The cover really does look awesome! I also barely recognized Minhwan. When I saw Minhwan I was like wow he looks so different! When I saw it yesterday I was also hyper and excited!!
I also saw the ones that were subbed but some of them weren’t but I didn’t mind. haha. I know right Jaejin will always be no. 1 and nothing can change that.
All of FT is great so whoever wears it than it is fantastic since they are wearing it anyway. haha. I wonder if they say I’m going to wear your shirt for today or just takes it and wears it. Well, they did know Seung Hyun when he was a trainee so when he went to their group they got to know each other more. That is so true Seung Hyun does look older than Jaejin at first I thought he was because it said he was born in 90 but then people say it is 91. It was so confusing at to what his age was! Jaejin is supposed to look older.
She is the one who is teaching me. I tried to play DBSK songs before on the piano but than FT came along and I totally forgot! That is cool that David Cook plays his guitar left handed.
Maybe he is left handed? I’m not really sure I know that he plays the bass right handed but most left handed can play an instrument with their right.
I just remembered my sister has a book on Korean! I don’t know why I’m not using it!

edit: OMG OMG OMG OMG OMFG they weren't kidding when they said lighter mroe upbeat sound!!! the mini-MEs are so cute!!! esap the lollipop one!! but WTH is up with jaejin's red galsses and mung cut??! nvm the red glasses but THE HAIR!!!! ...gah..the cheeky winks and all awesome! what's with hongki's and junghoon's fried hair?! and in that black and white scene tv one..junghoon's hair's like blonde or something rite? tat gray shade doesn't seem like it's black or a dark color to me... and GOSH! just as the climax was building they CUT THE CLIP!!! DAMN!!

I think this time around, there will definitely be subs for Hangeul Island 2 because FTI is so much more famous now. I was actually really surprised that they're coming out with a second season! So I'm thrilled xD Can't wait can't wait can't wait. I'm sure the boys' Japanese have improved. Maybe even SeungHyun's... O___O ...~~~ ?!?!?!? lol~
Man it really sucks to be so far yet so close to the location of the concert. That's exactly how I felt in the last two years with the Korean Dream Concert in the US. Gerrrrrrr~~~~
I'm actually going to Asia this summer, but only HongKong. I don't think FTI has every been there.... It seems like they're only focusing their promotion in Singapore and Japan. Recently, I haven't been too focused on FTI because there aren't too many clips. Then all of a sudden, it looks like their popularity just exploded and they're in a whole new level!!! And I really how like this group is not about dancing b/c I can't dance hahaha!!!
There's a 3rd album? I didn't know about it at all. Gosh~ I'm so behind.
So it's coming out at the end of July... as in SOON? AHHHH~~~~ This noona fan here is mad excited. That means there will be more MV and more songs xDDD
EDIT: I just saw the album jacket. It's looking good. The boys are down with a mature look. Jaejinnie's mushroom cut attracted me the most. It's so adorable!!! <3 Hongki's red hair lol~~~make him look like a player =___= Jonghoon actually looks pretty handsome w/out those glasses. SeungHyun's side view ----> dizzy noona. Minhwan sideburns are... too long? O___O

That's why I pamper F.T.Island more nowadays because they don't make me feel pressured with tons of new releases. I actually have enough time to enjoy their album, MV, and shows.
Is it me or is Jonghoon's hair look more like when he was in Hangeul Island 1 when it's straight and frizzy-free? I like it tho. It's all clean and neat xD

I’m so EXCITED after seeing that preview like you I watched it sooo many times as well and I still can’t get enough of it. I wished we could have heard some of the words to the song though. Since we didn’t it makes me want to hear the song even more now!! I also thought that the black and white scene made Jonghun’s hair look blonde so I thought that it was blonde. I was quite surprised seeing them in black and white. I think Seung Hyun would have looked good in those days. Do you like Jonghun and Hongki’s fried blonde hair?? I was so shocked to see it! I was like what!!!

