Julian is back, I really can't wait to see him in this series. I wonder who Tavia is going to be paired up with in this series, Julian or Steven? I want to see her with both. This series is confirmed right, because earlier someone I read that this series was just rumored to be filming. Hopefully this series is true, but then I guess if they are having a costume fitting in November, this series should be true then.

Tavia had a bit part in The return of the cuckoo and actually had a scene with Steven. One of Steven's female admirers in the series. Both of them young and green then.

Chilam Cheung went to TVB Centre yesterday in order to have a discussion about his upcoming series. Chilam Cheung who already has two to three years never film a series with TVB. He had declined more scripts offered by TVB last two to three years due to his busy schedules. Thus, now he said,"He went to TVB in order to discuss the main theme or genre of the series he will be filmed...the story concerned with 12 horoscopes love story...produced by Tsui Yu On (The Biter Bitten, Speech Of Silence), the partner filmed with him is Tavia. However, now is only the beginning, any modifications or changes will occur for this series in the future..

Can't wait for costume fitting! I hope Tavia gets a new hair for this series! I love her in her long and slightly wavy hair like she has it when its down in BBOL. And Chi Lam is so cute (as always). I never saw SOT so I really missed out. Hope she ends up with Chi Lam (since Tavia is with Steven in ST right? Got to be fair lolz)

Steven will end up with another female lead. And according to the news, Chilam will eventually with Tavia in this series...SO HAPPY after I heard of it...

According to TVB: A Way of Thinking: The Steven-Tavia series will now be referred to as "The Horoscope of the Prince". Chilam will no longer be in this series and Mchael Tse will join the cast.

So sad that Chilam is no longer in the series. No more chance to see Chilam-Tavia again!

By the way, what kind of show has a name called "The Horoscope of the Prince"? Is it going to be a romantic series?

Yeah..this is a love romantic story that relates to the horoscopes. So, eventhough there will be no Julian, but Michael will be just fine...

Steven's character will be a young man who grew up in a 'fish-farm' and is a fishmonger who will face struggles to gain success. The story will involve horoscopes and fate.

I'm sorry to say but Stevia again? I like Stevia but I'm just really disappointed that there is no more Julian-Tavia. But I'm sure Stevia in their new series will make me happy! Wow, the story sounds really romantic already. I wonder what character will Tavia be acting as?

Steven fans are not happy to hear that Steven's new character will be a fishmonger. Just think how glamorous can a fishmonger be. Steven might as well keep that head of curls of his and his flip-flops and his fake tan, now that he has apparently broken away from his gentlemanly characters.
I WANT a cool, smart, suave villain with 'electric' eyes! Not another villager, this time from the seashore smelling of fish!

Lol....it seems like we all have some reservations about this series. I love Julian and i wish he could have filmed this with Tavia, especially since Tavia and Steven already had Sweetness in the Salt. However, Steven and Tavia and both very capable actors. I know they won't disappoint us!

Tamaya - Maybe Steven will have a radical transformation near the middle of the series, when he's trying to gain success? I'm sure he'll dress up to impress in the new series! I'm more interested to know whether his character will be a complex one, fighting so hard to rise to the top only to realize he has lost the ppl/things he treasures most, etc...

What script? Wasn't it was rumored that Julian back out of this serial after reading the script! If it is true, then at least, fans can feast their eyes on eye candy characters, right? Anyway, I don't hold out much hope for good TVB scripts these days, and after months of being bombarded with pixs of curly Zhou, a truly Complex Hakka zai/pervert (rolleyes), enough is enough of grunge.

Look at all the other tvb leading men, if not all dolled up in their sunday best and gems, then cool dudes in shades, and then look at my Steven.....first a hakka zai.. now a fishmonger .. heavens!
but I like your story premise, maybe he'll rise up in the society, preens like a peacock and kicks butts and I ..... go back and curl up in my rock now.

And boy, talk about a misleading series title this one takes the cake. What Prince? and prince of horoscope, no less. How does these two disparate subjects connect? What? The prince will become a fishmonger when the clock strikes twelve?

I too was disappointed that Julian declined the role. He and Steven were good in rotc.

I just read the translation of the mag and Chi Lam seems to be back! I'll defn watch this because of him.

I think TVB weekly got it totally wrong. Chilam wrote in his blog that he has declined the offer to film Horoscope Prince. And I thought the serial is about the struggles of a fishmonger!

I'm skeptical of this news! Will see.

I think the summary is wrong too. It might be the first draft of the series and the writers took the wrong version

Series Attraction:
Using horoscope as packaging, the theme is fresh. Close to current trend, the modern feel is strong. Especially targeted to the taste of young people, and attract other audiences at the same time. The story pointed out the difficulties faced by the white collar in the office, and also the inner feelings of employees, can easily earn sympathy. The drama is written in a light-hearted way on a metropolitan fairy tale story of beauty and the beast, with a mix of comedy and romance factors. It will also have a character projection attraction on men.

Story Synopsis:
The main male character whose look is less than satisfying is working as an assistant in the office and also as a magazine horoscope writer. He would often add advices for the female colleagues. The females found that each of his advices has come true, and began treating him as the guidance light in their life, viewing him as the Horoscope Prince. The female superior whom the Horoscope Prince likes is also superstitious in horoscope. The Horoscope Prince intentionally hinted that himself is the Mr. Right for the female superior in the horoscope forecast. The two finally became lovers. But the Horoscope Prince did not have the heart to continue lying and admitted everything to her. The female superior was angry and broke up with him. The female colleagues also despised his action. In one round, he was neglected by all women….

I am sad that Chilam won't be in this series but I think this will be better because I want Tavia to be with both men but now its STEVIA ALL WAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Like you say, the promo version may very well be the very script that Julian rejected.
I'm certain that Steven's fishmonger storyline will be the one used for Stevia new series. Furthermore, Tavia has confirmed that Stevia series will start around Christmas. No mention of Julian whatsoever For those who are still holding out that Julian may still be casted - don't hold your breath for too long. Julian, himself, has explicitly stated in his blog that he won't be in this series.

I believe the 'out' version was included in the promo packet because, well, the page was already printed so why waste it Misinformation - so what? not all promo series will be produced anyway.

if the series plans to start filming in December then shouldn't the costume fitting be soon??? I really hope that Chilam is in (even though the chances are low) but I just want a costume fitting so we can confirm castings.... I just hope this is a good script!!!
