Please check again what we've discussed in the old thread...but just for recaps...we believed there was 2 different persons doing this 'tiny' scene...If you look closely the side view of the guy and the back view of the guy are totally different...In fact the side view guy was wearing a long sleeve under his T-shirt while the back view guy just wore his white T...well there were quite a long discussion that most of us here are sure that there were 2 different persons for the same scene which made us wonder why the pd goes all the trouble doing such an insignificant scene....

pichy youre right Mawang (Devil) was filmed last March and the series ended before the filming of CP. That CP episode I think was filmed in July and JJH hair was already long same with the "look a like".

imcrazyforyou (what can I call you for short? ) try to rewatch that scene again, they used 2 different guys for that scene thats why the side and back view is different. Although you might still be skeptical that it might actually be the real JJH but the fact that the PD chose the "JJH look a like" for a very short scene....hmmm.....there's really a hidden meaning to it

So, when you look at the back, you thought it’s him too ?


Well, I do think the same way too, that the side man version is not JJH.
But try to think that the ‘backman’ and the ‘sideman’ is not the same person (just like sis lxandra had said).
What do you think now ?

hello guys, running here to say i <3 jjh-yeh! (because the emoticons here are so cute!)

have been lurking for a long time here, and this place was my first introduction to the jjh-yeh ship. so, thanks guys!

anyways, giving my two cents worth about the scene in CP, i'm not sure if they used two different guys there because if JJH did "guest starred" there, it's a dead give-away and probably not too good for their relationship (if they want to keep it under wraps).

however, the fact that they used a guy who resembles jjh almost 100% from the back... is a good sign. hehehe. like the scene in the bookshop where the GOONG poster was in the background. (cg was hugging shin's back if i'm not wrong)

That what people should think !
No one suppose to know that it was the real JJH.
No one suppose to believe that the back man version is JJH himself.
But … I don’t know, maybe it’s because the stubborn mind of me, I still have a strong feeling that it was him.
Someone could asked him to do that thing because of friendship reason.
Not only YEH who is ‘friend’ of JJH there (Take note, he said ‘Close Friend’ in his recent interview), but Eon too.
So JJH could pretence that he agree to do that short scene because of his friends there.

But then again, if you can prove me wrong,
showing me that the man was not JJH as I think,

hi triple x actually, i'm not trying to prove anybody wrong here ^^" just that when i watch coffee prince, i do see the resemblance to jjh, but i don't think it is him. and while i really hope that his relationship with yeh is close enough for him to appear in CP, i doubt it very much. Because of the things that they both have said to deflect rumors about their relationship, appearing in CP in a scene without EON is equal to giving the press free reign to write stuff about the two of them.

of jjh and yeh, yeh seems to be more eager to repel rumors of them, and repeatedly stresses in many interviews (to all hyoonie's dismay) that she doesn't have his hp, they don't keep in touch, etc. if so, she wouldn't have asked jjh to "guest star" in such a short scene.

if jjh was indeed there, not only were there the cast of cp and the producers filming in the supermarket, there were also random misc people casted as extras. if they filmed jjh, and showed only his back (because supposedly they don't want rumors), won't they be cautious that the people who were there might leak the fact that jjh was there on set (to see yeh)?

if, he were to make a cameo in CP, i would think it'd be in the scene where EON was a back model for a photoshoot. there, he could legitimately show his face and not just his back. because if he were to agree to make an appearance, why would they not show his face? because JJH isn't like a random friend of EON and yeh, he's also a star in his own right. i'd think the press would be eager to pounce on any titbit of information on jjh because up till the hcp interviews, he was a very private guy who shunned media attention (well. he still is though).

don't mean to offend anybody here, or burst any bubbles, but this is my thoughts about the entire thing.

i'm quite happy that YEH keeps denying their relationship though. in her relationship with her ex-colleagues, she's always maintained contact or remained good friends. even with her other rumored partner she is very frank about the details of their relationship.

to me, it seems like jjh is special enough to warrant the secrecy/denials. i don't believe they don't keep in contact (even as friends) because watching the bts, you can tell they're close. and not to have a friend's handphone number is bulls***. especially when yeh is a person who takes such good care of friends, and keeping in touch with them like the PD of CP, EON/GY/KJW/OMS, etc. how could she not have JJH's phone number? a guy who seems so chummy with her in the bts. no way.