mary: haha it took me a while to recognise minhwan..at firs i was awestruck with the over as a whole..then i was like OMG look at hongki's half pink half grey pants..then i was like seunghyun's gonna kill me AGAIN for the 457358751818th time...then 2 secs later i was like..wait..someone's missing...where's minhwan?!...i searched one by one..then.................... *blink* * blink* omfg..our pinkhwan's all grown up!!
yep yep...sorry seunghyun but no matter how many times you kill me..no matter how awesome you look and all..no matter how idiotic and dorkO he becomes with the mung hair and red glasses and all..you'll never get my jaejin's place in me..just continue being awesome friends with him..haha..XD
haha maybe it's just "hey i got nothing to wear today..can i borrow something?" ..lol..i guess you're right they already knew each otehr beforehand so it's not as awkward as a totally new stranger for a replacement member...which is good..haha when i saw his bio as 92..i was like "WTH?!" ........................ well tat oni sank in after seeing his bad woman clips...the ver yfirst official pics of him..the one of him looking tranced and all oncomfortable and wierd..i didn't like tat pic much..and believed he was 92er fully..but after seeing many more clips and all..seeing his behaviour and all..he's soo carries himself more of a 90er than 92er...jaejin's small head and skinniness makes him look like the younger one imo....
haha .. when i was still paying attention to the piano FT hasn't occured yet so i played mostly DBSK..FT songs i did try but oni snippets here and there..haha..
yea that's true..i took notice of his other pics at autograph session and he signs with his right hand..oni tat one random pic i found him using his left..tat's so disturbing ..well cos i dunno the confirmed answer...another new question to ask an interview!!
lol! you shud so go use it! i can't wait till weekend and go get a book to learn...i'd seach online but i get so distracted when online! ..haha..hopefully daddy'll pay..not intending to spend any money if i can help it..XD

i actually quite like FT's pace..not too fast..not too slow..ok maybe tat semi hiatus phase was a bit frustrating..but still i'm not complaining too much..haha..the thing tat pisses me off a bit is their releases tho..owh why can't they release their photobks to the international sites and all...and not make it limited edition...so primas worldwide an purchse it! like the graduation photobk..limited edition AND oni tat japan site has it..their 1st anni photobk..well i found ONE site tat sells it..but it's damn limited edi! ...the 2nd anni photobk better NOT be limited or oni restriced to kor/jap fans....

Ok, so I'm wondering in Hope ver. 2 is Jonghun's solo from the Shiboorum album. I have no clue if it is or not and it could be a different version to track 2 which is also called Hope. Oh well, since Jonghun's solo is already in an album I don't think they will put it in this album? It would be cool if they did though. Anyway, I also think that Hope is going to be their single off the album. I could be so wrong it is just what I think or maybe Bing Bing Bing since it is the first song off the album.

Jaejin really does look skinnier than before so I also want to feed him as well. He should be like Hongki and try to be getting muscle as well. They made his hair like that! I don’t mind his hair much. haha. I like their dyed hair as well. Hongki and Jonghun surprised me so much when I saw it though. I never would have thought that they would dye their hair.

I am going to have to accept that our Pinkhwan is all grown up now and he looks great so I can accept it!xD Hongki’s half pink half grey pants were so interesting I kept staring at them. Seung Hyun wants us all dead or something. Why must he looks do darn amazing!!

That could be it as well! They need to talk about sharing clothes as well just so that we know how they wear each other clothes. I’m glad that they knew Seung Hyun so it wouldn’t have been awkward. When the news came out they said he was born in 90 so I believed that and didn’t know until later that he was younger! There are times when he acts his age like when he does thing to Hongki but most of the time he does has that 90 feel to him. Jaejin needs to gain weight maybe he will look older.

When the news came out they said he was born in 90 so I believed that and didn’t know until later that he was younger! I am so excited as well!! I could not sleep last night cause I was way too excited and HI2 is coming up as well. I’m so happy that we are getting so many things from them! It would have been way better if the teaser was like a minute or something or they could have had the 30 seconds of singing instead. I so wanted to hear something. They really do know how to tease us but at least we don’t have to wait too long for it. I never really like black and white but I don’t mind seeing it for FT since they really did look awesome. I don’t know it could be a wig and if it is then he can just take it off and leave it off! Seung Hyun has to look the best there and true he would look good in any era. Here is a song that he sang for the Shiboorum album. Not a lot of people knew about it since it wasn’t talked about as much. I really like Jonghun’s voice though. Minhwan hardly ever sings so I want him to sing!! I heard him sing like a couple of times but that was it.
It would be nice if one day Jonghun can be himself comfortable on camera. I’ll wait until that time comes then! haha. Meeting him would be amazing that one would forgot all that is around them and just focus on Hongki. I would do the same thing. haha. The other members were mad as well but they didn’t show it as much as Hongki well just during the car ride anyway. The others might have cooled down but Hongki probably was still mad. I wonder what is up with Hongki these days and all the mood swings he is having. I wish the 16th would come faster I want to hear the whole album now.

