unforuntately, until charlene is out of EEG,
i don't think there's any chance in EC collaborating since esp after the scandal,
EEG and edison are obviously not on good terms.

I haven't read any news about Charlene drawing a line with Edison. The only news I read was that Charlene refuse to comment about Edison. Last year the reporters has been asking her about Edison non-stop but she refuse to answer so yea. Well with Gillian's recent interview, it seems like even if Charlene is still friends with Edison, she has to draw a line because Gillian 'purely' hates Edison. She mentioned of not ever wanting to see him again, it seems like EC working together seems to drift farther apart. BUT I'm not totally hopeless though, Edison wants to start directing soon so he might cast Charlene anyways. I mean it is CLEAR that he has always admires Charlene.

finally back!



hahas, EPSido is about how hk people can, since they love to shop, use this special credit card that,
for every $1 spent or something, EPSido would plant a new tree.
hence while shopping, they can save the enviroment as well.
that's why the 4 spokespeople (EC!) had planned to go shopping / had already went shopping together.
i can't remember if they had been shopping,
but i recall reading one of them comment that they already did.
while we all know that EC had been shopping together even way before that,
during the TE when ekin and gillian were filming their scenes,
EC went off shopping together.



yeah she did,
she said that edison didn't even call her,
ceci said the same thing too.

funny though, remember my theory about how gillian would do anything for edison while charlene wouldn't,
and charlene giving way to gillian cause she knows that gillian likes edison and she treats gillian as a sister?
gillian said that she did all those sex photos with edison so that she wouldn't lose him,
and it reminded me of how independent and strong charlene is to be the kind of girl who dared to go against edison,
with the whole being the first girl who dared look him in the eye,
being the girl who wouldn't bother to talk much with him (he finds her quiet, which is odd, but if she's trying to push him away, that's not very surprising that she wouldn't talk to him)

i like the fact that she's different,

i just came back from the movies yday night and i saw edison's SNIPER poster up and out on the boards!
i didn't know that huang xiao ming is in it too,
isn't he one of the candidates for charlene's dancing movie.

Okay, gurls, I have officially finish despammed the entire thread. We only have 5 more pages to reach part 7 so continue to post away, but remember not to spam.

I read early that Edison would be in Singapore promoting his new movie, I'm very happy for him. I'm not too sure if i'll watch the film since it is more of an action film but the fact that Edison is slowly coming back to the spotlight makes me happy! If you gurl has seen recent pictures of him in Singapore, Edison still looks good! LOL, still hotter than ever! On the other hand, Charlene is still filming with Mike. She just recently headed to China to continue filming. I wonder if Edison would promote at all in China since he should be okay there. AH, it seems like 2009, Edison and Charlene won't be in HK much. It might be a good thing because HK media are seriously the worst medias ever!

Charlene's career is doing extremely well, both in acting and singing. If it weren't for the incident, Edison's career might have went as far as Charlene. It is such a pity...oh well at least now we all can look forward towards Edison rebuilding his career.

Edison did say that he hopes to start directing in a few years! I think it'll be a good thing for him, I don't know...somehow I always picture him as the younger version of Andy Lau. I wouldn't be surprise if he wants to invite Charlene for the female lead because he has always admire her, plus, she is the youngest most valued HK actress in this generation. I recalled Director Wu Jing whom has directed <Moving Target> & a lot of other movie in which Gillian has taken part, he said that there are only 3 actresses in HK that he consider 'BEST', they are Charlene, Stephy, and Shu Qi. However, I don't know if EEG would allow it to happen, unless Edison gets some really good investors.

I don't think Edison would return to HK anytime soon either. It is very likely that he'll head to China, which is a good thing because Charlene would also be in China. It is kind of sad that both Edison and Charlene won't really come home [HK] this year.

i think he actually had the ability to reach that standard,

Oh, you're talking about the guy in <Twins Mission>, right? I'm talking about the director, he was recently in Taiwan and while doing an interview he mentioned that Charlene is one of the best! Which is good because he has never personally work with Charlene before, I think he probably did once as a producer only. However, he has work with Edison several times, but sadly he didn't talk about Edison.

Yea, I'm sure that Edison won't be able to work with Charlene. Mani recently had an interview and she mentioned that she has inform Gillian not to date Edison but she refuse to listen. woooo, charlene's signing session was organised by EPSido,
which means it's still in the move,
although not sure if edison's still part of it.
however, EPSido had never cancelled out edison from it even after the scandal cause they were asked and EPSido had said that they won't like stop working with edison,
though it's a bit harder to understand now since edison himself had quit hk industry so it's impossible for EPSido to promote him even if they want to.

Awww, I really like them together. They have such natural chemistry. And yeah, Edison might have said he 'quit' but even Michael Jordan has come back after quitting, so never say never. Especially with all the attention he got when promoting Sniper, all the media were there for him and the screaming fans! He's still quite young, not yet at his prime and I'm sure soon enough there'll movies lined up for him.

I hope he works with Charlene again, which will probably be awkward (with the whole Gillian saga) but who knows? It would such a shame if they never collaborated again. She's a great actress and he's a bona fide movie star. It HAS to happen at some point!
