Being a permanent resident in the UK, I have noticed that whenever TVB Actor/Actress comes out of Hong Kong to tour other countries, I don't get to see them!

Is it me, but ARE NO TVB ACTORS AND ACTRESSES COMING TO THE UK????

I always see fanvids of Bosco going to Australia or Steven Ma going to New Zealand and signing autographs and singing songs....

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE UK???

At first i thought you were saying that no TVB actors or actresses come from the UK.

Yes i do agree, cos i am here (UK) lol. and i wish they would come here too .. but probably most of the people wont know there famous cos their not chinese lol. ^^

Charmaine and Joe came to the UK once, i think, i went there, there was like a TON of people lol and Charmaine wasnt that famous then. I didnt even get a autograph. Its just too packed lol.

lol, because Australia and NZ are closer to HK. Going to the UK or the US would be a major trip.

yes, i agree it might be a major trip but still....what about all their UK fans?? (like me) they still have to support their UK fans if they have the TVB channel here on sky! It would be all right if they didn't show it here but they do!

nothing interesting really ever happens here and everything is released last here... like games and the TVB soaps used to be way behind the HK ones... its just not fun once you've been in HK.

we have had stars cuming from the HK to the UK a couple of years ago. there was Charmaine and Joe Ma, then Jessica and Sunny, Shirley Yeung came too. also Julian Cheung a while back, Kingdom Yuen, Edison Chen, Leo Ku etc

we have had some but mainly they go to London and many events were held where they played games with the audience and sang songs. does nobody remember?

lol, yeh.. I went to that one in b'ham (happy famaily gala) - ah sheh and joe ma, got their autographs. kekekes. was soo cool. Also took a pic with me and paul chan (chan wai gei) rofl. I was sitting at the front. lol. yehh.. apart from them two, i havent seen anyone else. ghey!




didn't jessica and sunny went to canda or somewhere... but yeh, if they do come to uk it would most propb be in london! =( chilam came to uk?! really?! hahahas. hmmm... a few others that came: c hing, hun yee, ella? came to uk too. To promote the chinese channel, singing competition... oh yeh and also francis ng came to b'ham - concert. lol. i went to that one. rofl.

well ella, michael Tao and Myolie didnt really come to the UK. they went to Holland bt the UK did advertise on them.

u didnt know? do you not hav the chinese channel? they are always advertising there saying they are cuming and they wud like to meet you and they tell you the place and venue.

well there is gona b a gala coming up soon. usually when these summer galas are on HK celebrities go the UK to perform. in the past Charmaine Sheh, Joe Ma, Jessica Hseun and Sunny Chan came to these galas. Im not sure which celebrities they have invited but i wil let yous no.

Would be nice to see them, I've been living in UK all my life and never been informed about tvb stars coming to UK. I don't have tvb channel either. But my friend did see Joe Ma and Charmaine Sheh, because she studies in Bham.

I'm off to HK for 4 weeks, so hopefully i see some celebs.

Please keep us informed if there is any tvb stars coming to uk, cause i dont know where to get these information from.

if you wana c celebs in HK you should be a TVB magazine and look at the adverts. the adverts gives info on any functions and the time and place and which celebs are present. just make sure that you get there earlier cos there are usualy heaps of people and stay till the end cos they do take fotos with fans.

Michael Tse and fAla chen are coming to the UK next month. they are goin to London and Glasgow.

LOL!! i know its so unfair, i live in australia, and charmaine and Bernice came to australia cvame, but i never got to met them, coz they were in my state! so i guess that the same feeling as being in the uk with no actress.

Oh when they were casting triumph in the skies, with joe ma, francis and ron sammuel etc, they were down the street from me, i didnt know and reliease until i watch the series 1/2 a year later....trust me i was so pissed off, i rather they havent came, then they have and missed an oppturnie like that

when Charmaine Sheh and Joe Ma came to Oriental City in Colindale i went but there was so many ppl so couldn't get an autograph, but i got photos with their printed autograph lol...

Fala Chen and Michael Tse is coming? but now Oriental City is closed down now so they have to find somewhere else for Fala Chen and Michael Tse...but anyways not really interested in them coming so probably not gonna go

i remember before when Hoo Hing supermarket used to invite one artist each year to come to London for celebrations like CNY, Christmas, Mid Autumn Festival. Chilam Cheung, Kingdom Yuen, Sheila Chan and some others came before where they played games and some sang (i remember Chilam sang Return of the Cuckoo themesong)...too bad they stopped doing that!! they used to give out/throw free stuff like moon cakes, lanterns, autographs (i got Chilam's) and I was always standing so near them right in front!

I went to the one in Glasgow today...to be honest..although im happy that they have decided to come to Glasgow...it wasnt that good...couldnt see cos it was raining, therefore everyone had their umbrellas up which was blockin my view....i left like an hr into it...couldnt even see Fala and Michael's dance performance...

BUT...i heard they are gonna edit the Gala and air it on the chinese channel this Sunday...

I live in the US,and I very rarely see any of the Hong Kong singer or star,just when they come to the casinos but that's not very often,one time I went to see Jackie Cheung he was amazing

oooh lucky you getting all the signed fotos. does that mean u were up close to them?

hehe yup they put a table on the stage and they signed away and we walked onto the stage to get them =] but the queue was like really long, probs took 45-60 mins? not quite sure, and i was standing next to the speakers >_< which wasnt that pleasant...
and i shook sunny's hand hehe he was so nice
fala didnt even look up, she just concentrated on signing away
and michael gave a smile as people took it hehe

oh yea previous experiences, shirley yeung, got to eat in the same restaurant as her haha
and when charmaine and joe came i went to see and a fam friend got their autographs for my parents though i dont know where they put it hehe
