Hope all of you are well. I'm doing ok. Busy with many things as usual. I have to deal with many things at home which have not been taken care of for 3 months.

A quick update on my schedule. As most of you know from the newspaper that I'll be heading back to UK for a while. Desperate for a break! The past 3 months had been tough. Then, I'll be heading to Ethiopia (Africa) for 2 weeks to shoot a documentary for TVB. I shall be leaving on 01 August. I'm very much looking forward to this trip coz I've been longing to visit this place for years and I don't think any of my friends will be willing to go with me. The only artist whom I'll be traveling with is Ho B. He has to go to Kenya as well as Ethiopia. I have had 4 injections already and 2 more to go after I come back from UK. There is a 30-episode drama which I might take part in, but it's yet to be confirmed.

I shall be on the cover of 'Fashion & Beauty' magazine next week. Do watch out for that!

We are discussing how to celebrate that event, we hope we could invite Michele Reis to be back to our old school. Jessica was very happy to see so many of her old friends, some of whom haven't changed a lot in their appearance. Asked if she is the only one not married? Jessica said "There are many single women there. Nowadays, women are very career minded, some are getting married later and later."

The people there are very caring and are satisfied with very minor things that we may see as not very significant. On the other hand we may live luxurious lives but are we actually happy?”

These roles have been widely received by the viewers and this has made Jessica a representation of the contemporary female. “I really enjoy acting these type of roles and I can feel how capable and strong these roles as it is hard to achieve a work/life balance and to be a mother as well. If I ever get the chance to become a mother I would take a few years off just to look after the kids and probably cut down on my workload.”
