Fahrenheit took part in singing for The X Family OST, but Romantic Princess will not have soundtrack.

Idol drama Romantic Princess recived good ratings, but will not be releasing a sountrack. This ticked off many fans. Fahrenheit and Angela Zhang's record company are putting the songs in their own album.

According to reports, Bai Da and Angela's 福茂 had already agreed about the copyrights of the sountrack. HIM got Fahrenheit and S.H.E to duet "Xin Wo" (New Home - beginning song), the other ending and sub-theme song will be sung by lead female Angela Zhang. Looking at the ratings, fans are strongly requesting for a soundtrack, but 福茂 is confirmed to not release it.

One fan is suspicious, "Is this the first idol drama that have good ratings to not have a sountrack?" Another person has also talked about 白色巨塔, the themesong sung by Jerry Yan, also have not been released by HIM, leading to disagreements over Romantic Princess.

HIM expresses that the themesong will be in Fahrenheit's new album and they are currently recording. The releasing date will be announced at a later time.

aww Romantic princess not going to have a soundtrack why not? I like the songs in the drama and it do have good rating i have to say CALVIN is soo CUTE in the DRAMA

nothing to be ticked off about, how many ppl actually go to the store and purchase the soundtrack, 99.9% are all based on downloads which can be easily done online nowadays

Since they aren't, does anyone know the names of the songs that Angela Zhang sings? Like the ending song and also the song that is song in the middle of episode 6 when Wu Chun walks past Angela Zhang in the garden. I really want to know. Thank you!!!

omg! when i first read the title of this article i got scared but after careful reading i think it's okay..i mean if they said it's part of their new album then HIM have copyrights so fans should try and calm down about it..but i do feel sad that there isn't a OST for Romantic Princess..well i'll just wait for their new albums to come out and i'll be happy..

The reason why they aren't have a soundtrack is because they had disagreements over it. Besides, it's also a way to get fans to buy their albums and a chance to make more money.

But yeah, it really SUCKS that Fahrenheit & Angela's company just couldn't come into an agreement to have an OST soundtrack for Romantic Princess!! I guess it's because Angela sings MORE songs than Fahrenheit in RP and her company thought that it would be unfair for HIM to get half the share as well?? And HIM on the other hand think that since Fahrenheit is MORE popular than Angela, that's why they should get half the share, since Fahrenheit would attract more costumers?! x) Whatever. This is pretty stupid!! XD

& yes, Devil Beside You & Why Why Love BOTH didn't have an official OST soundtrack!! & the FUNNY thing is that the producer that filmed Romantic Princess is the ALSO th*SAME* guy that filmed DBY & WWL!!! >________< A coincidence? I think not.

i guess the whole thing is between the management companies of Angela and FRH. well, i don't see any problem in that since the songs will still be included in the albums of Angela and FRH...unless they decided not to put it into the respective artistes' albums. then, that's another matter altogether.

I don't really think they were going to have an OST for Romantic Princess anyway. Most of the people would probably just download it from online. But going have to wait until Fahrenheit's 2nd album releases before I can get the full version of Xin Wo.
