There is a song for the lead actor. And when I just downloaded it, I probably listened to it about 30 times each day. You could feel from the song how much WS's character loves YJ's character and how determine is he to hold on to YJ's character in the movie and not give up their love.
http://www.sonyejin.org/audio/wnzdxpc_02.mp3Then there is a song for Ye Jin's character asking WS's character to move on in life and forget about their love. She could not bear to see WS's character suffering because of her loss in memory. Again, you could feel how deeply YJ's character loves WS's character but yet...she knows it's best to ask him to leave her. You could also feel how sad and how unwilling it is for YJ's character to be asking WS's character to leave her...

Part 1: The Romance of the burping couple
Part 1 is a light-hearted romantic comedy according to Korean viewers.
In this part of the movie, there were 3 spanish romantic songs (also included in the OST)
The couple first met when Su Jin forgot to pick up her wallet and the coke she bought at a store.
When she returned to the store, she met Chul Soo holding a can of joke and mistaken that Chul Soo must have taken her coke. So she grabbed the coke and drank it and burped...
The next time they met was at the company of Su Jin's father company. Su Jin was embarressed to meet Chul Soo again as she realized she had mistaken Chul Soo and snatched his coke instead. Soon after, Chul Soo approached a vending machine and saw Su Jin just bought a can of coke. Guess what? Chul Soo snatched her coke and drank it and BURPED at her face!

Chul Soo and Su Jin were highly attracted to each other and the venues of their first few dates included baseball court and Chul Soo's jeep. Chul Soo was pessimistic about the viability of their relationship because Su Jin came from a rich family. He was resisting Su Jin initially.
Against the pessimism of Chul Soo and the disapproval of her own family, Su Jin courted Chul Soo.
Part 2: The Perfect and Blissful Marriage Life
Against all odds. The couple married. There were scenes in which Ye Jin learnt how to cook for Chul Soo. Su Jin played the supportive housewife here. She sew for him, put on a tie for him and took good care of him. There were many scenes showing the couple in all sorts of activities that a loving couple would engage in.

Chul Soo also became the gentle, caring and DIY-expert husband. In one episode, Su Jin had forgotten to off her stove and the kitchen caught fire!! When Chul Soo discovered the kitchen in fire, he put out the fire and then a 'blur' Su Jin had just finished her bath...Su Jin was very upset at the fire and the best way for Chul Soo to comfort her was to remove her bath robe and carry her into the bed room...
The next day when Su Jin returned home, she discovered that Chul Soo had returned home early and fixed up a new kitchen and stove for her. The kitchen looked better than before !! She was so happy about it when a half-naked Chul Soo came out of the bath room with only a tower wrapped around his lower body. Su Jin stared at Chul Soo and told him "Sa Rang He" (I love you) and the two proceeded to kiss each other tenderly (in the video clip above). Chul Soo then carried Ye Jin with his strong and powerful arms and .....
Su Jin's alchemizer was getting worse and the couple has decided to sort medical help for her forgetfulness.
Part 3: Confirmation of alchemizer
Su Jin was informed of her Alchemizer. After a lengthy discussion with her doctor, she was devastated to realize that she might forget her love and her man. For a few days, she didn't tell Chul Soo and bore the burden all by herself. When Chul Soo was not at home, her tears would flow all the time.
What should she do? Should she stay or should she leave?

On one hand, Su Jin loved Chul Soo deeply. It was Su Jin who has persevered and held out for their love. She even fought with her family and finally she is now married to the love of her life. On the other hand, she knew she would bring lots of pain and sorrow to Chul Soo, the man she loved dearly, if he stayed around to witness her losing her memory. What would you do if you were in her shoes?
Chul Soo visited the same doctor and learnt about Su Jin's condition. By this time, Su Jin's conditon was bad enough that she could not find her way home. In one occasion, she drifted to the baseball practice court which she and Chul Soo visited during their first few dates. Chul Soo spent the whole day looking for Su Jin and finally found Su Jin at the baseball court.
At the baseball court, you would witness one of the most touching scene of the movie. The couple finally discussed about their condition. Su Jin reluctantly told Chul Soo that there was no point in continuing the relationship or being good to her; since she would eventually lose all the memory. Chul Soo managed to convince Su Jin to stay for now but for how long?
The rest of this part of the movie showed how the couple struggled with Su Jin's condition. Su Jin was feeling more pessimistic as her condition got worse and Chul Soo was doing everyhing he could to slow the memory loss process. He began to stick photos of them and making little notes about the events in the photos.

The final straw for Su Jin came when she called out the name of her ex-boyfriend when she was calling for Chul Soo. (This episode was described in greater details in earlier posts). She wrote a letter to Chul Soo and left Chul Soo to move into hospital for treatment. The Director interchanged the scenes of Su Jin writing the letter and crying and also Chul Soo reading the letter and crying at the same time. If you haven't cried by now, you are likely to give way!!
Part 4: Chul Soo's burden

In this part, Su Jin has mostly lost her memory of Chul Soo. You would see Chul Soo still trying his best to help Su Jin to recall her memory but to little effects.
Viewers would see Su Jin crying much less here because most of the time, she could not remember Chul Soo.
How do a man recover from losing the love of his life? Not long ago, he was the happiest man on earth and was living the happiest time of his life.
He has found new meanings in life and a pretty and sweet wife to share his life with. Instead of living happily ever after, now his heart torn bit by bit, his misery compounded, his love being forgotten, his eyes flooded with tears daily.
In his first hospital visit, Chul Soo wore his sunglasses to hide his tears from Su Jin.
Well...fans of JWS, time to console him now!!
In a 117 minutes movie, you will be able to feel the romance, the bliss, the struggle and finally one man desperation.
To understand the extreme emotions experienced by Chul Soo, watch this 1.45 trailer!!