I could not stop laughing after I saw woodman in one of their song titles! I wonder how that song will sound like. Bing Bing Bing does sound like a fun song. Well, Hope is going to be their title song and I know now that it isn’t Jonghun’s song Hope because the writing is different. I’m guessing that Hope ver. 2 will be a different version of the song. haha. I know it does but I don’t know why anyone would want to write about angle and woodman. Seung Hyun and Minhwan may have been born in the same year but they do have their differences. Here is a song that he sang for the Shiboorum album. Not a lot of people knew about it since it wasn’t talked about as much. I really like Jonghun’s voice though. Minhwan hardly ever sings so I want him to sing!! I heard him sing like a couple of times but that was it.
It would be nice if one day Jonghun can be himself comfortable on camera. I’ll wait until that time comes then! haha. Meeting him would be amazing that one would forgot all that is around them and just focus on Hongki. I would do the same thing. haha. The other members were mad as well but they didn’t show it as much as Hongki well just during the car ride anyway. The others might have cooled down but Hongki probably was still mad. I wonder what is up with Hongki these days and all the mood swings he is having. I wish the 16th would come faster I want to hear the whole album now.

I could not stop laughing after I saw woodman in one of their song titles! I wonder how that song will sound like. Bing Bing Bing does sound like a fun song. Well, Hope is going to be their title song and I know now that it isn’t Jonghun’s song Hope because the writing is different. I’m guessing that Hope ver. 2 will be a different version of the song. haha. I know it does but I don’t know why anyone would want to write about angle and woodman. In my case I can the street I live on is woodman and when you turn an angle you’ll see a house! Haha. The boy meets then girl and then boy says marry me to the girl! haha. I soo can’t wait to see their comeback and start seeing some performances!
Seung Hyun and Minhwan may have been born in the same year but they do have their differences. Which is so weird because one would never believe that they could be and Seung Hyun is so tall compared to Minwhan. Seung Hyun gives a whole new meaning to drop dead gorgeous. haha. I don’t know why but I get this vibe from Seung Hyun that he wants to take over the world.
Seung Hyun can be Jaejin’s no. 1 friend! haha. That way he can sort of be no. 1.
It was when he first came out it said he was born in the 90s so I believed that and I did not think that he would be younger. I could believe if he was my age but not younger! Maybe that is just how Seung Hyun is he was born in the wrong year. You can do it Jaejin you can so beef up!

That would just be awesome if they had 30 sec previews for each of their songs. I don’t think I would want to wait a second longer though and demand to have the album! I can’t wait to see their comeback and maybe Jaejin will have different hair during that time. I just love when Jaejin sings. I do hope that the will be able to sing in their new album even if it is one song. He does have a smooth and soothing voice. Have you heard Jaejin sing Because I don’t know how to love? I could not stop listening to it after I heard it. Seung Hyun is good at singing. I have noticed that he is becoming more confident when he is singing. I hope that Jaejin didn’t lose any more weight and that he will gain more weight.
It is really Jonghun singing. When I first heard the song his voice was different than what I imagined it would sound like. I was really impressed as well. Also during one of their concerts he sang and played the piano too. I so can’t wait until Minhwan has a song too!

I missed them performing so I’m glad that they will be performing again with their new song. It is going to be so awesome. Hongki better wink while he is on stage like he did in the teaser of that mv! haha. Fans would love that. Maybe Jaejin won’t have his hair like that. I guess we will have to wait and see if he does.
Seung Hyun should have been born in the right year! haha. 92 is young though only a year younger than me but Seung Hyun just doesn’t seem to fit there. well looks like after doign the mv and album shots.. they dyed their hair back to normal colors..can't wait for their comeback! wonder if they'll re-dye it again just to keep in with the mv and album theme..gosh the grese theme is just a killer! esp minhwan and seunghyuN!! hongki looks like some devil's child there..and i mean it in a good way! if it wasn't for junghoon and jaejin to balance it with the awkward oversized glasses and jaejin's hair..i'd have so gotten my first nose bleeed in my life (i'm act mega proud my nose's resisted a bleed my whole 19 years of life..XD).. or something looking at that pic for one sec too long..haha...
Me neither! I guess the thought of them dying their hair did come into my mind but I didn’t think they would actually do it. I would also be listening to those previews over and over again too! Yay, for Seung Hyun! Haha. It is always like that anyone who meets Seung Hyun will convert to him! Not just with him but others as well. They get such a different impression of them when they meet them in person. I don’t want them to tire themselves as well. That wouldn’t be good. They must rest!

