In my opinion, i prefer SHK with Won Bin, because both of them are pretty n handsome, besides both are great actress n actors.

As we all know, Rain Bi is more famous than Won Bin during these years because his multi job in entertainment industry which makes him faster n easier to get famous n of course his hardworks n he was lucky.

I mean, honestly i ask U all opinion, do you think Rain Bi is more handsome than Won Bin? As i know Bi is taller but both has six pack =) In some ways, Bi is cute but he is not in category handsome lol if we see him as a man.

I admit SHK has more chemistry with Rain Bi at Full House, he is the leading male n she is the leading female. In contrast, Won Bin was the second leading male at Autumn In My Heart. At that time, SHK was still teenager, her age hasn't reach 20 working n career is more important than romance, coz after Autumn SHK become popular than current famous actress Kim Hee Sun.

In my opinion,i would love to say SHK perfectly match with Won Bin like Brad Pitt with Angelina Jolie. It's not about their background but as a normal couple like us (^^)

Well in my opinion, the tandem of Hye-kyo and Rain is better. Perhaps this opinion already has a bias because I had a good impression of them in Full House. I think they were exceptional in that series - very light-hearted and it's relaxing to watch.

..how superficial my reason is; but it's still a reason anyway -- hehe

i love them both for her...but in a diffrent way.....

co'z as we all know the fact that they're really close...
while won-bin i really love to see them both on screen ...coz im one of the die-hard fan of them....since antunm tale...since i've watched antunm tale...i've always wish that they should do another drama together...but this tym won bin would't be a 2nd lead...i want them to end up together....
but also...there i a small part of me that want them to have a chance to be close, w/ each other...co'z as i remember that since shk is so young back then & just new in entertainmnt... she's a little bit shy...&reserve...thats why they didn't become close lyk ...her & rain...(if im not mistaken)

Hi tammie!... i agree with you. I also think that won bin and song hye kyo are a very good couple...Won bin is so cute and so is hye kyo. I'm also a big fan of them. Hope that they will have a series together again... I mean I want them to be the lead role in a series coz' when I first saw them, they were not really paired to each other coz' hye kyo was paired with song seung hun in endless love 1 (autumn in my heart)

i just watched "My Girl" (i know, i was sooooooo out-dated!). anyway, i thought shk would make a beautiful couple, in drama or movie with the lead guy lee dong-wook.
i think she always being paired with actors who isn't good looking (except won bin, and the two don't even end up together).bi is the cutest of the list, but i don't really think he's that cute, not in the league as won bin, lee dong wook or lee dong gun.

Movie Hwang Jini to film last scene at Mt. Gumgang

On January 28th, Hye Gyo and part of the "HwangJini" production team will head off to North Korea's mountain resort, Mt. Gumgang for 5 nights, 6 days. This will complete the movie's filming in its entirety as the North Korean site will be used for the very last scene. Presently the movie is 80% completed. The new release date is now slated for Fall 2007

Does fall in Korea start in September? I think they've moved it to an earlier date because the project is already 80% complete. So I'm thinking it's going to be released earlier than September?? Not so sure

.. I also think Hye-kyo got much slimmer than she used to be before. I was observing her in the pictures xiaotian_lover posted and I can tell she really did get slimmer.

How's it not going well? Really she's just started her movie career so it's only the beginning. "My Girl" wasn't a big hit but it was only her first movie so her expectations weren't that high. With "HwangJini," I'm sure it's going to be a BIG step in her movie career. Maybe you feel it's not going well cause there isn't much media spotlight on her but that's by her choice and the movie's officials too. Everything has been very secretive by their wishes. I think it'll be a while before we see her in a drama cause as she's stated many times, she wants to concentrate on movies.

Song Hye Kyo is so cute! I found out about her in "Full House". It's one of my favorite series! She and Rain are cute together. I hope she does more of those kind of series. I'm glad that she's working on a new movie, and I'm looking forward on seeing her more!

Hi everyone! I love Song Hye Kyo..she's such a classic beauty. Maybe, by far the most beautiful actress in Korea. She fits the role of Han Ji Eun in Full House so well... I wish she would do more romantic comedies. She's so funny and cute in that.

To be honest, I don't like her in any melodramatic roles though. Her acting seems awkward and lacking to me in those roles. After watching Full House, I was eager to see her in some more dramas and I bought Hotelier, cause I only want to watch something with a happy ending. I hated her character in that.. a cold emotionless rich girl who falls in love with an old guy? Eeww.. I ended up giving it away to my friend's mom. haha. I also watched Autumn in my Heart and the sibling love kind of creeped me out.. Won Bin was the only thing that interested me in that one. I never even finished it.

