He is such a talented actor. Though new in the industry, he really portrays the role of " ha nam" very well in the drama, Seven princesses. He really brings out the cute and cool side of ha nam. Love him and lee tae ran in the drama despite the age gap.

But why is it so hard to find information about him? Does anyone have links or news about him? please post it here. Hope this forum for him will be more active. Really looking forward to more of him.
Hopefully another he and lee tae ran drama.

Hi,
this is my first post since I just joined this forum.
I agree that he did a very good job in infamous seven princesses. clapping.gif
If you do not mind very long drama, you can try watching another drama of his, by land and by sea.
If you understand chinese, you can find his parts in seven princesses. Someone cut out just his parts. I have been watching it over and over again. Its really cool.

I like him and Lee Tae Ran too but how big is the age gap? Yea, hope this forum will be more active cos I do not understand korean and it is really kinda hard to find his news.

Is there any official ( or non-official) websites for him in either english or chinese?

Thank you so much. But is by land and by sea same as as high as the sky and as deep as the land? that drama is too long but maybe one day i may give it a try.
I like the couple too. They are so cute together.
In the drama, the age gap is 4 years but in real life , I think is about 8 years.

I am interested to know about his websites too so if fans have any info, please tell us here.
Park Hae Jin is going to be in east of eden, another long drama with 50 episodes.

^ Watch out for MBC's 'East of Eden' - a mega production and Park Hae Jin is acting as a villain!! It's worth watching out for with many other well-loved actors like Song Seung Hoon, Yeon Jung Hoon are cast too!

He's spent months preparing for his role and even lost lots of weight for his image in this drama! His latest photos have shown how 'evil' he can look - it's almost so perfect that many are really looking forward to see his act! Love interest is Han Ji Hye from 'Sweet 18', 'Likeable or Not', etc.

Apart from Seven Princesses, he has also acted in another KBS family kdrama of 165 epi long - As Much As Heaven and Earth!

In brief:

Park Hae Jin is working on MBC's 47th Anniversary Special Project Drama 'East of Eden' tentatively to be debut in late August after 'When It's At Night'. He would be acting as a villain and has been working hard for the past months to prepare for the role. This includes a major image change from the young adorable Ha-nam in Infamous Chil Princesses and the troubled Mu-Yeong in As Much As Heaven And Earth to a evil-looking and chagrin Shin Myeong-hoon. His love interest is played by Han Ji-hye.

He has been training up to lose weight and worked on his muscles for the past 8 months. To date, he's lost as much as 10 kg. He would be showing off his newly formed physique in the drama. He has also gone to Hong Kong for 2 days for a short filming stint with the crew and is since back in Korea. At present, he should be attending various lessons like horse-riding, hunting, playing golf, etc for his role as a rich man's son.

Park Hae Jin will be on SBS's Sunday variety show 'Family Outing' on 13 Jul and 20 Jul. Some preview about the episode on 13 Jul:
- sparring his martial arts with bamboo pole
- climbing up a bamboo plant
- carrying water in a pail across a stream
- kissing Lee Hyori's cheek(?) and his expression after that

I also love Park Hae Jin! Ever since seeing him in Chil Princesses I've fallen hard for him! Love his looks, his built and his very charming personality! Seen all his series and Im totally amazed at how good he could act at such a very young age! Have seen him too in Family OUting and im so excited to learn that he will be a regular there in July. Cant wait to see his other talents like dancing, singing and doing comedy this time.( dont know if he could sing or dance) Just hope that that the show after airing will be downloaded soon and will be subbed too so everyone could enjoy it!

Is there anyone here who knows more about his personal life? I've searched everywhere but its so hard especially if you're not korean or chinese. Does he have a girlfriend past or present? isnt he going to do another drama series aside from Family Outing?

Actor Park Hae Jin guest-starred on the October 10th broadcast of KBS 2TV's "Champagne" and talked about the difficulties he experienced after his acting debut in 1998, among them being girl troubles and issues with adapting to the job.

"Ah, girl issues." Park Hae Jin said, "I had a girlfriend who I really loved in 2004. She kept on ignoring my phone calls, and made up excuses like 'I have to take care of my mother who's sick right now' when I asked her to spend some time with me. After a while, I became worried about her and waited in front of her house one day."

He went on to say, "I was waiting for a long time, wondering when she was going to show up. And then, I heard her voice and another man's voice approaching me. Alarmed, I looked up and saw her with another guy. Our eyes met, and I was so traumatized to know that she'd betray me like this. I broke up with her immediately after that." He also confessed, "I was so hurt that I drank myself to sleep every night. It was hard for me to even eat while I was getting over her."

Park Hae Jin also talked about a troubling experience that he had on the set with a co-worker. "I had a really hard time when I was filming the drama 'Chil Princesses,' because one of the people whom I'd been working with said things like, 'Are you some no-life loser who'd been rolling around?' 'Is that the best you can do?' and 'What do you actually know how to do?' to me. It was really upsetting." But he laughed as he said, "Recently, that person approached me and said, 'You look like you're doing well nowadays. I hope to work with you again in the future.' "
