Hehe, I reckon it didn't have a happy ending as it should have. The ending was pretty casual, and none of the couples really got together. I guess that gives more fanfics to write, and maybe a sequel, but I guess that's okay.
And no problem, we'll leave this here.

ahh...i was soo mad at the ending cause i hate it when they do that...they end the scene with the three people walking towards each other...ahh!! was so mad...i liked jessica and roger together...cause i'm biased and don't the other girl...haha...but if there is a sequel..it'd be hard to figure out who would end up with who..and i don't think there is much left for a sequel..unless they do something like what they did with burning flames and get an almost all new cast/new plot...

Lord, the ending to this sucked! I really wanted to know who he'd pick(i wanted him to pick Jessica)...but he picked no one! Good thing there's a sequel. maybe he'll choose in there...

the ending was disapointing..and now that they're gonna make a sequel, i hope its better and not a draggy series..

hehe i agree with all of you! i hope that the sequel clears up a lot of things.. and yeah, Roger isn't a kid anymore so it wont be as fun to watch. *sigh* but they'll have a new character Myolie who has a problem too, so maybe that'll be fun to watch ^___^

My opinion is Roger loves Jess and not the other girl (forget her name). He LOVED her in the past, but now he LOVES Jess..
TVB tried to be fair..If he chose one of them, it would be unfair to the other one..I hate ending like that..but It's kinda fair..
If I would Roger, I would choose Jess right the way..

but i guess it was hard for roger since he regained all his memories.. but as viewers, i really wanted roger to be with jess =D they were juss too cute in this series

haha...yeah... i agree... the ending of SP really sucked...horrible.. i was so angry with it...felt abit cheated for whole 20 episodes.....

if he didn't choose Jess.. i would rather Ah Wong didn't recall anything in the first place...cos..he'll be happier as a little kid.....

SP2 will be nice if Ah wong happens to turn dim again....as i think the selling point of this show is actually Roger's superb acting...the storyline itself is actually quite plain.......

Heh, I reckon. Hopefully they'll make a sequel, Square Pegs II. I can't believe they didn't make Ah Wong and Lo Por Jai as a couple though. So depressing, haha.

The ending sucked!!! Also, I can't understand why at the end Winnie Yeung goes to that same field as Jessica and Roger. Why the hell would she just decide to go there?? It makes no sense because that "woo lung jun" place isn't even her hometown or anything. I mean give me a break!! She only stayed there, at most, for maybe a year.

but wuts the point of making square pegs 2 if ah wong is not slow anymore? isnt that liek the spotlight of the whole story ? its not gonna be as good iwth roger being all smarts... and stupid roger should of just picked jessica.. shes prettier hahaha

OMG, there will be square pegs 2? What r they gonna do? A bunch of dong-dongs ' pak tor'? Well the ending of SP 1 was quite unacceptable to most of us. It should have been Roger Kwok became normal and realized that he is NOW in LOVE with Jessica and Winnie NO MORE! Then, they tried not to tell Winnie , so they date secretly. Then, In an attempt to save his real dad who had a gun pointed to his head, he threw himself as a bullet-proof vest and was shot in the head instead of his dad. So, he became mentally handicapped again and ended together with Jessica. Winnie tried to take care of him but in the end gave up and left the village to teach.

i liked this series, but hated the ending....it was horrible...obviously jessica and roger were supposed to be together, then the stupid fish eye girl (i think her name is winnie yeung?) broke them up..arGH! he was fine just making his cookies too

LOL i think that there's not many people who actually LIKED the ending of Square Pegs. This is a big problem of TVB, terrible endings.

I dont like the ending either,they made us thinking Roger will finally be with Jessica at the end turn out its the opposite. Winnie don't deserve Roger she just annoying and should goaway and leave them both alone.

Wow, it was such a TERRIBLE ending! Even regardless of who he ended up with. It was too peaceful and resolved, didn't relate to the seires at all, and completely not believable. >_<

Yeah i know. the ending is pretty crap... It telling their life are separate from each other and they come back and run together.... I thought it was really bad... But the plot and everything was very goooooooooood........ Anyway Roger Kwok he is very good and he is so cute in this series......

the ending was just weird in general...how they went off in their separate ways and came back looking all different and wearing clothes of different nationalities...i just think they could've wrapped it up better... :/

I'm satisfied with the ending how Rodger continued his business. It's really hard to choose but he shouldn't have an option since Jessica is his official wife already in the series. It's just fate, Winnie should accept the fact that they're not meant to be.

The ending might be suck. But I think all TVB series endings are like that. At least, I consider this a happy ending though. Even though none of them coupled up in the end but at least they remain best friends forever.

Since "ah wong" was normal it wasn't fun anymore, so indeed the ending was bad in my opinion. they should have let him hit his head again and let "ah wong" be a kid living happily with his "lo po tjai"

ok i know it suck but if you think about it they all just left, that means that roger is still offically married to Jessica...his lo por jai! Yeah almost every single person wanted Roger to Pick his lo pro jai!
