There have been news saying there will be a remake of the Butterfly Lovers. News said that filming is due to start late this month, and since Charlene is already filming, it is pressume that this movie has started. However, no further news have been release, all that fans know right now is Charlene is the female lead, acting as a girl who went to school as a girl.

Wu Zun is rumored to be in here, but he has declined, because his schedule. However, rumor is that he might fit it in.

Joey (Rong Zu Er) and Fahrenheit appeared for the opening of the Second Asia Indoor Sports Event at Macau. Fahrenheit performed first and sang 3 songs. A big group of fans were there to support and when Fahrenheit left the stadium, the situation was very chaotic. Joey only sang one song. This is the first time Joey met Fahrenheit and she commented that Wu Zun was very handsome, his eyes are round and big, look quite similar to (關智斌)Guan Zhi Bin's eyes. Joey also took an opportunity to take a photograph with Fahrenheit. When asked if she got to chat with them, she said "They will be staying for a day, so I asked them if they will go and gamble, they said yes. But when i asked them who will they be going with, they took a glance at their assistant, look as though they don't dare to say." Well, you can't just depend on Joey's statement, she's not part of the production. This film isn't filming anytime soon, there really are no confirmations yet as in press conference and fittings so the cast is most likely still switching around. The original leads were confirmed to be Louis Koo and Liu Yi Fei but even they switched so I wouldn't be surprised if Charlene or Wu Zun switched out too. But I don't think the role will go to Gillian though, just an opinion though.

It say the the filming would be in May til June; i wonder why the schedule was a problem when charlene should be done with 'Wind and Cloud' already? Okay, i found some more news on 'Butterfly Lover' i'll try my best to translated.

Yesterday, many source say that the main female and male lead has been determine to be Ah Sa and Wu Chun. Li yu then has become the subject of the movie as well; the movie company has planned to make her an out-of-character [I got no idea what that means]. Reporter yesterday has phoned 'American Asia Movie Company' regarding the news and they have reveal that Li yu has been contacted and she is really excited for the role but nothing is confirm yet. Moreover, the role has also link to Mainland actor, Hu Ge. The spoke-lady of the company has mention that Hu Ge is still in the middle of deciding for the role. She also mention that 'Butterfly Lover' has selected the same theme/story but not everything would be the same, Charlene and Wu Chun may be having different name from the original names. They would also be having a triangle love in the movie and if everyone is confirm soon then the shooting would start in May til June.