They did have The One where all of them did get to sing and it was in English too so that was nice. It would be cool if they could have another song like that.
Jaejin Because I don't know how to Love It is only the audio of him singing so we don’t really get to see him sing it. Which is too bad because I really wanted to see him sing this song but at least we can hear it.
Seung Hyun has the best image and he just looks so great! haha. A mini Lee Seung Gi that is cute. I can also see his improvement as well and before we know Seung Hyun will be a singing without even being nervous.
He is really good at playing the piano and the guitar as well and he can sing too! Now all we need to see if Jonghun can act now.
Some of the words aren’t that easy to pronounce I do have trouble saying some words. I wouldn’t even know what to say I think I might forget what Korean I know if I see them.
I really do wonder why Hongki was mad that day but if he doesn’t want to say than he doesn’t have too. It could have been any reason as to why he was mad. Hongki has controlled himself lots of times since this is the first time we have seen him angry.

I got into them in late 07 I saw them on Mcountdown when I was watching it on tv. They performed Thunder and I really liked the song and they looked cute too. I wasn’t expecting them to be so young though by the way Hongki sang I thought he was older.

They didn’t perform when they were in Thailand they were there just to promote Jump Up. They could have sung but I’m not aware that they did. Hongki better not go for any butts though! haha. Seung Hyun needs to go back to the right year. He must be thinking about when the time is right to take over the world. Seung Hyun should definitely act! I can see him playing a bad boy in a movie or something.

I hear that the boys are going to be having a Baviphat photo shoot. I totally forgot about that! xD haha. I wonder if we are going to see them with a product or something. i hope you get to schedule your china trip with the concert! it's be a real bummer if say you were to arrive or depart from china a few days before or after prior concert...worse still..you're in china on concert time...but at the wrong part of the country! ....which part of china would you be heading to if you don't mind me asking?
well hopefully if they do come perform in msia..i'll be in the country..i'll kill myself or something if let's say they gp back tp sg or come to msia or something like tat at the end of the year..and tat's like a month or 2 after i leave the country for uni!...tat's be major sucky!

There is going to be a surprise event in the coming release of FT Island's 3rd Album on 16th July.
In appreciation of all their fans' love and support as well as to commemorate the release of their album, a ticket known as "Dream Ticket" will be inserted in one of the many albums. The holder of this ticket will get to go on a one-day date with FT Island.
This Dream Ticket has signature of the 5 members and if you are the lucky one, you will get to spend a day with FT Island, going with them on their promotion schedules, have meals together and receive other fan services.
To be able to meet your favourite singer upclose and personal and not just by watching them on TV or at concert venues, this is going to be a great present for their fans. Details of the event will be posted on their official homepage in accordance to the album release.
The teaser that was released earlier on 10th July has a click count of more than 350,000 at M.net website to-date and is receiving lots of attention even before the album release. Their first comeback performance will be on 19th July.
FT Island focused on rock ballads for their previous albums and for their 3rd album "Cross & Change", their music style will be on sorrowful ballads and bright melodies which are addictive and is sure to receive lots of interest from all.

teens: So what would a "good" girl be like?
Minhwan: Someone like my mother!
teens: WHy do you think girls love FTIsland so much?
Minhwan: Because of Hongki.
Jonghun: TO be specific, it's becasue of Hongki's voice.
Hongki: (loftily) And my eyes - you'll fall in love with me once you look into my eyes.
teens: Do the other members feel neglected because Hongki's always the centre of attraction?
Minwhan: He's the lead singer, so it's natura; that he's the focus.
Seunghyun: We're a band, so the vocalist attracts the most attention. But that's changing now.

