makes my life so much more worth living for. Okay, kdding aside, I do not like anti-fans either.
I don't like certain celebrities either, but I don't waste time going into their forums to bash on them because it's pointless. You get nothing in return.

It's usually the fans of ceberities I don't like either, which in turn makes me dislike the actual celebrity in turn. Sad, but true. There's some negative correlation going on there, if you think about it.

I might be a hater but I don't go around OTHER sites or forums having fun dissing the artiste or the fans. And i don't even want to bother myself by going to functions (as if I really have a chance) and put up banners: WE HATE CHARMAINE! Rofl. I would rather be in my comfy room doing my work and enjoy the free time i have. And for heaven's sake, I go around the FANS' threads especially making offensive comments. But I can't help but notice that it's the fans who are making us boil. >.>

i always wonder why some anti-fans go to such extremes. like poisoning drinks and sending threatening letters. the worst one is when they buy tickets to their concerts and then trash them at their concerts. i dont see the logic in that. that just totally wasted a ticket .

its normal to not like a celebrity. but its not normal to personally try to ruin their lives. you dont even know them in person. you only know them as a celebrity. and their personalities on and off stage can be pretty contradicting. i kinda feel bad for anti-fans in a way. cause they have no other life than trying to hurt someone they dont even really know. i think its so unnecessary and stupid to be so extreme and violent towards a celebrity.

I think its extremely mean and immature to 'punish' the artistes whom you don't like. Like the whole deal with SNSD and ELFS/Cassies etc. Also, the whole Only-13 deal. Why punish those 2 poor boys just because of their management's decision? They did absolutely no wrong, and despite repeated assurances that they wouldn't be part of Super Junior, there are still fans that seek to make their lives miserable.

I know that there are people that are not going to like the same idols as me. I respect that because I know everybody has different opinions. But if people are to a point where they try and physically harm the idols, or they do really stupid stuff, please just get a life. Go study in school or something.

I didnt know that the anti-fans would go that far. That person has nothing to do but ruin that person's life. If I dont like a person I would stay away from the site or the thread but I wouldnt put that person down and I wouldnt do anything to harm them because they didnt do anything wrong.

I don't know but to me they are funny especially what they have wrote...it's weird, they said they hate the artist but still follow their news and up-date about him/her...and I guess to able them condemn the artist even more...if I hate an actor or actress, I won't waste my time to read or up-date myself about them and wrote stupid things at the unappropriate place...

One or two or more people that I know, they won't bad mouth the actor/actress they hate at their own individual thread but still posting their negative comments in unappropriate thread which not around this critics hang-out section...

For example, I used to love this Taiwanese actress, still love her actually but stop visiting her thread after one or two people wrote something bad about others...my friend who happen love and visit her thread once in a while also realizing the same thing but still going there...sometime she told me what going on there and she quite upset as well but still going there...I told her, if you wanna know more about her just go to baidu or her official website since she knows Chinese way better than me...I can't stand if I was her, she said, she just wanna know their crazy and nonsense thought better and laugh at them even though she can only does that quitely because what those anti-fans was wrote totally wrong, twist something here and there and at the end obviously they know nothing

I may really really dislike an artist but I won't follow his/her news and keep reading it just to end up talking about how much I hate this and that. I agree with those that said some anti-fans are sooo extreme that they go and 'punish' the artists. Hm..but I think there are different 'degrees' of anti-fans for me. Like those fans that actually harm the person is a big no-no for me. But I guess, in a way, fans can dislike artists too; there's gotta be a balance. Cause I mean those extreme fans that idolize their artists, spending their whole life "loving/admiring" that artist, is that a waste of time too? I might not like certain celebrities...I may even disklike them, but I don't hate them to the point of calling myself an anti-fan. It's really appalling to me to see a celebrity with a lot of anti-fans. I think to myself that they must be really famous to have so many people know their bad & good deeds to hate them that much. Well, anti-fans are an inevitable element in a celebrity's life & most celebs do accept the fact that they have haters, but going out of your way to hurt someone is just crossing the line.
Criticising (NOT bashing) them in the appropriate place (like the Critics Hangout, for example) is acceptable, but barging into the fan-forums & yakking on about how despicable that certain celeb is, just goes to prove how incredibly mature (note: sarcasm) the haters themselves are.

Though, these anti-fans should realise that by hollering vulgarities at a particular celeb or their group of fans, they're just gaining furthermore sympathy & support for the ones they're attacking, thus creating an opposite-effect on the people they'd hoped to influence with their grimy, smelly hatred.
Although I just think the majority of these haters are plain attention wh*res

I'm not a fan of Kame, but it definitely took him a whole lot of courage to continue his performance with the same enthusiasm while having that unpleasant placard being pointed at him & I gotta say that I admire him a whole lot for that. I'm so happy to see this thread out here, I have always been wondering too why anti fans/ haters or another actress/actor spend so much time to find information about the actress/actor they hate, I think it's waste of time by doing it.

