Louise Lee and Deep Ng, Natalie Ng and Belinda Hamnett etc attended the "Busan and Tokyo Film Festival Wrapup Party" for the film "A Decade of Love". The cast of "Moonlight Resonance" Louise Lee, Susanna Kwan, Ha Yu, Lee Heung Kam, Chow Chung, Bosco Wong and Kate Tsui etc attended the event "Golden songs welcome Mid Autumn". As well as celebrating the good ratings for the show which reached 37 points, they also celebrated Louise Lee and Chow Chung's (who plays Louise and Susanna's father) birthday and presented them with a big Birthday cake. Ha Yu kissed Louise Lee wishing her Happy Birthday and Susanna kissed Chow Chung who is about to become 76 years old. They both had the same wishes which was to have good health.

When the event was about to end, the cast went off stage and presented the audience with Moon cakes. A mid aged man who took photos with the cast did not want to leave and attacked the security guards. In the end he was carried away. The man was crying and yelling saying he wanted to kill the security guards and complain about the security. The police arrived to calm the man down. Louise Lee said she felt very unhappy that such an incident occured. During the time she was very shocked. She felt that the man attacking the security guards was wrong but then again she was very worried about his safety. The Chinese lunar calender August 13th is her birthday. Since a very young aged she has always advised to delay celebrating her birthday on that date and would rather celebrate the occassion 2 days after. As long as she celebrates Mid Autumn with her family then she will be happy. She hopes she has good health and will become stronger, while accepting more work opportunties. It will be even better if she can stay awake for over 30 hours and have no rest.

Raymond Lam (The chance of becoming TV King: *****)
It has been definite since the beginning of this year?
Goon Ga Jai’s importance is greater than the other male characters. Moreover, “The Four” will be coming out. Raymond Lam’s popularity will continue. His chance of becoming TV King is already almost absolute.

However in Moonlight Resonance, his performance has only received satisfactory review. If we talk about surprise, it can’t be compared to Alfred in the first series. As the character is too perfect, the potential to show off becomes restricted. His triangle relationship with Linda Chung and Bosco Wong is also too long-winded, each episode their progress will go in circle, the persistency and loyalty in love is really making people feel tired and not feeling touched. However, when we talk about status, it is time for him to become TV King. At least he will be more deserving than the previous year’s Kevin Cheng, right?

Ha Yu (The chance of becoming TV King: ****)
If he won it, it will be a kind of recompensation.
Last year he didn’t get anything is too much. Old man would feel disappointed. Fortunately, it doesn’t affect his acting. Joe Bao’s character is more difficult to grasp than Bao Bao. Ha Yu had secured it steadily. He has given his full performance regardless whether it is laughing scene or crying scene. If we talk about capability, he has power to win! If his performance within two years are added up, he is even more deserving of the award.

Moses Chan (The chance of becoming TV King: ***)

Double-winning TV King to win continuous jackpot?

He maybe seen to be unpopular choice. However, TVB awards like to give earth-breaking surprises. Therefore, Moses’ chance can’t be overlooked, especially since Ah Kar has more “noise” than Dak Dak Dei, acting as a person of a rather different type yet still has to be fitting in with the whole family. The audiences like his special comedic feel. This breakthrough is deserving of award. Only that, will continuous TV King be an over-reward? If Moonlight Resonance is not wanted to be the only big winner, another unpopular choice is Roger Kwok from “D.I.E”. Don’t forget that he was able to clear Sonija Kwok’s record. Among TVB actors, who can do that?

Lee Sze Kei (The chance of becoming TV Queen: ****)
The audiences will definitely accept if the award is given to her. However, the opportunity to promote a person will be lost. Besides, there is a lack of surprise. It’s a rare chance that Lee Sze Kei opened her golden mouth and expressed that she doesn’t want to fight with the young generation. Does she hint that she has undergroundly quit the competition?

