heres where you can post things that you find that are in common with a lot of tvb series. well i have one..
multicoloured rain. a lot of series say that it rans multicoloured, or something falls fromt he sky that's multicoloured to cheer somebody up. anymore?

modern series:
silver bmw convertible or sedans, mercedes sedans and sports coupes, Abercrombie and Fitch stitched clothing, nike, the old Rolls Royce (the champagne coloured one), the exterior shot of the white mansion overlooking the cliff/water (the one with the drive way, cart port, and pool all in the same line of sight).

Well I know almost every series has a hospital scene and they always use the same picture for the hospital ( the sign on the bottom right and the hospital in the background)

i see a lot of couples hating each other at first but then starts liking each other...happens a lot in tvb

All series are so predictable, all have sweet happy endings.
They also have rich people living in the same mansion, that mansion really anoys me, LOL!

lol i agree with u both. tvb in the 21st century is so predictable. n the two main characters (guy and girl) hates each other in the beginning and likes each other at the end. i think tvb is trying to put some twists to it but we audiences has seen it so many times that we already know what's gonna happen in the next second of the series.

Everyone who goes to get abortion always refuse to go through with it(not unique to TVB)
One night stand + baby = happy marriage

in a family type drama, the grandfather (patriarch is mostly a care-free, wise man)

and certain aunts are always scheming to overthrow the family and take all the money.

Big families that always have a child that is non-blood related. In big dramas, the blood child(ren) and the non-blood child always end up in some sort of bad-blooded drama.

A shooting star.

There has to be a shooting star in every single series -.-" It's amazing how common these things are in TVB series, no matter where you are situated you can see one.