I myself would never do that I mean why don't I spend my time in doing something fun and things that I enjoy instead of wasting my time to look up information that I don't want to know.

But there will always be haters out there and maybe they have nothing more to do then destroying other peoples life etc. Maybe this is the only thing they are enjoying and the only thing they can find in life that means something for them. so with another word we should pitty them by doing it.

Okay, I dislike many celebrities, but mostly because I find them to be not talented and yet, they're still famous. So, that's why I diss them down. Does that make me an anti-fan? Because I am definitely not like those intense netizens who spend all of their lives looking up every single information about some celeb they hate, try to bring them down & make a big deal out of everything. But, sometimes, I just see articles about celebs I hate & I just have to make a comment about it. It's not like I PURPOSELY look up stuff about them to diss them.

I know what you mean, I think everyone is different I will call myself an antifans toward lots of actress and actors but how I do is fast forward their news, I don't even spend my time in reading their news because I don't think it's nessecary.
But of course I think most of the ani-fans that appear dislike an actress/actor because they think they are un talent but still they have fans and get promoted like crazy.

I'll never understand why people put so much time and effort into hating entertainers. I mean, you don't know these people, they've certainly never done anything to attack or offend you personally, so why the irritation at their mere existence?
There's plenty of entertainers I don't like to watch or listen to, and as a result I avoid watching or listening to them. I'll be a bit irked if they're in something else I want to watch or listen to, but hey, that's life. I'm not going to waste my energy typing up in-depth analysis into how horrible they are as people, because I don't know these things. I just think they're a singer or actor who isn't talented, or to my taste.

Everyone has entertainers who aren't their cup of tea. But when someone takes time out of their life to make attacks on them or their fans? That's just absurd and obsessive.

but it is pointless to actually follow and get updated about those stars just to bash them up..

Grrrrr I just want to flush out all my frustration. WHAT IS THE POINT TO BE AN ANTI FAN ? These people catch up the news, use their talent to make clips, just to bash the artist. Why don't they use their time and also their talent to create something nice to their idols ? I don't really get it.

from all the anti business I've seen, I've come to notice Kame anti-fans in particular are really rude & despicable! like it was mentioned in the topicstart, at 1 of KAT-TUN's concerts, a group of his haters held up posters saying "go die"...but that's not all! Some even hurled abuse at him & shouted at him to get off the stage! Back in '07, when Kame stood up to speak, a group of haters yelled at him & told him to "shut up!" understandably, Kame was really hurt & upset by that. Also recently, his haters are up to their nasty business again, lately they've been trying to "re-create" KT's history, singling out Kame by making up all these ridiculous lies & stories to try and push him out of the group, by alleging that he "doesn't get along with the other members", "he's distancing himself from the rest" or that "the other members never liked him" and all that kind of stupid crap!
Often they would also boycott any project that's related to Kame...but do they even realize that by doing so, other ppl who have worked so hard on these projects are also being effected by their careless actions?

The Kame fans are just way too extreme...and I don't even understand why they hate him so much, I mean, he personally hasn't done or said anything wrong or "offensive" to anyone. Lately the big issue many antis have with Kame is his excessive promotions & exposure, that's why many of them "hate" him now...but is that even his own fault? If those haters want to point their fingers at someone, then they should focus on the company Johnny Jimusho, it is the company that's promoting their artists, the company gives Kame all the work...he doesn't even have the freedom to pick the projects he does or even just a little as a say in it, they're all given to him by the company, and he just does every piece of work that's been given to him. So it's very bias of those antis to condemn Kame over something he has very little or no control over whatsoever
From how I see things, the amount of hate there is for Kame is just outrageous! He personally hasn't done anything wrong or offensive!

A lot of Korean anti-fans are very extreme too, often I read & hear about them hurting those celebs they "hate" by trying to personally attack them...such as that 1 time when a anti poisoned a DBSK member's drink, and when a group of antis posed as fans to try and get close to Yoon Eun Hye but started attacking her once they got close.
I recall reading a report a while back stating that attacks from anti-fans are so extreme in Korea that some Korean celebs even have fears of stepping out of their own homes, in case of being attacked by antis!

These "haters" are really just too much, they're disrespectful, rude & unreasonable...but then, that's the nature of most extreme "haters"...often they'll go to extreme lengths just to bring down & hurt those celebs they "hate" so much, sometimes even resort to personal attacks.
Of course there are also some fans who can be too extreme & obsessive too.

There's a certain limit to being a fan & a anti-fan, you can love & support your idol healthily & more maturely, and you can dislike a celeb in a more reasonable manner. But when fans & anti-fans go too far, they cross the line.

everyone has fans and anti-fans. Of course, you cant expect anti-fans say good about your idols. Funny thing is that "fans" restrict anti-fans be nasty their idols, but fans have all the rights to be spiteful "anti-fans"'s idols.

If fans wasted times and money for their idols, anti-fans could do the same for those they hate. Maybe in anti-fans's pov, it s a way to support their idols.
