TVB "Forensic Heroes II" ending was revealed early, with Bobby Au Yeung (Tim Ko Yin Pok) and Yoyo Mung (Leung Siu Yau) getting married, Frankie Lam (Sam Koo Chak Sum) and Kevin Cheng (Ivan Yeung Yat Sing) getting involved with a yacht explosion therefore Charmaine Sheh (Bell Ma Kwok Ying) rushed to the hospital upon receiving the news. The fate remains unkown for Kevin who will be in a coma, leaving an opening for "Forensic Heroes III."

Executive producer Mui Siu Ching revealed that there will be a half hour production special during the final episode. Apart from cast interviews, they will be broadcasting production clips and NG scenes. Ratings for last Tuesday peaked at 39 points, with the average of 35 points. Mui Siu Ching expressed confidence that the finale ratings will be higher.

With the way TVB has been with sequels, I'm not surprised at all that they'd leave an open ending for the possibility of a 'threequel'. It's cool as long as it's done well ... however, I'm kinda sad that they had to kill off Linda and now there's a possibility of a third one and she can't be in it anymore. I miss the original four: Bobby, YoYo, Frankie, and Linda. This part already has taken out both original female leads, so I can't even imagine what the third part, if there is one, is going to be like ... but I guess as long as it's done well, It can't be that bad right?

wow..really? i guess there could be more cases to be solved....
if they do produce FH3, Linda could come back cause in The Academy 3: Full Throttle,
they brought back michael miu so is not like is impossible. is just a new character look alike? =P

I seriously feel that they will make a part 3 for FH...because of the pretty good ratings and also because they've practically gave an open ending to FH2. Crap. I don't even feel like watching FH2 and now they're thinking of a FH3. Seriously, tvb, STOP giving us sequels...o.O Sequels are ok but not when you give us sequels every other month! We've got sooo many sequels lined up for the year already! Can't they just stop the sequel flood and do something else first?

Its not surprising that TVB will make Forensic Heroes III. Impossible to bring Linda back though, unless they want to make her a 'twin' or 'lookalike' of the deceased Linda's character. I think in FH3 the story will continue on Charmaine's love triangle.

No , I don't want any more triangle , esp for Charmaine's character.

I would really hope that TVB would decide to film a third installment for this series. The first and second one was so good. They probably want to film a third installment to continue Charmaine's love triangle with Kevin and Frankie. But Linda would be in a third installment though since she died in the second one. But hopefully they somehow can write her back into the series. Maybe Frankie will fall in love with her and Charmaine and Kevin will be back together. I rreally hope this will happen though.

omg....what's with TVB and sequels??? There's just way too many these days....but i guess for something like Forensic Heroes its pretty easy to make sequels...coz its more case based. But for something like the Heart of Greed and D.I.E....that's just a bit ridiculous.

anyway, its just my opinion..if they do make the third installment of Forensic Heroes, I'll probably watch it if the cases are good...not for the relationships between the main characters.

The ending got spoiled already, but this is the only series I'm looking forward to so far so it's okay that they make another one. I'm not much for sequels either, but this one - so far, it's alright.

AND I honestly hope they don't try to bring Linda back in as a look-a-like. Look-a-likes seems too much like a replacement than the real character. They should have forseen this ages ago when they made a sequel (aka a possible 3rd one later). They shouldn't have kill Ding Ding in the first place and maybe just make something else up. Gosh! Ding Ding never appeared that much in first part anyway, don't know what's the point of killing her off. Just make her appear less and then make her appear more in part 3. (But w/ TVB messing up on so many series lately, I guess we shouldn't be so worked up on it anymore. Too predictable by now.)

I'm not as against adding in new cast as much for cop dramas than the other types. It's more lame in ancient series than these ones. So no complains regarding what they do with the cast for the 3rd one. In reality, people get change from one department to another all the time, plus having new people on the team so it's not that bad comparing to other types of series (as said before).

They ruined it by killing Linda
and I noticed they have a pattern in doing this Criminal investigator when they killed Kenix...healing hands...the only one where they actually did it so that if that actor wanted to come back they could was Armed Reaction with Esther. That was done like a true good writer...but then again like the person above me said Linda didn't get that much show time anyway so for her to be missing or just doing small parts during the show isn't that hard. I mean...she has a life right? Cutting her screentime or using a better excuse which can still keep her alive makes the story much more interesting to me. Because they've ruined it with the continued killing of people like On the first beat etc. That ruins a show when you just kill off a character cutting their screentime or just writing a better excuse if they can't film is a far better way to approach the situation.

well hope they would make FH3 in the future, the first and second was great but it sad they kill linda in the second and change the main actress to charmaine.