Tavia Yeung (The chance of becoming TV Queen: ****)
Really remarkable! Although her screentime is obviously not much, she still manages to stand out and becomes the netizens’ choice of the new TV Queen!
Regardless of being strong or crying, this “Get” Girl succeed to leave a deep impression on the audiences. Facing the veterans, meeting the strong and becoming stronger, her performance obviously won over the first series. If she was given the honour of TV Queen, and receive recognition, she will definitely become the focus among the TVB leading ladies. TVB likes to promote people, why not promote her?

Can villain win the main award? I think the chance will not be big. After all her age is rather old. If TVB promotes her, why not fiercely promote Fala Chen to be the youngest TV Queen, becoming a household name by being mute, won’t it be a bigger topic?

"TVB Sales Presentation 2009" was held last night at the TVB's TV City in Tsueng Kwan O - this was a major event which honored the advertisers. At 6:30pm, the artistes arrived in their evening wears walking in on the red carpet. Although yesterday the weather was rather chilly, but the Fadans were not afraid of the cold. Tavia Yeung, Ada Choi and Angela Tong were the sexiest, as for Moses Chan and Raymond Lam were the two Siu Sangs that were the most welcomed by female guests. The two of them also were more than welcomed to take pictures with the guests. THe sales presentation began and the artistes were in the cold. Liza Wang and Carol Cheng stood in the first row, followed by Charmaine Sheh next to Carol, representing a true Fadan status. But even non-biological daughter Ada Choi got to stand next to Liza Wang, it is seen that she is a favorite.

Last night Ada wore a low cut evening dress along with sponsored diamonds valued at $4 million. She smiled and said that this time she is really "The Gem of Life". Although the weather was cold, but she smiled and said that it was OK, women who want to be pretty will not care about anything. At the scene there were many people, she's not afraid someone might bump into her? She smiled and said that she's not afraid, each one of them are ladies and gentlemen.

Myolie Wu wants to be TV Queen

Liza Wang, Carol Cheng Independent Status

As for the beauty of the line up, Ada Choi said that she does not know, she is happy that she still gets attention from TVB. She is thankful of TVB's love towards her. She said that she did not just had a good standing position but each series she's casted in is a Grand Production. She's able to collaborate with both veterns and the newer generations. She said that yesterday the position she was arranged to stand was suprising to her and was happy about it. Will she re-enter TVB and stay with them? She expressed that she and TVB are discussing a contract with great passion, at the moment she does not have any other plans. The collaboration with everyone is very enjoyable and quick, no necessary changes is needed. She stressed that she is a loyal to TVB.

Before the sales presention, the host Amigo Chui invited Stephan Chan to be the boss, Stephan said from the audience below the stage with a smile: "I am not a boss, they are the bosses (the advertisers). But you can call me anything you want, just don't call me Honey." As for "Moonlight Resonances" cast members appeared in 70's costumes for a performance.

Ada Choi's Husband teaches the way

"TVB Sales Presentation 2009" yesterday held its blessing ceremony, many artistes attended including Ada Choi, Moses Chan, Ron Ng, and Ha Yu. When TvB was announcing their plans for next year, Moses, Myolie Wu and Ron all will have 4 series on hand. The three will have the most series compared to the rest of the artistes. As for Tavia Yeung, Charmaine Sheh, and Linda Chung will only have 2 series.

As to having 4 series on hand, asked Ron if he feels that TVB is paying attention to him? He said that he already had two series that finished filming, in January he will be filming "Look Foward to Father"《巴不得爸爸》. (TVB wants you to get some attention from the media?) Actually this year I filmed a quite a bit. (TVB helping you get popularity?) It's good, each series I used my heart to film it, I would hope to get some response from audience and hope that they like it." Speaking of his good friend Raymond Lam will only have one series next year, he said that because Raymond wants to focus on his singing career. Asked how he felt about it? Ada will be filming a series called "True Story of Flying Woman"《飛女正傳》, she will be playing a heroine. There has been reports saying that Ada signed for TVB to be a manager, she immediately denied, and said that she's looking for a manager. As to the reports of her and her manager Helen not getting along, and that she has an illness, Ada said: "Rumors would stop wisemen. I never said she has an illness, I'm just tired and also my contract ended, so I don't want to add more work and pressure for her. The report will not affect me, I also cannot betray."