27 June 2009 was a day of history for over 900 FTIsland fans, or Primadonnas - it was the day that they got to see FTIsland perforem onstage at Dragonfly at St James Powerhouse.
Opening their performance with "It is love", Hongki got the crowd going with otehr tracks like "Love is", "I don't know the rules of love", their english track "TV Radio", and of couse "bad girl". Breaking the set by greeting the fans in mandarin and declaring the baby of the band "dead", Hongki entertained the audience with lots of stage antics.
The band disappeared after nie songs, reappearing for a two-song encore to screams galore. Sadly, their performance cmae to an end way too soon and the band took their bows to groans of disappointment from their fans.
Making their debut in 2007 with the album Cheerful Sensibility, the five younsters - leader and guitarist Choi Jonghun(19), lead vocalist Lee Hongki(19), bassist Lee Jaejin(18), and drummer Choi Minhwan(17) and Oh Wonbin(19) - rocked Korean pop fans with their brand of pop-rock tunes.
That was followeed by their sophomore album Colourful Sensibility,and Japanese single "Soyogi".
In Jan 2009, Oh Wonbin left the band over musical differences and was replaced by guitarist and vocalist Song Seunghyun(17). The change of members didn't stop the group, who released a mini album Jump Up in February 2009 and most recently, their Japanese single "I Believe Myself".
The group is also plannign to release their yet-to-be titled third album in the upcoming months. With such a packed schedule, it's a wonder that the boys had the time to visit singapore for a showcase and fan meet late last month. they even took some time off to have a special chat with teens about music and each other's bad habits.
teens: One of the most popular tunes is "Bad girl", so what's the worst thign that a girl has done to you?
Jonghun: We're still young, so we really ahven't encountered any "bad" girls. But i guess we will meet one someday. (Laughs)
teens: So what would a "good" girl be like?
Minhwan: Someone like my mother!
teens: WHy do you think girls love FTIsland so much?
Minhwan: Because of Hongki.
Jonghun: TO be specific, it's becasue of Hongki's voice.
Hongki: (loftily) And my eyes - you'll fall in love with me once you look into my eyes.
teens: Do the other members feel neglected because Hongki's always the centre of attraction?
Minwhan: He's the lead singer, so it's natura; that he's the focus.
Seunghyun: We're a band, so the vocalist attracts the most attention. But that's changing now.
Jaejin: That's right. his popularity is going to drop any day now. Just you wait, he doesn't have much time left.
Hongki: (Confidently) That will never happen, I promise. In fact, I'm sure I will be getting even more popular.
teens: Since you know each other so well, what is the quality you'd most like to pick up from the group members?
Jaejin: Hongki's way with words. He can speak really well, which i admire.
Hongki: (Look at Minwhan) I'd like to have Minhwan's... (pauses)
Minhwan: Why? Is there nothing about me that you admire?
Hongki: Erm.. Minhwan's strength. He may be young but don't underestimate him - he's strong.
Minhwan: As for me, I'd love to have Jaejin's staying power, his endurance.
Jonghun: I agree, In my opinion, that's his best quality.
Jaejin: Seunghyun is often daydreaming and it often seems like he's not paying attention to what's going on around him. Others may not appreciate that, but I really like that about him. I think that's what makes him special. (Everyone else shakes their heads)
Seunghyun: Jonghun is a great leader for the group. (Everybody groans)
Jonghun: Oh my, why is he being so nice today? (Laughs)
teens: So is Jonghun really a good leader?

I actually went to look for videos of them in Thailand and they did have a showcase but there was only a video of them singing Bad Women from what I could find. You can see the photographers clicking away at them! They were in a program of some sorts when they were there too. There are also many fancams of them at the airport.
We don’t want to see good Seung Hyun we want to see bad Seung Hyun. haha. It is nice to see that Seung Hyun is getting along with other members. Speaking of Hongki and Seung Hyun they were sooo funny when they were on Mnet Jpop wave. haha. Even though I had no clue what they were saying but the things they did were funny. I wonder how Seung Hyun and Jonghun are like but then they do share a room together.
That better be what it is but even if it is it would still be nice he gain a little weight because he is still so skinny.

I like them in the with the whole Grease theme since they do look hot and all. It would be interesting if they sang a song from grease but in Korean. They must have all kinds of surprised for their 3rd album!
I hope that they don’t do that because I do not want them damaging their hair! They should either keep it as their album hair or normal hair. Maybe they just dyed their hair for the video. I noticed that in the album jacket too though he isn’t look directly at Jaejin he is facing him.
There is always a different impression when one meets them in person. I so can’t wait to see them! I wonder what will happen when I do. I don’t think anyone of them can change my mind about Jaejin though. I will want to look at all of the members since it would be my first time seeing them I want them to remember what they look like in person.

