i was only 5years old and i was hooked on tvb. What about others?

i was hooked to tvb at pretty much the same age as you lol 5. yep my parents would watch tvb series at dinner time everyday, so thats wat got me started

7 yrs old since my cousin collected a lot! So that's how it started. But wasn't so serious into it until like when I was around 9 or 10.

I think one of the first series I watched was 'A Kindred Spirit'; can't remember when that was out...so maybe I was around 6 or 7?

well, i started rewatching the super trio show when i was like 7ish. i was hooked on tvb when i was around 9 or 10, now i cant stop watching!! im addicted

when my parents got the chinese channel i started to watch. think it was when i was 5 or 6 and im still watching it now (sort of)

lol yea i started watching it when my parents were. I think i was 6 or 7 when i first started to watch and acturally understand what i was watching.

I started watching at about 5 too becoz my grandparents watched But I think I got serious at about 10-11 yrs old

i think about 5-ish, cause dont remember if i watched much before then, cause my mom started watching while she was pregnant with my bro, so i joined her cause had nothing to do,
but i truly got addicted at 9 cause i could understand more,

my parents watched TVB before i was born. but i remember i was about 7 or 8 before i actually started watching the shows 'seriously' like i actually followed the plot and understood whats going on, and i still watch shows now, so i practically grew up watching tvb series

hmmm this is really testing my memory hahaha. i think i was really small...around3-5? not sure...but around there because my parents watched TVB alot and i eventually got hooked on it lol. i cant really remember the series....it was really old though lol. something about 'char siu bing'. like snowdropz said, i grew up watching tvb

i think i was 5 or something when i partly watched time after time--that ghost movie!!
but i really started becoming a fan after seven sisters broadcasted in LA... which was about 5, 6ish years ago...

I think I've been watching TVB all my life, although on and off. Sometimes i lose interest on the shows they are playing.

I've been watching TVB drama for more than 30 years, since I was very young age! I used to lived in Indonesia with my family. We can only watch Hong Kong series by renting, so, my father always rent a video cassette at that time, I also learnt cantonese from watching those drama.

I was 13 when I started watching TVB as TVB was introduced by my tution teacher who knew I enjoyed watching chinese seies.

around 10 ish, i forgot which tvb series i saw first but since then i'm hooked!!

I was like what, 3? LOL, cause we've always watched it the whole day, including dinner lol. and we still do that, just not as much x)

i was 3 too when i first watched TVB series. i remember watching it while i was doing my homework in front of the TV. haha. my grandmother influenced me because she watches TVB series almost all the time everyday!

Well my first series that ive ever watched was jouney to the west which came out when I was about 4 but i didnt really understand all of it cuz i was so young lol so i guess officaally i started when i was 12 years old.... i was actually able to understand the plot and all that so thats when i started to enjoy TVB series.

Well! Need to put on my thinking caps....I guess it's when I'm about 6 years old. I vaguely remember that my family will sometimes watch TVB series until dawn. For example the Shanghai Games, police cadet, etc...I'm addicted to tvb even until now so that's about 20 over years...

I think I started around 4 or 5 years old. Our rental store was quite far from home. We always get late releases or not, friends or relatives are lending us tapes for us to watch. I particularly enjoyed time spent at grand ma 's house for the purpose of watching new series. hehehe

when i started watching tvb series I was like 7. I started to watch because my sister always watching it and make me cant watch cartoon so i started to watch with her because she watched some bangin kungfu series back then.

I think i stated watching tvb series at 5 years old with a kindred spirit. At that time i couldn't understand everythig all i did was to sit and laugh when my family laugh. I'm addicted to tvb series till now.

I think I first started watching tvb series was when I was 6 or 7? I can't really remember though. My first series was hmm, healing hands? or maybe lady flower fist?

Haha , ever since I understood Chinese ! So around four, I believe . My parents watched them everyday around dinnertime, so I did too , and got hooked to the plots.
I remember I used to whine when my mom made me go to bed before a show was over, because I would want to watch it very badly .

i started when i was in elementary school.. that's how i learned my cantonese.... otherwise i wouldn't know how to speak chinese at all. now i'm beyond hooked to tvb.

I started to watch TVB drama since the age of 6..Its been 20 more years i have watch TVB drama now..

got hooked at a very young age, tvb had great series back than, still some of the best compare with series these days.

I believe I started watching for TVB ever since I was like seven or eight. I started watching with my grandma and I got hooked.

i actually don't remember when i started watching TVb series. it was a looong time ago. but i think it was around 5 or 6. but back then, i don't even have a clue what the whole story was about. i just sat there and stared at the TV. =P

i first watched tvb when i was 14 i think...yeah, in 2004...it was like one year after i learned chinese...
the first series that i watched was "quan yuan man zuo" i forgot the english name, lawrence ng and esther kwan were there...it was funny, and kind of weird when i watched it because i as an indonesian was not used to the "tvb-typical-chinese-ghost stories" but it was quite funny and entertaining, esp. the song....
i personally have to thank tvb actually, because it boosts my chinese so much than i could ever imagine i love tvb so much that i once watched 3 series on a day and was scolded by my mom because of too much tv

i don't quite remember.. it was the time when i know television existed. LOL. i think around when i was 4 or 5.

i've watched tvb since i was born lol bcuz my parents have been watching before i was born so yea. but i got really addicted to tvb by probably 10 or 11 because i started to obsess over the actors loll

Pretty young, i started probaly before i started school. Damn, sometimes i wish i didn't watch so much of it, its annoyingly addictive and time consuming.

my first serie was return of the condor heros '83 with andy lau and idy chan...so i think around 5-6 years old...

I don't remember the exact age I started but I'm sure I was really young because I used to watch it with my parents.