FH3 is a must! but i hope the storyline wouldnt be too boring!

FH3 is good unless there are better cases. FH2 is not police series IMO, people always talk about Kevin-Charm-Frankie relationship but this triangle hasn't stared yet when Frankie gave up so early. i can see in many forum people always focus about K-C-F and a few people discuss about cases.

LOL how can there be another love triangle when Charmaine is already with Kevin? Plus, they already have a baby. I highly doubt that they will do a love triangle with all of that stuff happening in Charmaine and Kevin's relationship

I really want an FH3 I want them to bring back linda I cannot accept the fact of having frankie and sharon be together it's just so eww. It's kinda impossible to continue on the triangle because frankie gave up and if there is a third one kevin said that it will talk about him, charmaine, and thier children. I hope it comes out soon.

I really didn't like that they added Charmaine and Kevin and gave them most of the screen time. Why didn't they change the entire cast if that's the case? If they're going to have a third installment they may as well just eliminate Bobby, Yoyo and Frankie since they really didn't get that much screen time.

I don't know if this is true or not, but when I was watching the entertainment news on Direct TV a couple of days ago, it was broadcasting a promotional event for "Forensic Heroes II." Charmaine wasn't there, but Kevin, Bobby, and Frankie was. Kevin was stating (I wasn't really sure if he was joking or not) but he saying that if they do film a third installment, Charmaine should have two kids with him alread. So I wasn't sure if he was joking abotu this part or not. But I actually hope this is true.

i agree with wat every1 has said...its most likley that they will have FH3 cause its tat popular, but i think it would be kinda of lame to bring linda back in [sorry if i offend any1 but i do love her acting] because all the hong kong dramas always have like a look a like or a twin when they want the actor back in and its getting old. And if they do have a 3rd one i would rather them talk about the other members of the teams and like have cases that are in sorta related to them or have one of the member of the staff turn bad or something, but i would want the love triangle cause it has already been sorted out in the end as Charmaine choose Kevin over Frankie in the end, and of course Charmaine is havin Kevin's baby.

They'll probably make a part III if the ratings are really high. If they do they can continue on with what actually happened to Ivan. The love triangle probably won't be there anymore since Charmine already made her choice and all.

YES, I totally agree and like I said in my previous post - too much like a replacement (although it probably isn't since TVB will find some reason to convince us it isn't like that if they do decide to bring Linda back). Plus they already messed it up. I don't want it to go around in circles since didn't someone already mentioned that Frankie/ Sam already got over Linda/ Ding Ding's death and moved on? She will always be in his heart, so does it matter sooo much if someone else, like a "lookalike" comes along or not?

I think the person who responded with the "triangle" thing replied before the final eps. were air & before the triangle was resolved so it's now irrelevant. (So that person wasn't talking about bringing the triangle back in or anything.)

And I agree to make the storyline move forward instead of keep introducing old ones or characters involved. As long as the team is still the same (aka the majority of the cast of both teams are the same like Raymond Cho, Leung Lit Wai, Fred Cheng, etc), they should focus more on the cases now since some peopel have been complaining about more "relationship" stuffs than cases for this part (or the case was too easy, etc).

I wonder if there's a high chance for making FH3? My friend told me that the chance is like 50-50 now..Man I do want another sequel because I want to see Dr Koo in love again!!
Pretty sad if they don't bring Linda back, but if Sharon can make him as happy as he was in the first 4 eps, then It's ok, no big deal.

Such a shock to me the fact that they probably wanted a Sam-Bell ending from the beginning, but due to several reasons they changed It ( I'm so glad that they did) . No wonder why Charvin's storyline seems somewhat rushed towards the ending.

well by the looks of it, i am guessing there is goin to be another one...if the producer says theres a 50 50 chance. although i liked the 1st one more than the 2nd i hope the 3rd one will have shorter eposideds cause once its above 25-30 i find that it tends to draggg on and on...and i start to tune out and wait till its the last few eposides then start watchin again. so hopefully they have they same amount of eposides for the 3rd one as like the 1st one [season 1 - 25 eposides, season 2 - 30 eposides, 3rd - hopefully 20-25 eposides]

I'm hoping they make a 3rd one. Also, I hope they bring in Bernice Liu! That would be so cool, but then I'm still pissed that Linda had to die so early. Lame as hell. Didn't even feel like watching the rest of FH2 anymore, but still did. They MUST make another one cuz they can't end FH2 with a cliffhanger and not make a number 3!

