[spoiler]Sonija’s mom finally accepts Michael. There’s been awkwardness between Ron and Joey ever since the gun accident. Joey has been trying to avoid Ron. At the cafeteria, Michael and Sonija announce that they are official back together. Sammul shows slight disappointment. Ron asks Joey out for sushi. Joey was hesitant to go, but went in the end. Ron gave Joey the phone strap he made, claiming that it’s the old one. Joey runs out of the restaurant, Ron runs after her. Joey tells Ron she knows he made the phone strap. She asks him why he did that, Ron doesn’t know the answer either. Joey reminds Ron he still has Tavia. Ron goes home and calls Tavia, he asks her if it’s a good idea for him to go visit her. Tavia says she have exams coming up and might not have time to spend with him. Ron dismissed the idea. Ron and Sammul met Zac and Yan on the streets; they’re looking for the dog stealer. Ron and auntie arranged to have dinner together, but Kate showed up all dressed instead. Ron make it clear once again that the two are impossible. Kate scolds Ron for being a bad guy. Thinking about how he betrayed Tavia and started liking Joey, Ron too agrees that he is a bad person. Michael sees Selena at the restaurant, they seem to have some sort of past together. Selena is angry at Michael because he betrayed her during his undercover days. Michael tells Selena not to get close to Dickson for money and that he’ll pay for the money she owns other people. so Ron starts liking Joey...well that sucks for Tavia. But I guess it wouldn't be a good series if there are no love connections.

Well,it is true that I want Ron to end up with Tavia.But to think and look deeply into the development of Joey and Ron's relationship, I find TVB to be logical this time. As in, it is true that a long distance relationship like Ron & Tavia will be hard to maintain in real life. So,it is not surprising that Ron will fall for Joey who is always there for him.Dont u think so?

Deep is released from jail in Chapter 22 and Joey helps him get a job at the gym.

Tavia is on summer vacation and returns to HK in Chapter 25 and although Ron seems happy to see her, she can feel something has changed with Ron.....

although i wanted ron and tavia to be together but i kinda like watching ron and joey ^^ wonder when they'll get together...will that be after tavia's return? whose gonna break up with who? i have a feeling its going to be tavia though... ;/ but who knows?

i cant wait till i see tavia i want to see wat happens tavia character seems different the first series she was more fighting with ron but this series she give in what ever ron wants.. i dont know .. but i like zac the guy or is yan the guy i dont know but i like the guy hes really cute lol

Up till episode 21, I find TVb doing quite a good job this time. They didnt focus too much on the leads. At least we see stories of On Tze Ho-(his naughty sis) and Yan Ng-(the missing dogs case). I mean at least there are other things to watch....

DEEP was jailed in The Academy for a kidnapping case i think.So it is continuous from there...

Summary of epi.22....

Michael explained to Chuen that Selena was actually the woman of the head of the triad gang when he was an undercover. He succeeded in putting him to jail with the help of Selena. But then Selena was left without money & luxury life! She knew that a large number of pedigree dogs would be transported to the dog farm so she sold the news to the criminals who stole & sold dog as a profession. Their operation was leaked out to the police and Kin(Power Chan) chased the criminal up to the roof & frustrated him, so he fell down from the roof & died. However Kin hid the truth & put all the blame to Wing Kong(Un jei). On Tse Ho told Michael the truth so Michael talked to Kin about it which finally caused the break up of their friendship.
Michael found out that Selena was living in poverty so he tried to help her. Tavia's brother was out of jail. He couldn't find a job.With Joey's help he found a job in the gym.
While on beat Kate met an armed robbery. They were firing guns at each other in the crowded city area. Sammul's group was on beat in the same area so they came & joined in the operation........

Summary for epi.23......

Kiu(Sammul) & Ling were praised for arresting the criminals successfully. Ling got the chance to represent the police force to go abroad in an exchange programme. At the same time Ling discovered she was pregnant. After consideration she didn't tell her husband "Kie Bon" about it.
During one of the operation activities, Kiu got a severe headache & Ling also felt sick & was taken into hospital. So her pregnancy was finally disclosed & she had a quarrel with her husband.
Nei(Sonija) discovered that Kiu's performance in class seemed different(to go wrong) so she insisted on taking him to learn some special therapies on essential herbal oils. Kiu was very grateful about that.
Selena asked Michael out hoping that he could help her to pay the debts. Michael had to use his authority as police to settle the case. Selena owed too much debts that she was finally approached by the loan shark(lender). Luckily Michael & his group were on beat in that area so Selena was saved.
Michael finally proposed marriage to Sonija under the constant persuasion of his grandma. Sonija then agreed to marry him.

Summary for epi.24.....

Seeing that Michael & Selena often met each other, they became a talking point from the colleagues in the police station. Michael couldn't stop them but just tried to ignore them thinking that he didn't do anything wrong & Sonija supported & trusted him all the way. Sammul discovered that Michael didn't go for the wedding dress rehersal with Sonija because he had to help Selena to look for a job. Sammul hinted to Michael that it was Sonija who did almost all the preparations for the wedding but Michael just ignored what he was trying to say.
There was a theft in the gym. The lost items were found in the backpack of Ho Ming(Tavia's brother).
On the wedding day of Sonija & Michael, all of them were so happy & started to go to the venue. Suddenly Michael received a call from Selena. Fearing that she would commit suicide, Michael asked all the family members to go to the venue first & waited for him there. The time for the ceremony came & the groom still hadn't appeared. They saw on the tv that Michael was carrying a lady & was running along the street. Finally Michael appeard but Sonija said that she would split up with him......

