Bernice Liu or Tavia Yeung? Who would YOU choose. I'd say they're both really good actresses compared to others these days " I would choose Bernice though, really I like Tavia too but she's not on my "favourite list" (probably the "like list") Bernice can act & sing. She's pretty and has a sweet smile. Tavia's okay too like I LIKE her too but if I would choose I would choose Bernice. I think TVB should promote both of them more often, like in more series - singing for Bernice. At least more than Linda Chung. OMG, iono why TVB promotes Linda over Bernice? Like what HAS the world gone into? Well anyways. I think the new fa dan's will be between Bernice and Tavia, both really talented actresses.

I prefer Bernice more. I think her acting has improve majorly, and her acting is very professional. Tavia I am a fan of her, I think she has a great personality, but then in acting wise, to me she hasn't improved much at all[in my opinions], and some roles she can't act out to it. I think she is so beautiful too, and cute, but ehh acting not as superior as Bernice. so yeah in acting wise [better actress] I said Bernice. But in who I like more, I would say Tavia.

they are both great actresses and both really pretty but i like bernice more i think because she has this nice sweet look that i think i can relate more to her since she speeks english and grew up in canada. bernice is a good singer and shes getting alot better at her acting and shes really good. tavia is a good actress and shes just as good as bernice but i think bernice is better then tavia. also personaly i like bernice more

I like both of them...but to be biased, I love Bernice, so yah, I'll choose Bernice over Tavia...but I hope TVB would promote both of them too. Tavia and Bernice are good frenz so I hope they would have a series to act as sisters..haha

Definitely Tavia Yeung over Bernice Liu in a heartbeat - great personality and actress. Appreciate her road to success, too.

For me, I'd choose Tavia over Bernice.. I think Tavia has more talent in terms of acting skills, she's shown so much versatility in her recent series. I love watching her and I know that she'll make a good leading actress. Bernice on the other hand, she's got a lot of potential but right now, I just think her acting is mediocre, she needs to work on her expressions and her accent before being promoted.

I like both of them as well. Bernice and Tavia both seem like very nice people. For singing I would say Bernice, but for acting my vote will go to Tavia

Ummm...it's a hard choice to choose between Bernice n Tavia...but my personal preference wld be Tavia... like her acting but too bad tht TVB does not give her many great roles for her to show off her acting.

I prefer Tavia because i feel that her acting skills outshine bernice's and her actings a lot more convincing. Bernice is still kinda stiff and can be pretty boring sometimes. Singing...i don't really like both of them singing, never heard Tavia but i dont want her to sing. Bernice's singing is pretty average...its better for them to stay as actresses

My fav. is Tavia Yeung and will always support her, her acting is great and she is getting more pretty by the day.

Recently in an article Tavia is more popular in HK, she beat Bernice and Shirley.

i prefer bernice in every aspect... well i guess except for acting.
tavia is definitely the better actress, but i think bernice's acting skills have improved a lot
she's almost as good as tavia in terms of acting
but i think bernice wins in other areas... like singing, looks, and personality
bernice is just so unique... she has this kinda like exotic look to her lol xD
and her personality is just amazing... bubbly, happy, energetic, etc.
i find tavia's personality to be quite boring... like the type to stay at home all the time
bernice is also prettier than tavia... tavia is not consistently pretty enough
she looks weird in some angles... whereas bernice looks nice in almost every angle

I like Bernice more than Tavia. I use to hate Tavia but now I'm okay with her. I liked her in Heart of Greed.
Bernice, well I can't really hate her even though I thought she did a poor job in Love Bond and Healing Hand 3. She is too cute!

Tavia actually has a great personality. Very outgoing, spontaneous and fun. Tavia is a unique beauty of her own, more beautiful than Bernice IMO, and I think she looks great in most, if not every, angle. That's just my opinion. Bernice has very nice eyes and smile, but something about her square-ish jaw really bothers me.

but acting I would definately say Tavia is better. Contrary to what someone previously said, I find Tavia improving a lot after each series. Now I look back at Golden Faith and can cringe at some of her scenes but even so, her acting back in Golden Faith days are better than currently promoted Miss HKs. Her crying was not impressive in The Academy but now when you watch series like Heart of Greed how much did she improve?

Despite Bernice having the upper-hand in modern series because of her fluent English, Bernice doesn't have the looks nor aura to carry off being an ancient beauty. I simply adored her 'Princess' role in Virtues of Harmony but that wasn't a serious ancient series and if Bernice acts in a serious ancient series, she still couldn't pull it off (along with her slightly accented cantonese). So in that respect Tavia is more versitile.

I seriously have not seen an improvement from Bernice over these years, and obviously Tavia can act much better than Bernice, but overall, I really don't mind seeing them both on my TV screen

gosh... why this topic... it's so hard to choose between the two of them... both are pretty and excellent at acting... but cryin wise would def. go to tavia... Her acting scenes are the best... but Bernice is good in her own ways... but i've never seen them acting together... so it's hard to judge between them

I love both of them, but if I had to choose between the two I would definitely choose Bernice. Both are very talented.

Singing: Bernice is slightly better than Tavia. I just like Bernice's voice better.
Dancing: Definitely Bernice
Acting: Tavia is a little better than Bernice, but Bernice is improving a lot. Just look at her first series "Virutes of Harmony I" and her most recent one "Steps." You could really see that she is improving. I'm supporting both of them, but more supportive of Bernice.

Bernice is da best, she's good at acting, dancing, sing, and other stuff. I luv her!!!

Bernice has some charming look, whereas Tavia is just pretty. But I'm not going to pick based on looks.

In terms of singing, Bernice is definitely better. Tavia's singing at first was horrible, but her FTF subsong with Frankie was better, so yeah she improved

Dancing, well Bernice, but then again that's what she likes & does. It's not like Tavia's dancing is horrible or something.

Overall, Bernice wins it for me, slightly.. But I believe Bernice has that little extra something, I can't really describe . & I'll think she'll do even better in the future =)

Both Tavia and Bernice has the ability to act perfectly, although recently in the new HK series, Bernice has gained her skills in Dancing, Singing, and many other sections.

I do prefer Bernice over Tavia but because they both have different personalities, you cannot compare them just like this.

Tavia has a lot of experience in acting and I'm glad she's finally getting bigger roles.

And as for Bernice, I've loved her since Miss Vancouver, so she has always been my favourite. I think she's improved so much, cuz I remember during Miss Vancouver and Miss Chinese International, her chinese was pretty bad. And the improvement in her chinese has really helped with her acting.

i would pick Bernice Liu over Tavia Yeung in a split second without even think it twice. I like Bernice in everyway. she is marvelous and beautiful. Bernice has the most amazing smiles, they are so free, enchanting, and striking which can make your heart skip a beat. I'm looking forward to watch more movie and listen to songs perform by Bernice. I like both but Bernice more. In VOH, she is so cute. She is cute, now. Her singing and dancing r good, not outstanding but good. She has healthy look, different to most of TVB actresses now.
