I personally feels that TVB is having a habit to screw things up on its ending.

It used to tell everyone story, pairings, and lighting couple, even so, it has surprise ending, such as:

To catch the uncatchable : famous for killing the main characters in a comedy?
Burning Flame? some one died?

and recently, it did not warp up all the people and just left a few seconds scene in Men Don't Cry, lolz

but, one of the best ending I like is Mr. Diana, wow, superb

by the way, Hard Fate is too, aww,

looks like The Ultimate Crime Fighter is going to have another main characters dead unless its Cantonese version is different

what yours, actually most TVB ending is worthwhile to list, cause they always comes up something fresh?

i always like the "10yrs after" endings, i like happy endings ^^ even if it is unoriginal

To Get Unstuck in Time - the ending was so bad. Roger went and change the past. It's true that Flora can walk again but her whole life is different! She doesn't have a loving family growing up, her brother was never born and her parents got divorce! So screwed up! And Flora ended up in jail at the end.

Split Second was the worst series and ending ever. BASICALLY E V E R Y O N E died in the series. I'm serious, no joke. Like 7 people died in the cast . 2-3 lived.

I think if there are alternative ending it could some how surprise the fans. Like catch the uncatchable. If everything is a happy ending it is really boring. Maybe there are 2 kinds of ending and the the viewers could vote for which ending they want.

they killed off jing jing...
and then moses' character goes nd turns baaad...
but they still end it happily though...somehow...by making yoyo and moses be together...

it doesnt tell you if the main characters get together or not...they just seem happy to see each other...
but it gives us a chance to get awaaaaaay from happy endings though...(even though i like happy endings)

yeah your so right... TVB always finds a way to screw up the series like in Blade Heart they killed off Shirley and Shirley and Raymond were silblings so they couldn't be together... In Twins of brothers Raymond sarcfices himself and he chooses Yuk Chi... Its really disappointing...

for me, i think it's clear that tvb dramas directors dun plan the flow of their drama well
for a normal 20 eps dramas, the last quarter of it alwiz seems rushed, as if they ran out of budget or did not have proper story flow ideas...
quite often it leaves a bad taste in the mouth after the feel good experience in the first half of the series

I miss the good old days, when TVB actually had happy endings. Although predictable, it made for good light hearted television. Now i feel like i can't grow attached to any characters because I dont' know if they will even make it to the ending!