Ha Yu Has not signed with TVB yet

Also, reports say that Ha Yu signed a contract with TVB, he immediately denied and said: "Nope. My manager said that after the anniversary they will discuss it again. (Is it because they need to talk about the award first?) Can't miss them all up. Don't talk about it anymore, that I'm desperate for the award. (Do you owe Mr. Chan a vote?) I said Moses Chan!" They both said that they would reduce their fees. Raymond said if by reducing his fees, he would get more jobs offered to him, he would accept to get only 70% of his normal fees. He also wanted to work with the company. Raymond stressed "I want people to think that TVB artists are cost effective and we are worth it. Under this economy, there is always room for negotiation for fees. In fact, the credit crunch has not affected me a lot personally because I didn't know how to invest..Although I always wanted a grand home, the house price has been affected too. I am feeling a bit confused."

Linda Chung expressed that she had earned a lot last year, but he earning for this coming year maybe reduced. But she doesn't know if her fees would be reduced " She said "I am willing to reduce my fees, even it is cut to 50%, it is still OK with me. But the decision lies with the company. In fact, I am happy that I still have job offers. I am not wouking just to earn money, artists also want publicity too."

Moses disclosed that his fees has been reduced quite a while. "In fact, artists only want to work and a chance to work together. Therefore we have to work with the company together in this difficult times " Nancy Sit said even the Chief Executive said the economy is bad,m she is a bit worried "Chief Executive shouldn't say that, that would scare people off. I will be working harder from now on and I will reduce my fees too. Although I have been affected by the credit crunch, the luck red packets I give out in the Chinese New Year will bot be reduced. I have prepared $118,000 already for the lucky red packets, hopping everybody has a happy new Year."

Bosco's new record sales are very good. JHe said so far, his fees has not beed reduced. He has a few jobs lining up for him, that includes some stage live shows. That hasn't been afftected too.

Margie Tsang has a habit of investing in "blue chip" shares and she has been affected following the stock and share slum. She joked 2 I have to work eeven harder, like Jacky Cheung, hopefully, I earn back what I have lost. Although I have lost 40% of "Hong Kong Bank" shares, they are only figures and I am leaving the shares for my son; I am sure the share price will go back up one day."

Tavia said she has confidence that the rating report would be over 40 points. Reporter asked if she has more confidence to win the TV queen award if the rating is high? Tavia said she still has room for improvement. She doesn't mind if she won't get the award this year. Susan Tse supports Tavia to win the award. The reporter reminded them that some people criticized Tavia for not being a bad enough villain. Susan said the viewers are too quick to make judgment, Tavia's character changes a great deal as the series develops futher.

Susan Tse, Susanna Kwan and Kevin Cheng became the media's target that night too. In particular, Susan's popularity has shot up rapidly recently, and she was considered the hot favorite for winning "Best Supporting actress" award. She admitted to the reporter she would rather get the "Most Improved Actress" award.

Kevin Cheng just came back from Thailand and was asked by reporters whether he went there to pray for the award or to get rid of his bad luck? Kevin insisted he was in Thailand to pray for blessing from the Buddha and has nothing to do with the award. He revealed "I am confident that Wayne will get the award. I am not admitting defeat, but in my heart, Wayne is my "TV King". I don't like comparing one to another, would you rather I compare with Lee Ka Shing? Kevin went on to ask if the magazine actually said he was in Thailand to get rid of his bad luck? "They can write what they want, it is none of my business, but I thank them for giving me publicity."
