falachen.orgFala Chen wore the wig for this drama. And she also hoped she can have the chance to cut her haid short. But her colleagues said that she looked nicer when she had a long hair. In this drama, she will film as a woman who didn't know how to cook and a messy woman. She laughed and said that this character quite similar as her character in the real life. However, one difference was that she knew how to cook. As for Louise Lee, she wanted to reduce her body weight. And she had filmed as Fala's mother for three times already and she believed she will definitely have a well-mixed reaction with Fala.

jse@http://asianfanatics.net/Louise Lee and Fala Chen were filming 'Nutrional Housewives' yesterday. During Chinese New Year Holiday, Louise was busy filming this drama and she couldn't finish her large sums of her duties. Luckily, this drama was a relaxing drama. On the other hand, they[the reporters] mentioned about Gigi Lai took her brother to Australia by private airplane to attend her wedding. Louise said, "If it is true, then I will happy and bless her for it. Mentioned about Gigi's family, she was really a responsible person who takes care of her own family. And we really learnt good moral lessons from her." Louise said Gigi did not invite her to attend her wedding. Louise revealed in the month of March she will take 5 days to attend her niece's wedding. Plus, she will prepare a present to Gigi as her wedding gift.
Fala Chen was a reporter in this drama. In this drama, she will wear a wig as her hairstyle. She said she was happy to film first drama in a brand new year. She had three days holiday and this year she had received quite good pay and benefits. Mentioned about Gigi Lai, she had filmed 'The Ultimate Crime Fighter' with Gigi. And she was happy that Gigi had found her true love companion now. Whether the news is true or not, it was a good and happy thing if Gigi really have the ability to bring her family to attend her wedding.

Fala Chen has been busy filming TV series in recent years. Recently she was busy shooting new series "Nutritional Housewives" and she even didn't celebrate her birthday the other day (24th February). Fala went to Kowloon Tong to shoot outdoor footage early in the morning. The scene consists of her playing a reporter and driving to the interview location with her colleagues but on the way they suddenly have an car crash. The car crashes into a lamppost.
When shooting this scene Fala was very careful. After a discussion with the producer she then officially started shooting. When Fala was waiting for everything to be ready, she often took pictures of herself to pass time.

http://asianuniverse.net/forums/Fala Chen lays on Timmy Hung's thighRecently busy filming for new series "Nutritional Housewives", in a green outer layer with a mushroom hair look, Fala Chen and Timmy Hung were doing the outdoor filming for the series last night. In the series, they play a couple, the two were sitting by the harbor enjoying the moonlight, Fala even leaned on his shoulder, very sweet scene. But after wards, she became a bit more rough as she laid herself down and even placed her head on Timmy's thigh, the gentle Timmy took off his jacket and placed it over her. When the director called cut, the playful Timmy covered Fala's head using the scraf, Fala was slow in reacting just giggled.

http://asianuniverse.net/forums/Fala Chen's birthday, No guys to spend withChristine Ng, Fala Chen and Lee See Kei (LSK) were filming for "Nutritional Housewives", Christine revealed that collaborating with the cast is very enjoyable: "Fala and I birthdays are on the same day! But I had a day off, while Fala had to work, Haha, who told her to be single! Actually she really doesn't mind, easy to get along with. When I film series, I'm most afraid of gossips, this time no gossips at all! (The gossips with you and Kate Tsui not getting along is once in a million?) It's like a lunar eclipse! Will have to wait until next life for another gossip! I don't know to work with everyone not being natural, this time, the entire crew works well together, we say whatever we want."
Having to work on her birthday, Fala was filming from morning until night, but she smiles and said that she'll have to split her birthday gifts, she also strongly praises Christine and Lee See Kei: "They are both very good, LSK gave me birthday red envelopes to me. This time filming, I don't have much time, I want some gossips." Recently Fala calls LSK by the nickname "Lee See Gei" (Driver Lee) because she and LSK live very close to each other, so almost everyday Fala would carpool with her in LSK's car to work.

http://mediachamber.netFala Chen's has a neat script bookletRecently Fala Chen has recently been busy filming "Nutritional Housewives". She went to Kowloon Bay with Christine Ng earlier to shoot outdoor scenes. The scene consists of Christine taking Fala to a dinner party that is surrounded by wealthy men. That is where Fala eventually meets Johnson Lee. Fala who has a basin haircut in the series has many scenes with Christine. They both discussed about the script and would swap them around. But why didn't their booklets get mixed up? Actually Fala has written her name on her booklet with a Fluorescent marker and even drew a smiley face, in order not to get them mixed up. Not sure if Fala will write her name on everything.

