I think the story line is somewhat light comedy with romance. woot I cant wait to see AG in couple.

Gillian & Alex Go their Seperate Ways @ Blessing Ceremony

The blessing ceremony for the movie, ‘The Fantastic Water Babes’ (出水芙蓉) was held in Cheung Chau yesterday. Apart from the main casts, Gillian Chung, Alex Fong, Tian Liang and Eva Huang, Eva’s rumoured boyfriend, Yang Zi also attended the event. At the previous function for the movie, Alex and Gillian seemed to disregard each other but this time, the two cooperated very well. Not only did they stand next to each other during the group photo, they were then willing to have photos taken of them standing together. But once the ceremony started, the two went their separate ways. When Gillian accepted a television interview, she immediately turned away when she saw that Alex had not finished his. Yesterday’s weather was unsettled, causing Eva Huang to be soaked from the sudden down pour of rain. Her blue dress became transparent, which revealed her white top underneath.

In this movie, Gillian and Alex play bickering enemies, when asked if they will become lovers, Alex replied, “At the moment, it’s bickering. There will be no kissing scene.” It is known that Gillian and Alex have a lot of screen time together, so it was questioned if they will meet up in their own time and talk about the script. When asked this, Alex nervously answered, “I do not dare! Artists are lonely people, we do not have many friends, and most of my friends are not in this industry!”

Gillian has moved in Cheung Chau because most of the scenes in the movie are shot there. Although there have been many ghost stories about the region, Gillian is not afraid. Regarding Yumiko Cheng’s latest wardrobe malfunction, Gillian refused to comment but stated that EEG members are like a big family.

Gillian Chung's Crazy Fan Visits TFWB Set

Gillian Chung’s crazy fan from mainland China, has expressed his love for the entertainer numerous times. Yesterday when he visited the set of ‘The Fantastic Water Babes’, Gillian began to fear for her safety and so, immediately called her company and a security guard came quickly to her aid. During the time at the set, the crazy fan acted as a crew member and helped out by carrying materials, hoping to get time to see Gillian. But when his idol did not appear, the crazy fan sat on the beach, which frighted passer-bys.

lol i personally dont dink the this movie will be a good one cause alex and gil cant act at all. they both still got tons of space to grow and .. this movie is more of a promotion of alex and gil because of their rumour relationship.. everything is focused right there and .. the plot of the movie will probably be dull, simply, uneducated crap. i've watched alex fong's few movies acting with members from the Cookies. lol so pointless and rough -.-" so im not expecting anything good out of these two rumured couples

Stephen Fung Dresses as a Woman for 'TFWB'

Stephen Fung's appearance on 'The Fantastic Water Babes' (出水芙蓉) has been kept a mystery ever since the announcement of the movie. But yesterday, everything came to light when Stephen was spotted dressed in a pink outfit and a blond wig in Cheung Chau! The actor-director attracted a crowd of onlookers, who all wanted to catch a glimpse of the 'beauty'.

Stephen Fung, Gillian Chung, Eva Huang and Jacqueline Law were filming for 'TFWB' at Cheung Chau port under the sweltering sun, yesterday. Black fabric was used as a fence around the set so that the storyline and appearances of the characters would not leak out. The movie production even organized guards to look after the entrance to the set. Unfortunately, Stephen's 'pink lady look' was still exposed. Stephen wore a blond wig, a tight pink top which revealed his 'boobs' and pink Juicy Couture trackies that had love hearts printed on it. Playing the role of 'pink lady' Stephen even had his nails done: French manicure and diamante nails! When the camera rolled, Stephen took his pale blue handbag and immediately focused on his role. His 'femininity' could definitely be compared to the actresses on the set.

haha, that's a very funny picture of stephen. anyways, anyone know when this will finish filming? cant wait to see it!!

im very excited for this movie, hope it wont let my hopes down! very glad to finally see alex and gillian appear together on screen! it was always just alex and stephy together in collaborations! very glad this movie came to be ..cant wait!!

Gillian Chung & Alex Fong Romance Rumours Draws to an End?

Gillian Chung, Alex Fong, Eva Huang and newcomer actor, Zu-Yang Zhang were at the man made beach located at HITEC filming for ‘TFWB’ (出水芙蓉) on Saturday night. Alex disclosed that the filming of the movie is drawing to and end. The actor-singer also revealed that this is the highest budget and longest shooting time movie he has ever worked on. The movie has taken approximately taken two and a half months to complete, with the longest scene of the movie taking two weeks to finish shooting.

Alex expressed that he will miss working with the cast and crew of ‘TFWB’ but he believes that there is a chance for future collaboration because the entertainment industry is not that big. When asked if he will miss Gillian, Alex replied by saying that he was not sure how to answer the question because if he was to say no, it would seem that he has bad manners. In the movie, Alex and Gillian have a few argument scenes so it is evident the two are compatible. Although he had never worked with the director, Jeff Lau, before, Alex believed that he has a lot from him.

Alex was then questioned if he found any difference between Gillian and his usual working partner, Stephy Tang, to which he immediately replied, “Trying to trip me up again? They cannot be compared. (Who are you more compatible with?) It cannot be compared because if the director has chosen the person, it means that the person is suitable for the role. It has been a pleasure working with Gillian, I hope there will be chances to work with her again in the future. (What do you think of Gillian’s acting?) It is not up to me to judge. There were a few NGs because I forgot my lines. Thankfully the director was not mad.”

Gillian revealed that the hardest part of shooting the movie were not the swimming scenes but facing the harsh weather. But because Gillian is not a good swimmer, the swimming scenes were often challenging and so, substitutes were used. She then expressed that the completion of the movie also meant the ending of her rumours with Alex. When asked if she minded being romantically linked Alex and Juno Mak, Gillian refused to answer.

Recently, Gillian has been busy running between filming the movies ‘Mei Lan Fang’ (梅蘭芳) and ‘TFWB’. Once, when she missed a flight to Beijing from Guangzhou, her whole team had to return to Hong Kong after another flight to China’s capital was cancelled. Regarding her crazy fan ‘007’, Gillian was asked if she will publicly reject him, she answered, “I do not know whether to use Chinese or English. Last time I spoke to him in Chinese and he seemed to not understand.”

i want to watch this movie... it has gill & alex... & they play couple? even stephen fung is in here... i cant wait to watch... when will it be out?

I don't really like Alex Fong but I like Guilian Chung. But, I think Alex Fong is better off with Stephy Tang than Guilian Chung.

Andy Hui, Leo Ku, Alex Fong, Fiona Sit, Yumiko Cheng and Deep Ng appeared in TVB "Yan Oi Tong into the Glorious Milesstone" fund raising event last night. They had raised a lot of money. Reporter asked Alex if he knows when is the film "Water Lily" coming out to cinema? Gillian was playing the leading role with Alex. Alex replied " I don't know. I hope it won't be long. But I haven't heard anything yet. There is a song in the film that I sang with Ah Gill, it is a very nice song." Alex stated that in the internet, there is a preview about the film. But that is not the final version because there were lots of spelling mistakes in it. He doesn't know if there is a MV for the song he sang with Ah Gill. "Although we sang the song together, the recordings were done separetely."