I agree With YEH keeps on denying and avoiding to be seen with JJH in public makes him really special, even though their close but they dont talk about it or show it on public..... It also proves that their "friendship" is not just for publicity sake

same here.. I think YEH and JJH are both very cautious when it comes to answering questions about the status of their friendship, etc.. unlike answering rumors about their other partners..and that makes us all wonder "why?"

I don’t think that it was YEH too (if the backman is really JJH) who asked JJH to “guest star’ in that such short scene.
The one who asked him must be have an authority or power to do such thing in CP.
The PD, for example.


Actually I considered about that too, sis.
But in that short scene, I see only JJH(oops ! sorry ),
(I repeat) I see only ‘the backman’ and the girl.
Some CP’s crew might be involved too, to shoot the scene.
And the PD.
But, that’s all I see.
Trust is the ticket to survive in maintain the job.
(I wish I could meet the ‘supermarket lady’ and questioning her about this )


He agree to do the “backman scene” because it was not showing his face.
He never intended to show his face in CP, but because someone asked him, maybe he finally agree as long as the face still remain a mistery.
No one supposed to find out that it was him.
No one supposed to believe that it was JJH himself.

actually, i don't think the PD is a person to do something like that. from the interviews i've seen her doing, she rejected extending CP because she didn't want the quality of the storytelling to suffer, and the only reason i can think of for her to ask jjh is for publicity. which, then again wouldn't make sense, because why then, is nobody supposed to find out/believe it was JJH?

regarding the "back" and the "side" man, in CP, i've watched that scene at least 10 times trying to see the difference. the first time i saw the "back" guy i was really stunned, and thought it was jjh. but then i watched it again, and from what i see the "back" and the "side" guy seems to be the same person. i like to observe people's behaviour and mannerisms quite alot, like the way a person holds him/herself, how they walk, etc etc. (to me) his actions and behaviour doesn't seem like jjh's.

i've thought about this quite alot, since that article came out. i believe there are 2 explanations for the awkwardness, depending on what your hyoonie opinions are.

2 assumptions.

1st one is that they have been together since the last few episodes of GOONG, and the 2nd is that they (really) have not seen each other for 9 months.

going by the first assumption, if they have been together since GOONG, then their awkwardness stems from the fact that they are afraid that their closeness in real life will translate to the screen. therefore, the awkwardness. pretending not to be close to each other so that there will not be any gossip. but then fell into their usual familarity with each other.

the last part where jjh grabbed yeh and pulled her in front of him, is not something that normal ex co-stars would do to each other. i'm not sure if the part where he grabbed her hand was scripted by the producers but i'm almost 100% sure that last part wasn't.

so... why did he do that to someone he hasn't allegedly seen in 9 months? it wasn't required for the script.


2nd assumption. if they haven't really seen each other for 9 months, there will of course be some awkwardness. it's like really good friends from primary school, when you meet them there will be an awkwardness because you used to be close, yet have no contact for so long. so you don't know how to act around them.

some hyoonies believe that the MBC awards was where they started their relationship (again). the sparks between them that we witnessed during the GOONG bts was fanned to flames during the filming of the wanso man/woman clip and after the MBC awards.

i personally believe they've been together since GOONG.

well, specially in their field..

Another favorite of mine aside from the JJH look alike was YEH's drawing in the window of the coffee shop. The princess holding a cup of coffee with her PRINCE holding a Camera.

Aside from the drawing and the shirts, in the taekwondo class scene YEH ruffled the child's hair exactly the way JJH ruffled Sora's hair in Mawang Another one was Hak Young's comment in the CP/Mawang Parody that he posted on his CY. "its very funny/amusing, both of them are cheating"

Helo Goong S is not the sequel to the real goong. Sad to say but I think there will be no Goong2 anymore. I hope JJH and YEH will work in another project together in the future.

triple x, it's good to have discussions in forums as ambiguous as this, because when it comes to shipping, unless the celebrities in question comes out to clarify or confirm the rumors, we don't have much to work with.

and unlike some forums, where some people create bubbles and others just follow blindly, without thought or comment, i like to have constructive "arguments" where we can tear down and rebuild our thoughts about this couple. it is what makes our shipping logical, and believable - which gives it more credibility.