When I found out she was doing a movie with Chae Tae Hyun in My Girl and I, I was very excited. But she just went back to her melodramatic role..where she's a girl who's soft spoken. I miss the spunky argumentative Song Hye Kyo like when she was Han Ji-eun! I'd rather have melodramatic roles to be played by actresses like Lee Yeon Hee (A Millionaire's First Love) and Son Ye Jin. Now, those girls can make me cry! I'm still a big fan of hers though, I hope her new movie will be a good one!

I don't know if this is been posted yet but anyways I read off of soompi that SHK has finished filming her movie officially and is now going to be in France on V-day for her CF and she will be joining Rain with the FH tour that is suppose to be going on.

Before hearing about her CF shooting in France on V-Day, I heard some rumors about Rain wanting to be in France for V-day (personal vacation from what I heard). At the time I didn't know, nor was there any rumors that SHK will be in France too that day (at least i haven't ready anything). Then later I hear she's working in France that day.. I guess it all falls into place since they both will be on the same plane to go to China the following day.

My Girl and I did very very poorly in the box office. Even CTH talks about it that it's rare to find people who have seen it. (besides in the beginning when it was first publicized). I think SHK's very cautious, modest personality always held her back before.. She chose the role bc it was something she was very familiar with and easy and the fact that it was her very first movie.. she wanted to learn first about making a movie aspect first before challenging herself with a different role (but I think her new upcoming movie, Hwang Jini, is the beginning of her plunge into challenging roles for her).

Such painstakingly slow, subtle, simple pure, sad love stories may have worked a while back with Korean audiences ..and with current Japanese audiences (since their culture still prefers those types of movies). but Korean audience's taste have broadened and has become more in demand of uniqueness and higher standards/quality. They get bored of things that are too simple bc East Asians pretty much had churned out such kinds of movies over and over again in the past... For Korean audiences, there has to be at least some depth or at least uniqueness and creativity to the plot now..- perhaps both. Even I am really bored with it. My japanese friends still loves it.. That's probably why the japanese version did so well in japan.. and winter sonata, Autumns tale..etc... those old korean dramas are such a big hit nowadays there- and still garners so much love. but really, I'm SO over it.. unless they can come up with a different, better depth and twist, with unique types of characters and do away with stupid tragic endings.

Also, SHK's very slightly, subtle awkwardness in sad melodramatic scenes are seen as her highlight by high professionals and most audiences. Other actresses don't have the same aura (although many of them have their own).. Professionals have said the many other actresses are "too refined" and strive to be perfect in sad scenes.. but there is a certain very subtle awkwardness with SHK that is mixed with pain.. and sorrow... They say it makes her more endearing to the viewer.. and more real.. (I'm sorry but I don't know anyone in real life who are so perfectly smooth, sure of themselves and flowing like some delicate unearthly fairy or angel when they are in grief like Son Yeh Jin with her melodramtic characters.. that's all fine, but I am too aware of her being TOO delicate and perfect to be real. Although I feel sad in all sad scenes.. you feel she isn't really on the same stage as you.. she seems kind of not human. I love Son Yeh Jin a lot too (I think she's one of the prettiest Korean celebs) but I prefer SHK's sad acting out of the two). But actually, I think how we react to sad scenes have more to do with the script (not really just dialogue..but what is going on) and the situation of the scene.. (some can be more related with certain viewers than others).

i dont know but i just finished watching the "FULL HOUSE" with her in it, and it was funny stuff! each time i look at her, she looks more and more like kate bosworth. amd i the only one who thinks this??

Rain, Song Hye-kyo Promote Drama in China

Actress Song Hye-kyo and singer/actor Rain will visit China to promote their drama "Full House," which aired on KBS 2TV a few years ago in Korea.

They will leave Seoul Thursday for a 3-day visit to Hunan, China, where a news conference and a fan meeting are scheduled ahead of the drama's local airing.

Song's manager Na Byung-jun of Sidus HQ says inquiries by Chinese fans about their visit are pouring in.

The hit drama was exported to 14 countries including Thailand, the Philippines and Taiwan.

Actress Song has recently finished filming her latest movie, a film about the famous Korean courtesan Hwang Jini, while Rain is on his global concert tour.