I still also always listen to Magic since Jaejin but then I listen to all of the songs that he sings in! You know what I found a version of him actually singing the song!!! OMG! I watched it over and over again after I watched it. If you look at all the videos I posted in my previous post with all the links that are numbers it is number 7!! There are other videos of Jaejin singing as well! Seung Hyun will have tons of new fans! I know that he gained a lot of fans when they went to Singapore which is really good. Jonghun as a hero would be really good actually. I can see it now Jonghun being the hero.
It is a hard language to learn my friend tried to teach me but he gave up since I messed up too many times. haha. I have to try harder. Hongki has to always be happy since we all like seeing him with a smile.

minhwan and seunghyun looked AWESOME!!! seunghyun's wierd grey and pink pants put me off a bit..but his rap sSOOOOO made up for it!! junghoon and his solo! the guitar! XD... JAEJIN OMFG ...during tat scene where his mini me was mimicking him..i just laughed so hard!!! [News] 090716 Lee Hongki - Choi Ara, What's Their Relationship? Couple Scenes In New MV Where FT Island Travels Back In Time
Counting down to their comeback, following the teaser that was released earlier on 10th July, FT Island releases the full version of their music video on 16th July (am).
The music video of their title track "Barae (Hope)" will first be released on GomTV. Fans are having high anticipation on the couple scenes of member, Lee Hongki, and Choi Ara.
In this music video, FT Island will travel back in time due to an electric shock and also take part in a singing contest at a moment of confusion. Lee Hongki meets Choi Ara in the music video as a vocalist and host repectively. They have good feelings for each other. However, after FT Island came back to the present time, they didn't realise that they were such a famous band in the past and Lee Hongki couldn't recognise Choi Ara at present too.
Though it was the first time Lee Hongki and Choi Ara met during the music video filming, the two interacted well and finished the filming smoothly and successfully. With Lee Hongki's previous music video filming experiences, together with Choi Ara's child actor debut acting experiences, both demonstrated great synergies.
Meanwhile, FT Island's new album "Cross & Change" that is going to be released today, consists of mainly bright and light-beat songs as well as sorrowful ballads and bright melodies which are addictive. The title track “Barae (Hope)” is a crossover between electronica and rock, creating a strong melody. The blending of rap gives off another feel to the song.

OMG. I love the whole MV concept. At first, I was like, " Dude, don't tell me the song's gonna start like that? ". Andd when I see that white lady yawning, I laughed. Then suddenly Hongki got more alive and when it hit the chorus, I instantly started to love the song! Seunghyun's action at 2:00 made me spazz like mad. And his rap, I swear I didn't know his voice could go that low. I mean, it's not that low but still, low (?). He sound so hot with that voice. And Jaejin gets to rap! WEEEEEEEE. But man, his hair. -.-
Jonghun's guitar solo zomg, it rocks totally. And of coourse, Magnae looks hot on the drums. The kids are cute too. xD