After making-up, the other actress and Christine changed another new clothes to film another scene in the same location. When there is no need for her to film, she will use the opportunity to go to a restaurant to eat and have a break

Fala Chen gives herself 60% on her acting performance

Fala Chen, Christine Ng, Lee See Kei and Chung King Fai arrived in Wan Chai for the promotional event of their new series "The Stew of Life" which will be broadcasting next month.
As for Anthony Wong who attended a movie premiere and did not have a seat arranged for him, he was angered and said that the organizers made improper arrangements and left the event. Fala who also attended, frankly said: "I didn't feel that it was that messed up, I only felt that the event was quite lively. Maybe that night the asssignments weren't labeled and the audience came first. Artists went in after they were done with interviews and by then the seats were all taken. It is because we had an lively reaction by the audience that there were no more seats, it has nothing to do with having experience." As for Eric Tsang praising her acting skills and that she has an opportunity to be nominated for the female Newcomer award, Fala excitedly expressed that she has never thought Eric would praise her. She only gives herself 60%, she felt that there is still a lot of room for improvement. Also, the other day Johnson Lee and Fala attended the everyone in the city dances concert, the two were dancing and singing together and was very well welcomed.
Christine Ng exposed that after she finished filming her series, she went to Japan for a vacation, but she was not able to sleep every night. When her and her assistant went back to Hong Kong they felt paralyzed, they went to see the doctor, but it did not help. She said: "I'm afraid that I have some emotional sickness, but in the end it was just because the weather in Hong Kong was quite humid. After a few months of rest, she recovered.

Fala Chen Sings the Theme Song for "The Stew of Life"

The cast of "The Stew of Life" were at Olympian City yesterday and they held a salad making contest to promote the series.
This will be Fala's first time singing a theme song for a series, and she gives herself 70%. She says, "I've recorded the song three times". (Did you practice at Neway Karaoke?) They don't have the song yet!" (The series is about cooking?) "I know how to cook Japanese style and Western dishes". (Has your boyfriend tried your cooking?) "Many of my friends have tried my cooking, and they all praise it for being tasty". (Are you worried about the ratings for the series?) "I'm not worried because the backstage crew have watched it, and they praise it for being good".
Louise Lee Si Kei just returned from vacation, and she has gained weight, but she is in the process of losing weight. She says, "I look better skinnier. I used to take weight-loss pill, but after two, three years, there were problems with my nervous system, so I stopped taking them".
Timmy Hung was also at the promotional event. When the reporters asked him when he will get married, he changed the subject, and said he will have an intense kiss scene with Yoyo Mung in "Transferred Connection of Temptation".

Timmy Hung experienced "proposing"; Fala Chen as mother in future will "retire"

TVB series "The Stew of Life" held its promotional event yesterday, the two couples Timmy Hung and Fala Chen, Christine Ng and Evergreen Mak appeared in wedding attire and took wedding pictures live at the scene. Lee See Kei and Chung King Fai were the officiant for the wedding. The cast then took pictures by the marriage registration building, it was a lively event.
But that day when Timmy held onto 99 roses to propose to Fala, and then said too fast by accident: "I tried..." . This immediately attracted attention, Christine then screamed that his rumored girlfriend is "Miss Chow" (Chow Ka Lei)!" The other people all congratulated Timmy, causing him to be really embarrassed. Afterwards, Timmy was asked if he really did propose to her? He expressed that when he was younger he played proposing games and cooking games with other girls. Asked if he ever thought about proposing? He said: "I asked for advice from friends before, but I never experienced it. (When will you do it then?) When the time comes, later." He reveals that he has thought about getting marry within the next 5 years, hoping to be a good husband and good father."
Fala expressed that she has never had anyone propose to her, asked if she gets a big diamond, will she accept? She smiled and said that at least 5 carats, reporters said that her rich young master boyfriend Sit Sai Hang will definitely be able to buy it. She then changed her mind and expressed that marriage is not about how big the diamond ring is or money or a baby or family. It is about how committed two people are, just like her parent's marriage is made up of more than 10 years of experience. Fala then said that she likes children, she will focus on being a mother and will definitely retire from the industry in the future when she becomes a mother.

27 official complaints on Fala Chen's bra scene; Producer Amy Wong responds
Friday October 2, 2009 Hong Kong
Source: Mingpao
Translated by: aZnangel @
http://asianuniverse.net/forums/
The Broadcast Authority (BA) received 26 complaints on Fala Chen's "take off clothes and showing bra" scene; TVB received 1 complaint.
Although TVB had a complaint that the scene was not appropriate to be broadcast on television, but there are also supporters saying that the scene was reasonable and went along with the story. In the series, Fala misunderstood that Timmy Hung was gay, therefore it was reasonable that Fala treated him as a brother and does not need to avoid him while changing.
"The Stew of Life" Producer Amy Wong felt surprised by audience complaints. She said that Fala's changing scene does not intend to convey bad or immoral behavior, the public is just overreacting. Amy also expressed that there is no difference if they changed the setting to a beach where swimsuits are revealed before they get into the water.
Amy expressed that before doing this scene, she had done all her research. Gay men treat their opposite sex friends like sisters. The scene was arranged for this series because it is a comedy and should have some comedic effect. In the series, Fala misunderstood that Timmy is gay, the two become close friends. Amy understands that parents are worried, thinking that the scene should teach little girls how to protect themselves instead, but the series did display a "PG" rating before the episode started. Parents can still explain to their children on the actual content.
Where do i find the download links for TVB series on this forum and are they all in RMVB format from HD fei cho , and are they DDL from megauopload about 200-300mb big? oh and i 4got to ask does any1 have a asianuniverse account? if so can u invite me there? cos i cant seem to register there