regarding the back guy in CP, whatever our opinions is, whether it is JJH or not, the one thing we have in common is the belief in the relationship JJH and YEH shares.

if it is him (because of the exceedingly striking resemblance), then all i can say is he must really treasure a certain somebody to do such an out-of-character thing for him.

if it isn't him, then it is because he wants to protect their relationship, but the people around them are "leaking hints" to poke fun at them.

my opinions on when exactly they dated wavers back and forth on this topic. sometimes i look at the evidence of their actions during goong bts, i see hints of familarity between couples and the bali incidents are the biggest thing for me.

then i see yeh's mv with ____, and then i think... hmm.

but when i see the eye witness accounts of yeh-jjh interaction during mbc night, sharing of drinks/flowers/etc they seem so familiar with each other also.

AHHH!!! i dunno anything anymore. i can go crazy thinking about this. but..
whatever it is. i'm pretty sure they're together now. so... whatever! hahaha.

^^ hehe. sorry patty, you can only agree with me on some days because sometimes i think they were together since goong, some days i think after mbc, both makes sense, but i lean more towards during goong time.

Actually if JJH's back was indeed use in CP I'm sure it was not for publicity purposes...it's more likely a prank...something that most knew JJH love to do on Goong set...therefore his face must be well hidden cos if there's a slightest prove that he appeared anonymously, he probably had to answer to his mgt co... but hey, its not a big issue here, as sis tripple x pointed out...we're all here on the same side...wanting/hoping JJH-YEH reel romance turn real..hehehehe

Hey...I'm with you on this one....I actually think their real life romance began from Goong set...tru out the Bali incident...meaning they're still together...and of cos publicly they haven't met each other for what? 7..9 months prior the 2006 MBC? But who knows for sure how frequent they met in private...

I had this feeling that the cos of the awkwardness between them (when the met for the MBC award) was more of the nervousness...not knowing how to react, probably scared they'll be too 'showy'...afraid the camera will capture their true feelings etc...If there's truly nothing between them then they shouldn't be awkward of each other, do they....afterall they're close enuf to hit and pester each other during Goong days, so under normal circumstances they should be excited meeting good old buddies and most likely will talk nonstop and tease each other all at the same time....

Patty, JJH I think is excited to be a father Kinda unsual for guys his age to think about marriage and having two kids. Usually actors in their early or mid 20's will say that their career will be their main priority but I guess JJH is more mature than the usual guys his age. :

lxandra,I agree with you friends who havent seen each other for 9 months would actually be excited to know that they will be seeing each other again. Not unless........ From what I've notice in the MBC awards they act different when the cameras are not focusing on them anymore. I think I like that way, they are very close off cam and awkward on cam rather than pretending to be close on cam

Rain and Yun Eun-Hye Are China’s Favorite Hallyu Stars


According to recent surveys, singing sensation, Rain, and rising star, Yun Eun-Hye, were selected as China’s favorite Hallyu stars.

A Hallyu star popularity vote was cast on the 15th, on a Chinese website by the International Reelection Hallyu Channel (gb.cri.cn/18991/2007/11/14/Zt113@1842259.htm). Rain and Yun Eun-Hye took in an overwhelming number of votes, and were crowned as the top Hallyu stars of 2007.

A total of 15 male and 15 female stars were in the running, and on the morning of the 26th, Rain was bringing in 2,193,388 votes leaving the runner-up, Lee Jun-Gi, far behind in second place. Ju Ji-Hun at the time coming in 3rd place, proving to becoming an up-and-coming star.
Female Hallyu stars were swept away by actresses currently appearing in dramas. The heroine of the drama ‘Gung’, Yun Eun-Hye received a record 2,811,769 votes while Han Chae-Yeong and Song Hye-Gyo came in at 2nd and 3rd with 809,706 and 372,761 votes respectively. Currently on tour in Japan, ‘Asia’s star’, Boa took 106,414 votes, while sexy singer Lee Hyo-Ri received 84,725 votes, standing their ground at 4th and 5th places.

For the '2007 Hallyu Stars with the Most Potential’, netizens selected Super Junior’s Hangeng, and Gan Mi-Yeon, currently awaiting to make her debut in China, as their top picks.

The survey is to last until December 31st in the midst of critical times for Hallyu stars in China.
