Yoyo & Moses are in this series again after the HOG!

How do you like them as a couple?

I like Yoyo more now ( after Fathers n Sons ) and somehow prefer Yoyo n Moses to Gigi n Moses. Hoping that Yoyo n Moses will end up together.

I preferred Yoyo more than Gigi. However, I don't know who I'll be rooting with Moses in the end. Really depends on the character. Hopefully, Yoyo gets the better character though:p

I was actually anticipating a Moses-Yoyo couple when I first heard of the drama..
They had so much chemistry in The Charm Beneath..

Since there are rumours of Gigi dying in the end, I think theres a high chance of YoMo pairing in the end.

It's definitely a bonus for me if YoMo gets together, cos they look very good together..
But I kinda doubt it, cos it wouldn't be soon before Gigi dies I assume.. so the possibility of YoMo getting together wouuld be really low..

I do reckon that the pairing for this series seems better to be with Yoyo-Moses than Moses-Gigi..
reason being the personality of Yoyo seems to complement the personality of Moses...While Gigi seems to simple for Moses...

But yeah...it seems unlikely that Yoyo would be playing the 3rd party role like she did in HOG...So, unlikely that she will get together with Moses if Gigi doesn;t die

yea it does seem like yoyo will be the third party, but i dont want them together in the end. if gigi does die according to spoilers, then that might happen. i dont want to believe that rumor.

I kinda doubt that Yoyo will get together with Moses much as I'm rooting for them. Kinda cos Gigi will prob die off pretty late in the show, considering she's the lead right?
So if they really get together in a short time, it will be kinda wierd and not very realistic

Their chemistry is undoubtedly more visible and better compared to Moses-Gigi..
I liked the part of them fighting (in ep 3)..altho their convos were short, I sensed immense chemistry. But with Moses and Gigi, I didn't feel a thing. Maybe it's jsut me..

I know I'm bad.. I kinda want Gigi to die earlier, since I assume she will get together with Moses quite early in the drama. Then Yoyo can come in and console him..and bladdiba..u guys know what will happen. If Gigi dies, I can't imagine a drama with the leads ending up with nobody!

I personally still cant get over Moses, Yoyo and Gigi's role in The Charm Beneath. I cant seem t get the visual aspect that Gigi was Moses' sister in there. I mean, they were great as siblings, but IMO, Yoyo and Moses were better as a couple. HAHA, I'll need to get used to seeing Moses and Gigi together.

According to the synopsis, I think Gigi's character is a bit rush. I mean, I hate it when girls pretend to date other guys to make their bf jealous. I THINK THAT'S JUST LOW AND DESPERATE! I mean, there are circumstances that makes it less pathetic, but as an overall, that's just low! I generally feel sorry for the one who the girl/boy is dating (in this case Kevin), its a shame!

I did heard that Gigi would die in the series, and I do hope Yoyo ends up with Moses. But I dont want them to end up with each other only bc Gigi passed away. That makes it seem like such a rebounded love. Which proves to be unfair! But their chemistry as friends generally delivers a believable outcome (if they were end up together in the end of the series). I am still keeping my fingures cross that I can see Moses and Yoyo pair up again. They were a delight to watch in TCB.

I actually liked the trio in The Charm Beneath. I always think tough and determined roles are more suitable for Gigi, cos she exudes charm and power when playing such roles. Too bad she's too stereotyped that I still can't get over the fact that she's playing a weakling in here.

Back to the YoMo pair.. of course I'd want them to get together not because of empathy and pity, or merely because Moses would need her comfort after Gigi dies. It doesn't connect with the essence of love..but I do believe that love can be generated from pity, so it won't harm if they end up together just because of that reason. Altho I doubt TVB would make such a rash decision by pairing up a couple who weren't meant to be from the beginning of the drama, I really hope they could. Cos they're really a compatible match, and even when they stand together, they look better..hahaha..