i went through soo much to get this album into my ipod..seriously..downloaded 2 different files cos the first couldn't play on my ipod..same with the second..it wasn't oni the third time lucky..it played! thank you cyndi! XD ..here's my 2 cents worth of the album ^^ ..reviewing as i listen...
01 빙빙빙 - Bing Bing Bing - cute song! the intro gave me a somewhat summer surfing feel...so aaron carter-ish... not my personal liking but still nice song..hongki doing tat "bing bing bing bing bang bang bang bang" part was sooo cute!!can't help but smile when tat verse comes up.. XD ...overall a very cute song! took me a while to realise jaejin was singing there...haha ..this kid improved so much it's a challenge for me to identify him.. i like the nto so edgy edge ( if you et what i mean...lol..) .. haha..the background harmonica..reminds me of wonbin... =.= ..
02 바래 - I Hope - since this song was released earlier in the morning along with the mv..i had it on replay for 4 -5 hrs! no joke check my lastfm if you don't believe me..XD .. love the intro! the light piano makes it even more awesome! the back beat throughout the entire song is awesome too..the general beat gives a really dance-y feel to the whole thing...SEUNGHYUN"S RAP IS LURVE!! but they digitised the first rap verse i immediately thought of wonbin again! .. gosh whenever the chorus comes..that imag eof thaat dorkO sideways dance comes into mind..can't help but laughing! XD ..and MY JAEJIN RAPS TOO! XD ... tat so made my daY! the mv..i had a real problem with seunghyun's wierd pink and grey pants and jaejin's mung hair..but their raps made up for it..
03 미우나 고우나 - Hateful and Graceful - first ballad of the album! the piano melody is beautiful! hongki's voice too.. again i think of wonbin when listening...thinking of his final perf..damn... why is wonbin creeping up so much in me when listening to this album...i think not much needs to be said abt hongki's vocal when it comes to emo sad ballads like this one....this song is totally hongki owned...
04 천사와 나무꾼 - The Angel and The Woodman - acoustic opening! first things tat came to my mind was palm trees! and a wooden hut! and straw hat! and floral shirt! hammock!.. XD ... a very smooth song..it's got that slight john mayer feel..jaejin! gosh when he came in i thought it was some gal! XD ... i dunno why but a chill went down my spine when he came in! haha..this song really gives you tat feel to wanna sway along with the song..haha..at least i did..again..love the acoustic plucking! i can so imagine em perched at the edge of a stage doign this..haha..
05 소년, 소녀를 만나다 - Boy Meets Girl - another slow song..quite emo-ish..not as sad as track 3 imo..jaejin's in this time wasn't as spine chilling as before..it was really smooth and beautiful..GOSH the part where he soared!! tat was awesome! fist time hearing him singing like tat!
06 결혼해줘 - Marry Me - aH! this song! kinda like similar to track 2's feel...well the beat..but the chorus beat totally changes..but still the similarities are still too obvious to ignore...gosh! hongki's verse of "marry marry marry me"..haha...
07 꼭은 아니더라도 - Although It's Not A Must - first thing that crossed my mind when i heard the flute intro, TITANIC! haha...another slow beautiful emo song..second in place so far where emo sad is concerned..hongki's voice is just made more awesome with the simple piano background and light accompaniment..again a song owned by hongki...
08 첫눈에 알아 - I Knew From First Sight - a very 70s intro..ok i might not be too sure abt the decade..but definitely classic..laid back..again palm trees and all things retro come in to mind..and is it just me or did i hear MINHWAN Sing?!wait lemme rewind and playback...i think junghoon opens the song?..ad minhwan sings the second verse???followed by seunghyun???!! and now hongki this one i'm sure off...i think i still haven't heard jaejin? unless i mistook jaejin for minhwan?but they have such distinctively different voices! unless vocal training made him sound different ... wait now i'm sure i hear jaejin in 2.17 min! ... haha.. gosh they really mean it when EVERYONE sings in the album huh..another very laid back song..very like track 4 where vibe's concerned...
09 보내주기 - Letting Someone Go - i have no idea who starts this song! i think it's junghoon but i'm not sure someone help me out here! this song give me a feel like it's a continuation of something.. i would link this to track 7..am i paranoid or something? linking songs to one another..haha...i dunno why..but the chorus..it reminds me a lot of this year's american idol song "there are no boundaries" ..refer to kris allen's ver...
10 못난이 - Ugly Person - i like this intro! the techno-ish electric guitar intro....a dicso-ey feel to this one..they weren't jokin when they mean crossover! the choppy bridges..i dunno why but shutter shades come into mind! XD ... another song i would put in the same category as track 2 and track 6... seunghyun rapping again is bliss ~~~
11 남의 속도 모르고 - You Don't Know How I Feel - emo song alert!slightly rock-ish..well there's no digitised effect here..but i'd say more of emo with a rock edge...i think this one is by far the most emo one in the album...if you really think while listening to the song..and think of those sad scenes you see in dramas..the emotional ones can really cry out here..yet another song totally owned by hongki.....
12 바래 (Ver 2) - Hope (Ver 2) - this a less digitised ver i think? so far it sounds quite similar to ver 1 to me...eh no..the chorus sounds almost the similar too..the raps also sound similar to me..someone please point me out the difference...
well i don't have a favourite song yet..need to listen to the songs a few more times before deciding...haha..anywayz..that's my 2 cents worth on the album...please correct me in places where i have gone wrong..cheers!