I don't think they should make a 3rd one. It was a disappointment compared to the first one.

It was like "witness to a prosecution 2" was disappointing compared to the prequel.

the Second? It's pretty good, but to tell the truth, it was focused on the love triangle B-I-S.. [although a fan of Charm I have to say that]
I hope part 3 would have more serious case to be solved..... of course to deserve its name FH, its plot should be that... and just a little about love..

But the last episode 30... I had a strong feeling that Sam meet a girl who wear the same shoes with his wife...i think they will appear in FH3 and MAYBE will be the next couple for the next coming up part 3....

seeing how the ending, madam mui is running and dr. koo finds the girl wearing the wedding converse shoes, the producers r definitely leaving space to make a FH III. no doubt it would be made, it be kinda like armed reaction, which went up to IV. thought of this drama b/s bobby is in both.

I really hope if they do have a third installment they would bring in Leila to have a love triangle; Leila-Kevin-Charmaine

It's alright if they wanna make a FH3, but please do more research on developing the cases. I think relationships should take a more secondary role in this kind of show. And stop adding new AND pointless main characters.

if they bring back linda a look alike and sharon is in it then the plot might be interesting, frankie fall in love with sharon and then he saw linda and make him think of his dead fiance, so he is confuse of who he love?

Unless Linda is in part 3, I'll watch it. I don't care how TVB is gonna do it, back to life (haha) or a completely different character. As long Linda is in, I'll be fully supporting it. I stopped watching episode 5 in part 2, right after Linda's last death scene with Frankie married her at the church.

i really hope that they make a third part because this one is really great but i hope that they will use the same actors and make the cases much better becuase the second part wasn¨t so good, the cases was really bad nothing good

You all realize that the reason why Ding Ding was killed off early in the series was because Linda Chung was busy with other productions, such as A Journey Called Life. I agree, it was stupid that they killed her off but hey? What can you do right? When an actress is as busy as she is, there's only so much work she's able to do!

But anyway, I'm glad they're making a 3rd installment of this series. I think Charmaine and Kevin will stay together, whereas Frankie will have a new love interest

I am glad Linda was written off the story early on because I cannot stand her character and acting but at least TVB did a good job in getting rid of the character unlike in some other dramas where they totally screwed it up.

Anyway, I enjoyed FH1 and FH2 immensely so I would definitely welcome FH3.

I do hope there will be a FH3. This series was so interesting and the ratings were not bad. Also, there are some things that the 3rd part can talk about like more of Belle & Ivan's story (we just know Ivan woke up), Sam maybe finding another partner, Tim & Siu Yau's marriage life, and more cases. So a 3rd part would be nice.

Hope the rumors that they kick out Charmaine and Kevin are false. I like Ron and Bernice but not Myolie. I didn't FH2 on how they kicked out Linda in the beginning of the show just like Fiona in OTFB. Kevin and Charmaine played such an important role. If Madam Ma isn't in FH3 the and Yoyo has no feelings in her right arm+she can't hear much with her left ear...who will be the new commander of the police?

Basically, the article said that after disappointing ratings, the producer wants to kick off both TV King and Queen who are considered ratings poison.

After Linda's death, Frankie's story is over in FH. Also, the cases weren't interesting in FH2, and unknowingly, the focus has been put on Ivan/Bell's love story instead. The producer and crew hope to revert FH back to its original theme of focusing on the forensics team and have more interesting cases. They also want to change the focus back to Bobby/Yoyo's love story.

Ron-Myolie-Bernice will be added in as a love triangle. Ron will be a policeman.

*Note: We really don't know how reliable this article is. But I really hope it's not true because I really want to see Kevin and Charmaine again in "Forensic Heroes III." I didn't really believe that Kevin and Charmaine were ratings poison, maybe it was because of something else.*

I don't see a point for Forensic Heroes III, or any sequel for that matter, if they're not going to keep the original cast. Even worse if you keep the cast and shove them aside and focus on the new characters.

I think TVB needs to realise it's the cast members and their chemistry which most probably made the series so appealing in the first place. Just because you call something a sequel when it clearly isn't, don't be so surprised when it fails.

I would LOVE to see Bobby and Yoyo together again, but not when I'm watching old characters trying to fit into an entirely new series packaged as a sequel.

another sequel..TVB sure does love sequel could have just make another investigation another with similar cast...but it's not out yet so it might turn out good.

Also, the article state that Frankie would be taken out too, so maybe someone should take off his name in this thread's cast list as well...... sigh...