If they don't end up together, it's alright for me too. Cos it'd definitely be fun to see them as good buddies.. I hope Ep 7 or 8 addresses more on YoMo's relationship now that he's already off his leave. Crossing my fingers as well..

Yes, you should get used to it because Gigi and Moses will have another series ahead as a couple. This is a long long long series with 80 episodes

I agree with you. I am a believer of the fact that love can be generated from pity. I never doubted that, honest to say, my parents are one of those couples. HAHA, lets not get there. But yeah, I couldnt agree more with you. Everything you said about TVB and their chemistry equation is correct.

And yes, even if Yoyo and Mose doesnt end up together, watching them as a team is a pretty satisfying combination - there's not much I can argue about nor resent.



HAHA, its not like I have to watch the new 80+ episodes series, I generally skip most TVB now-a-days, unless 1) my favorite actress/es are in there 2) the storyline is capitvating. But since TVB has shown little improvements lately, I tend to skip those un-needed time-waster. I'll see whether I could get used to it, HAHA, with my history, I can give it up any day. A series has to be pretty good if I finish watching it from beginning to end.

Apparently, Moses was with gigi for a while...and then Gigi thinks that Moses isn't as in love with her as she would like her to be...

I have a bad feeling about the Yomo pair now..
I know the drama has like 35 eps and it might be too early to address this issue..but I'm starting to fear that Yoyo's not gonna take up much screen time in this drama. She hasn't even appeared once in Ep 6 or Ep 7.. and I doubt she'd appear in Ep 8 too.
I so wanted her to appear in Ep 7 where Moses returns to work..
But if they just keep her hidden like that, I fear there will be lack of development in their relationship, be it buddies or otherwise.

I now hope they quickly get on with the Fala thingy soon..

Ermm..some spoilers I got from Moses interview that day

Yoyo looks good with her short hair, she tries to be too touch with her high pitch voice and it kills me. She's a better match with Moses as they're both tough cops as couple and Gigi just looks naive and innocent for Mose.

Yea..something about her voice does irritate me a bit. But I tend to pass it off by watching her act rather than focus on her talking. That's how she talks and we can't do anything about it..

I saw a promotional vid for the drama.. and there was a part of Moses kneeling down to help Yoyo put her shoes on. I thought it was really sweet.. but yea, Gigi kinda witnessed the whole thing. Thus all her insecurities..

I hope yoyo and moses end up in this series in their pervious series together they looked great but not many sweet scenes of them so I hope to see it in this series

I loved Moses and Yoyo's interactions in Ep 9..
I can see them developing into buddies very soon.. Yoyo's not as unreasonable as I'd expected her to be. She's quite understanding of Moses' situation as her father's head too..hehehe..

That's why I say they have more chemistry. You could just feel it when they're together..

i do prefer Moses and Yoyo to be together... a tad more compatible i think.. but even if Gigi does die in the end.. i have a feeling that Yoyo and Moses won't end up together... though its too early to tell now... but doesnt Moses go and revenge or something for Gigi which sort of shows how he really loves her.. so yeh.. have a strong feeling that Yoyo and Moses wont end together.. which is a pity.. i do like their chemistry and interaction in the series..

I've loved them since The Charm Beneath, in which they had amazing chemistry together.

About them getting together, that's what I'd thought about as well. Moses will be too engrossed in investigating Gigi's death that he won't have time for Yoyo I reckon. The closest I can think of is Yoyo taking care of him cos I assume he'd be very desolate and desperate. She can only be his place for recourse. AS to whether they can get together, I highly doubt so. BUT that's my hope as well...

i think they have great chemistry together! even though they havent gotten together yet and havent had ANY feelings toward each other, i can see them together in the my head =] they look very good together. especially in episode 11 where they were flirting with each other at that cafetaria (or is it cafe? not sure)

I agree, Yoyo and Moses got more chemistry than Gigi with Moses. Eventhough, they've few scenes together but so far but they're so cute! I can't wait to see more of them! Their characters really suit each other.

