(Eugene, Bada/Sea, and Shoo)
S.E.S. is getting together again.
In an interview with OSEN on the 29th afternoon, Lee Dong Hee, the PD of ‘The Everlasting Famous Songs’ of KBS2’s ‘Happy Sunday’ variety show said "S.E.S. has decided to perform on ‘The Everlasting Famous Songs’, and they are adjusting their schedules right now."
Bada (Sea), Eugene, and Shoo from the trio girls group, S.E.S., have achieved the greatest popularity after their debut in 1997. However, their sudden disbandment in 2002 left endless pities and sorrows to their fans. So it’s no surprise to see the fans, who are always missing them, get overjoyed about the reunion of S.E.S.
The PD said, "There are also some senior singers on the show, but we have to keep the variety of performers. S.E.S. is a group that remind people of the dance singers in 90s."
Furthermore, "We hope ‘The Everlasting Famous Songs’ build a bridge between people of different ages. This show did not planned to be a hit at the very beginning. Therefore it’s really perfect for a family to watch, and there’re different contents for different ages."
S.E.S. released many hit songs including ‘I’m Your Girl’, 'I Love You’, 'Dreams Come True’ and etc. Currently, Bada, the former member of S.E.S., is performing on both the music and musical stages. Eugene is also busy with both movies and TV dramas. And Shoo, real name Yoo Soo Young, is participating in musicals and movies too.
'The Everlasting Famous Songs' will be shot after the three members of S.E.S. finish adjusting their schedules, then they'll be meeting the audiences in mid December. This year is also the 10th anniversary of S.E.S.
