She is a filial daughter but has hot temper & does not know how to control her feeling when she is angry. But she loves her father within her heart. her attitude towards love is that she doesn't care for the process but only cares about the result. How do you like her as an actress?
Do you like her character in this series?

Watching this show becoz of Louise So (think she is a pretty good actress). After finishing e first 2 eps, find her irritating, self-centered and selfish but impression changed for e better in ep3, a bit better. Hope her character will become better towards the end, after she realise how foolish and selfish she was.

Found her character isn't that believable cos she supposed to be playing a very young girl whos trying to persue her career and being Paul Chun daughter just doesn't seem real enough cos she doesn;t look that young to play that role maybe a switch of character should of happened bewteen joyce or bernice.

After whatching the first 5 eps, i find her character really annoying to point that i just wanted to kill her. Acting so immuture. TVB should have choose a younger actress to play this.

This is the only series which I don't like Louisia in. I loved her in all her other series. Idk. Her character doesnt seem to match this series. Someone like Natalie Tong would play her character well. However, Natalie is never a leading actress.

louise's character is funny. Although i think another actress would have been more suitable for this role.

ultimately, i find Louisa So's character, "Ah Mi" to be the most annoying character EVER!!! she's spoiled, spoiled, spoiled~! and selfish and exceedingly greedy and arrogant!

I haven't seen much of Joyce's character to make a judgment except for the fact that she's a loving mother. and I hate to say it , but I'm not so fond of Bernice's character either. I can understand her motives but we can't say the fault lies entirely on her father and sister.

I don't like Louisa's character either...A self-centered lady who thinks everyone should be at her beck and call...

yeah, her character is extremeeeely annoying here. it has been a while since i have seen a character that annoying.self-centered, selfish, coward, etc.probably she's in this because she won the 'beautiful cooking'. she does look abit too old to be 29.haha.

self centered and spoiled..... that's all i can say about this character... very not typical louisa... i feel really bad for bernice... the funny thing is when i first read the synopsis i thought bernice was going to be the 'bad' person... but that has changed now... LOL

OMG, her character is sooo annoying. Not to mention So Yuk Wah is totally wrong in this role!

her character "Ah Me" is very immature, selfish, self-centered, and childish. Everything is about Me, Me, Me....no wonder people call her "ah Me". lol. But sometimes her childish ways are funny. so i would say louisa so did a good job with her acting, but the character is hella annoying!

i dont like louisa's character in this series...she is so annoying after a couple of esps..she only cares about herself in here..and alos she tries to act "young" in this series

I could not believe that they cast Louisa to play to role because no offense she seems a little to old to play a selfish brat who relies on her father and is still trying to chase a dream. I think Louisa is more suited to play a sophiscated role.

I have never seen Louisa play such a role, a immature and selfish girl. Usually she plays the more mature characters (what a drastic 360 from her in Phoenix Rising). While she can get annoying, but I feel like that is the character, that is how she is. She's a rich girl who's been sheltered all her life and gets her way.

Actually I don't think she's too old for the role, because the character is written that way, she's not supposed to be a "young brat." Everyone makes mention that she's not like young anymore and she still has the dreams to be a star. So it fits.

I feel like when the character matures near the mid-end, Louisa will have more opportunity to show her awesome acting !!

If this is the way she's going to show the world she can do other roles out of her norm, I think she should go back to her normal roles. She's pretty funny sometimes in this series but her character's personality makes me hate her so much esp when I see how Bernice gets in trouble instead of her..

louisa is not a bad actor but i really hate her character in this series.
she is soooo.. conceited.. she only cares about her self. and plus she uses people like her aunt and her boy friend 'ah wor'.

As many of you've said, her character is getting more & more annoying........selfish & irresponsible !
Her behaviour was just like a little young kid doing things without thinking of the consequence & totally ignore other people's feelings! (Think some kids nowadays are even more mature than her!!!)

What she did in epi. 14 was just BRAINLESS!
Think she really thought that her father would not harm her so he would rather keep quiet & do whatever he could to protect her!
Really hope that she would learn a big lesson this time.

However, Louisa did very well to portray her character.
Just look at her facial expression in epi.14.....when Paul found her enjoying herself leisurely beside the swimming pool. she acted as if she didn't do anything wrong, no sign of guilt whatsoever!
Really want to slap her in the face & ask her to wake up girl....THAT'S ENOUGH!