^ Yeah.. Gigi will get jealous for sure. There was a scene which I saw in one of the promo clips.. Moses was helping Yoyo with her shoes..helping her to put them on or something. And Gigi saw it all from behind.. I'd say it's something that Gigi would go over and over in her head given her naive and insecure nature..

YoMo were so cute in Ep 11..well, that's the only scene of them together in these few eps. I already feel the sizzling chemistry between them. Just love it when they tease each other.. I might be able to accept that they remain buddies rather than become lovers already, since they look really good together when they play with each other.

You can just see so much chemistry and spark between Yoyo and Moses. They look like they have so much fun together and all that bickering! how can you not like them as a couple? Hmm.. Since Kevin is supposedly the third person in Gigi and Moses' relationship, what are the possibilities do you think TVB will make it into a love quadrangle rather than triangle? there totally has to be a moment in the series where moses considers the possibility of liking/going out/being smitten by Yoyo right?

I really don't like Gigi's character in this series and feel that the development is way to fast between Gigi and Moses. One minute he doesn't like her, the next minute he does! What the!

Moses and Yoyo is one of my favorite couple to watch. Like many others here, I adored them in The Charm Beneath, they were really cute in there! They're a major reason why I started watching this serie, but after watching a couple of eppies, I quite like Gigi and Moses also!

Yoyo and Moses have a strong chemistry as friends/partners so far in here, but other than in eppie 11 in which Yoyo jokingly ask if Moses wants to date her, I don't see very much romantic interest between them yet. Yoyo is also soo tomboyish, it's like she has no interest in guys whatsoever lol. Hopefully, they would have more cute scenes later.

I LOVED Yoyo and Moses in TCB..so I'm still rooting for them here. As for Gigi & Moses, they are ok...but I always get the feeling that Moses doesn't really like her that much but is grateful to all that she has done for him. Plus, I prefer Kevin & Gigi, liked them in Life Art.

I could still see it working in TUCF because I could see them being there for each other for the future events that would happen to them.

after TCB, i wanted to see them together in another series. it didn't happen in HOG so i was hoping this one would finally reunite them as lovers. i will keep my fingers crossed considering what happens to gigi. go moses and yoyo!

It sure seems to me like there's more chemistry btw Moses and Yoyo...their style & characteristics are very much alike..

And looking at the preview for ep 16-20, at the end of episode 15, it does seem like Moses and Yoyo would be teamed up for an operation, which ended with Moses saving Yoyo!

I love them! They have the BEST chemistry in this series Moses and Gigi suck. I don't see any chemistry, it's just weird. Moses and Yoyo they look so cool cause they work under the same category, which fits very well. I love their intellectual conversations and it's quite funny.

Love Moses in this series - so cool and manly. Yoyo and Moses match so well and I really hope they will end up together. Love the scene in the hospital where Moses n Yoyo teased and played with each other. I love the way Moses saved Yoyo too.

Gigi/Moses make a sweeet duo but I have to admit Moses/Yoyo are more compatible in terms of their looks and their personalities. Episode 16 hints that they make a better match.

While for some reason, it seems like Moses is feeling responsible to Gigi, more than feelings....
When something happens, he would just forget to call her, and yet, would be keen to patch things up with Gigi after knowing that he made Gigi unhappy...

they are a good couple.. both high ranks in academy both know black belt karate? and they mix with each other quite well.. lots of jokes and things between the two..

Honestly speaking I think Moses is much more suitable with Yoyo rather than gigi, I know i know they are purportedly will be together in the end. I mean they work in the same line, they know what are expected of them in their line of work, Moses looks much more comfortable with Yoyo, like joking around and "fight" hahahaha.. I am a big fan of MOses after Heart of Greed and not a big fan of yoyo but they do look like suited for each other.
