For me, I think Charmaine Sheh is very overrated which makes her annoying & irritating to watch sometimes.

Others are definitely Michelle Ye because she's a lousy actress & also Sonija Kwok who is one of TVB's top actresses. She's just lousy at everything she does. & I hate everything about her.

Tavia Yeung is new but quite good already.

I think Leila Tong should get promoted too because she's pretty good & I think she is getting more popular.

Thank God they don't promote Anne Heung & Shirley Yeung much, I think they're both useless & has zero potential like most other Ms HK actresses.

I agree with that because every series I watch = charmaine is in it.

I think Charmaine is ok but yea i dont like Anne or Sonija. I dunno, they jus cant act. And ther hasnt been any significant improvements. I think they should require miss hk winners 2 g2 acting classes or sumtin after they win. It would help even a lil bit!

i don't think there's anyone who "shouldn't" be promoted by TVB, because everyone deserves a chance at promotion.. but personally I think that Ron Ng is getting overpromoted.

Definitely Sonija Kwok and Michelle Yip (I like her at first but now I never see her improvement). I would say Charmaine Sheh too before, but her performance in WAB change my mind. And also, Mandy Cho, can't believe she is promoted to become lead actress already! I think it's too soon for her. TVB should give more chances for Annie Man instead of Mandy Cho.

Ron Ng... sorry to his fans but i think that he is getting promoted way too much... i think its only becuz of his looks....

i agree with you about charmaine and michelle. They are getting promoted way too much and they can't act. Plus in most of the series they just act the same way or the only way they act. They need to work much harder to deserved that.

Myolie should stick to a cool style of acting like in that series about being lawyers with raymond....because i think her recent acting being young and cheerful is kinda annoying....

Out of seven released series there is only which is a breakout. The others have relatively bad or only decent ratings and most of them are grand-productions.
I don't understand why tvb continues promoting him so heavily. He is filming three grand productions. Tvb sees that his popularity isn't that high but why does tvb continue giving him grand-productions? Is it better to give him some "normal" (not anniversary) productions in order to create popularity ?
He shouldn't play the lead before having created popularity among the viewers. He should share the lead with others (more popular than him) at first and then gains popularity through it.

TVB should definitely stop promoting Anne Heung and Shirley... can't stand these two. On the male side, Joe Ma... Not that he's a terrible actor or anything, but especially this year, we've seen him way too often.

i don't get why people are complaining about raymond...he has the MOST talent compared to all the newcomers these days especially the guys...and to Oompa Loompa Boo...how does raymond not have his own style? can you list the people that you claim raymond is immitating? if one of them is louis koo i don't see the resemblance except for their tan...raymond and louis koo are completely different in everything they do ie raymond is good at singing, louis koo is not, raymond does memorable tv series (ASITP, SL, EH) while louis koo makes an ass of himself starring in lame fast money movies although he CAN act....he just rather make fast money than choosing better scripts...i am using louis koo as the example because that is who raymond is usually compared to although i don't understand why -- they look NOTHING alike which is what people usually claim

I agree w/ you about Anne and Shirley. I disagree w/ you about Sonjia because she's so pretty. Anyone's who's that pretty deserves promotion. Maybe not TVB but perhaps somewhere else. People like watching other beautiful people, nothing wrong w/ that. I definitely disagree w/ you on Charmaine. She's versatile, cute, pretty, and talented. She knows how to soften a guy's heart w/ her acting- which is important when connecting w/ the audience. If it wasn't of her I wouldn't watch so much TVB.

Well , i don't mind those actors that much except for a few like Sonija Kwok...I think Sonija Kwok is way too overated . As for Myolie , i don't like it when she cries , or trys to act pitiful , its too irritating.

What i think is that TVB should give more actors a chance to shine,instead of giving them medicore roles. The cream should be evenly spread around the cake.

However , the more popular actors maybe have more chances and more
choice of roles , hence seeing them so often.

TVB doesnt even need advertising, they are already knwon by ever one in Hk. So there is no point to waste money.

Truthfully, i would have to say actors/actresses from ATV who went over to TVB..... I just don't think they are all that good. As of actors/actresses already in TVB, I would say the new generation. They just don't catch my attention a lot.

i think kevin did good in hard fate and he wasnt even the lead, but then he had an easier role compared to the others. and nikki is not really new, well new to tvb, but shes done a number of movies, so shes ahd experience.

myolie wu. she should stop receiving all these lead roles. supporting roles are more suitable for her...i don't know, she's just not main character material. Another one would be joe ma. he's old not to mention how horrible his acting is. one of the most dull actors in tvb. he is stiff, no facials! well there are some, but they usually look fake. he's been with tvb for a long time now, it's understandable his promotion, but too much! all these lead roles keep piling in. maybe a more significant role, but lead roles please no. take notice, joe ma and myolie wu are starring in a new series together. i'm definately skipping that one! even the addition of annie man cannot help.

i agree with you wine and roses!! pesonally.. i don't like sonjia's acting skills... or michelle.. i just don't want tvb to promote them and don't want them to be given so many main roles.. b/c they are just going to ruin da whole series.. such as Eternal Happiness..with michelle she totally messed up her character.. didn't even seem realistic! she exaggerated so much in that show in many parts such as when she gets mad and she storms off .. ( u can see her arms waving back and forth.. like crazy ,, .. i mean common) anyway i don't even find michelle cute looking.. she has a really squarish face.. and thick lips..