I don't really like her in this series. From what I had watched so far I think that she uses to many people just for her job. I think that she has done to much, she has hurt too many people that cares about her.

You know what's weird? Louisa and Chun Pui are daughter-father in this series, but they played lovers in "Moments of Endearment" back in 1999, almost 10 years ago. That is what's weird.

Actually, I think TVB chose to give this role to Louisa because she won the "Beautiful Cooking" competition, but I don't think she would've chosen to take this role on her own. The character is way too immature and is a regression for Louisa. I believe that the more characters you play the more versatile you are, but this is one case where Louisa should've just told TVB she isn't doing it.

Ah Me's character is one that newcomers take to get started in the industry, not a charater for a veteran. There are different types of immaturity and Ah Me's character is the type newcomers to get their start in TVB acting and ultimately kill their career. If Louisa isn't a known and established veteran, her career would never survive this role.

Bernice's character is a little too mature for her. Louisa and Bernice should've swapped roles, if it weren't for the fact that Ally is the younger sister of Ah Me. Gosh, Bernice and Louisa need to switch shoes! Bernice has some granny shoes in comparison to Louisa.

I like Louisa, but her character here pisses me off sometimes. Too selfishh. You pretty much want to slap her sometimes. All she cares about is her own career ==" I really don't think she should end up with Michael Tao's character. But yea, I don't hate the ACTRESS though. Just the character. Hopefully she's not that annoying near the end. But yea, I agree with 60699. The character doesn't exactly fit her, but she DOES get that immature personality to the audience;; so I guess she's pretty good? LMFAO.

i know all the things she did from the beginning is tried to use people to get what she want. she just didn't think about the consequence for whatever she did. but starting ep 16 i started to feel sorry and sad for her.

i definitely do not like her character. I can't stand this series actually. Its quite annoying. Both her and Michael's characters. I feel so bad for them cause i LOVE their acting in other series. I can't believe they even accepted this script.

If Louisa pisses you off in this serie than she did her part cause for most of the series she's just gets on your nerves. That's why l love Louisa, she's a great actress.

She's the most annoying character ever. How can ANYONE possibly use everyone around her like that? This series attempted to explain that Louisa's character is like that because she never really had a "complete" family. But frig, Bernice never really had a complete family either. But Bernice is so much more mature and responsible. Besides, Louisa has an aunt as well. Her character really makes me hate her. But she did a GREAT job for me to HATE her so much.

Haha, she can seem annoying, but her character was so cute at times too! I think Louisa So did a really wonderful job- haven't ever actually seen her in a role like this, but she pulled off the character well. Favorite part? when she pulled the tissue paper out of her bra to wipe her tears when her father scolder her

ugh her char was so annoying. and i really wanted to smack her. thankfully she changed for the better in the end. about time it took so long!

her character was pretty annoying in this series..ahah the only thing i liked about her was her humor...i think she needed to dress differently..and her hair needed change...it looks too young for her.

Selfish when she betrayed her kins so as to get high TV ratings, so as to prove to Yim Lai (Ko Yau Lai)(Bernice) that she can do anything that her sister can.
Annoying when she always begs Ah Wor(Micheal) to help her.Overall,childish woman with big dream.She acted pretty good,able to make people dislike her.

I love Louisa's acting and I love her character... I think she did well and I definitly bought her character!!

I was watching just up until the 7th ep, but she is so annoying. God, i hate her character. But she's a good actor....eh.

seriously this whole show is unreal. louisa's character is annoying and self centered. i think the description provided by tvb is wrong for her character. she's not kind she cares for no one except herself. everytime she does something nice i'm like oh maybe she's changed and finally understand her wrongdoings but nooooo. like when she called her dad to say 'i love you' then later we find out she's forged her dad's signature. Her character should never be forgiven for all that she has done. i mean seriously she's spoiled as hell. she was given one chance after another while alot of people in life barely get one. i guess the choice of casting louisa was wrong since she doesn't fit playing a young spoiled brat that is too young to understand what's right and wrong. when looking at her all i see is a 30-40 something year old who can't grow up. Throughout this show i liked everyone except her which is kinda sad.

Her character role is annoying and not favourable but Louisa acted well.