Summary for epi.25......

Everyone tried to calm Sonija down but no matter how Michael apologized to her, Sonija still insisted to split up with him & he could not change her decision.
Ron & Joey believed that Ho Ming(Tavia's brother) was innocent. They discovered that it was the staff of the gym who tried to set him up. Ron & Joey gave all their findings to the CID. Finally they succeeded to arrest the criminal. However, after this incident they didn't see each other so often.
Ron went home & found that Tavia was back for holidays. He acted as if he was very happy to see her but in fact he was very confused within himself. Although he was with Tavia all the time but Tavia felt that his emotion & feeling were gone.
Sonija was told that Selena had made a complaint towards her so she was asked to take a leave but she refused.
In order to see Michael, Selena told him that there was illegal betting on football in the bar.
Sonija called Sammul out. She cried in his embrace. Under this circumstance, Sammul couldn't help but told her how he loved her.

omg, that's wat long distance does to a relationship. I hope Ron and Tavia will be back together. I hope Ron realizes who he really loves, may be just b/c Tavia was away and he didn't spend much time with her. About Michael and Sonja, too much misunderstanding and feelings were hurt, i dont think they could get back together, so letting her die would be a good solution....i agree with Floratien, so far TVB has done a good job, but after reading these, dont know whether i should continue watching it or not...

^^^Yeah, I was so crossed with Michael too. He & Sonija had gone through a lot & finally could get back happily together. But he just didn't cherish Sonija & kept messing things around. I think no one could bear the fact that the groom was missing or late for the wedding ceremony because of another girl. Why couldn't he leave her to the police or other friends to help her out......Stupid guy!
Can't wait to watch what's exactly was happening with them!

I know! Looking at the intro, isn't Sonija suppose to die? If you pay close attention to the intro there is a clip of Sonija's parents and brother crying. I don't know whether I like the idea of Samuel and Sonija. The one things I'm waiting to see is the unraveling of the love triangle between Tavia, Ron, and Joey!

Selena first appeared in epi.21.......her name in the series was "Ah Fung"! She was selling beers in restaurant. Michael knew her in the past when he was an undercover! You could know more about her when you watched from epi.21 onwards!


I guess Sonija would die....although I hope it won't be true! Don't know Sonija would accept Sammul as a partner. But they always seemed to be very good friends who could share secrets! Not sure whether Sonija would eventually forgive Michael again before she died?
For Ron-Joey-Tavia......I don't mind Ron ended up with Joey! Human relationship is always so complicated. It's natural that Ron & Tavia relationship would not keep as sweet since they were living in different country. I've seen cases like this before, it even happened to husband & wife!

sigh...Very saddening that Michael & Sonija have to end up like this. Sonija will die in this series, but i'm not sure how. Heard she was kidnapped and killed. I hope it is not related to Selena. Joey will be with Ron, Tavia will leave with Deep(her bro).I think Sammul will be alone.How sad.In the end, Sonija still loves Michael, she dies after delivering Michael's baby...Thats what i read...

Yes..Episode 24 is so sad. I relly pity Sonija. Michael really dont know how to differentiate what is important to him. Cant he just call an ambulance to pick Selena up? argh!!! And i felt Sammul did quite a good job at the wedding banquet, can feel he cares and feel sad for Sonija...

just when you think things are going fine, tvb always finds a way to twist the plot. the wedding fiasco was unnecessary; how many times have we seen something like this happen in tvb dramas? the scriptwriters are lacking creativity these days.

man the next few eps are so sad. I might just hold off on watching until ron and joey hook up.

I predict Sonija to accept Sammul's love since they are close friends. If not how would Michael be angered at Sammul? Then after some time, Sonija will realise she still loves Michael and at the same time,Sammul discovers that he is taking Sonija as a replacement of Fiona (Sonija loves to look at fish when she's sad,helped him the way Fiona did,etc), so they broke up peacefully. OR Sonija might realised she is pregnant and break up with Sammul but asked him to pretend to be the dad of the child. What do u think?

Chapter 24 was dumb. So Selena threatened to kill herself and Michael went to her instead of his own wedding. Why doesn't he just call an ambulance? Isn't that common sense (it's even more ridiculous since he is a cop). Why does he have to take her to the hospital himself? This is just a stupid excuse to break Michael and Sonija up. Lame~~~

Well.. it shows that Michael haven't changed; he still put his friends above Sonija. I think Sonija decided to break up with him is right because how can he not show up for his marriage?? That's too bad!!

It's soooooooooo cruel!! Read it if you want to know. This is towards the end.
[spoiler]Cheng Tze Keung (triad member who 'killed' Fiona) wants his revenge on Michael, and he kidnapped the person (Sonija) most precious from him. Keung did some major damage on Sonija. Beating her up and pulling her teeth!! Get this, Sonija is pregnant (4-5 months) and Michael thought the baby is Sammul's. By the time Michael gets to her, she was already so badly beaten up. Doctor told him that she will likely become a vegetable. It wasn't mentioned in details, but they probably saved the baby and Sonija dies.[/spoiler]

but man...i can predict it now...sonija's stays a vegetable and until the baby is born..and they kill her off because it's not worth keeping her alive..so typical..then tvb does the "1 year later" or something like that and michael takes the baby to sonija grave and stuff...sOOoo..TVB!!![/spoiler]

im actually surprised the baby was able to survive if sonija is badly beaten up. its all that michael's fault. it seems everything bad that happens to soinja, its always michael's fault.
