Linda Chung Ka Yun and Szeto Shui Kei two nights ago worked on Ron Ng Cheuk Hei's music video DON'T BLAME HER (BIT GWAI TA). In it Ng Cheuk Hei loses a love triangle, but he said in real life he rarely loses. "Becaus I haven't even tried to fight!" Having been music video lead actor in the past, he was a little nervous for his own.

Chung Ka Yun said that she only learned that she had to wear a wedding gown when she arrived. Without the fitting earlier the gown was a little tight. She said that she could not accept a love triangle. She was very faithful in love and would not be with two people at once.

Alan Tam Wing Lun, Ron Ng Cheuk Hei, Denise Ho Wan Si, Blue Jeans and others two nights ago appeared on TVB JADE SOLID GOLD. Ng Cheuk Hei had to perform live on top of his first appearance on JADE SOLID GOLD, thus he was very nervous. Luckily he had help from Principal Tam.

Ng Cheuk Hei expressed that his new song DON'T BLAME HER (BUT GWAI TA) will be on the TVB collection. He hoped that in the future he would have his own record. Alan praised his performance as decent. Although his singing needed work, but his voice had potential. Alan said, "Now TVB is going through big changes. Hopefully Ng Cheuk Hei will properly grasp his chance and will improve. However his television image is too deep, if he wants to become a singer he needs to work harder."

I watched the MV of Ron's new song! I think its brilliant!! I loooks absolutly scumptious in it, and i think he sings very well, and has improved so much! I especially like his 'high fake' vocals, he does it really well! He has a really sexy and manly voice, and of course this song is really nice too!

I like Ron but have to admit it's cos he looks hot. His acting tends to be stiff and honestly, there's lots of room for improvement. Well, hopefully in time to come he'll become a good actor and I'll have even more reason to support him.

ron's acting is by far much better in modern series than in ancient....his performance is so much better in The Academy than in TOB or LITCOL, just seems so right as chung lap man in the Academy. Hope this gets good ratings and his screen time is alot...he's like in 80% of the episode. But poor Tavia has a relatively sml role, and she dislikes Ron atm but Ron is ignorant about it...so funny. Normally, the girls like ron first in his series, but tavia hates him in this one and has the upperhand.

To be honest i wasnt sure about Ron because of all his ancient series. But now im watching The Academy and Ron is just acts more relaxed and cheeky ! I like this side of him way better ! I hope to see him in more Modern series !

Gets "inched" in public, Fiona Sit approves that Ron Ng didnt "stab her in the back"

Earlier, Fiona Sit had been rumoured to not get a long with Sammul Chan, and yesterday, she and Ron Ng appeared for the first time at a function to promote new series "The Academy". During the event, she kept mentioning how hard it was for her to film "The Academy", Ron couldn't help but "inch" her by saying "Yes, because you are so precious." But Fiona actually appreciates that he was so straight foward.

TVB's 2 new series.."The Academy" and "Scavenger's Paradise" will be airing tonight. Yesterday, casts from both series including Ron Ng, Fiona Sit, Roger Kwok, and Myolie Wu, showed up for a press conference. While they were on stage Fiona talked about the bitter history of her filming, she said "Filming a tv series really is hard, any other thing i do wouldnt be harder than this." Ron, who was standing next to her, makes a face and says "Yeah, because you are so precious." This made Fiona very embarassed, and during the big group photo, she was afraid to stand next to Ron.

About this incident, Fiona supports ron by saying that he wouldnt try to hurt someone with his words. she says "He always likes to "inch" people." (Does he always "inch" you?) "No, he just likes to joke with people, I always get "inched", but people know i dont mind. Saying it out loud is better than trying to be nice in front of me, but talking behind my back. Since he said it in front of all the people, he probably didnt mean it." Ron also denied that he was trying to "inch" Fiona. He says "By me saying she is percious is not "inching her" its actually complimenting her because not everyone can be precious..i wish i was too!"

Well i think if he lost a 'ton' of fans because he has a cool - laidback personality, then there's not much of a loss then really is there? I mean, if your a real fan, then you admire him for his work and not by how much he smiles! Do remember he was on a very long flight to come to cananda, and at least he came! A little more understanding would be nice from his 'fans'!

Ron Ng Cheuk Hei yesterday appeared on a radio interview and was asked about the anti Japanese protest next Sunday. Ron honestly said, "I haven't thought about participating and believe that Hong Kong's protest isn't as emotional as Mainland's. I hope everyone can protest peacefully. i guess it really depends on the way u see it. for me personally, i thought he was juss being shy, and i found that really adorable, but i guess sum ppl found his attitude to be too "cool" and rude. and also, i agree with wut sumone else said above, that they were all prolly tired from the long flight. because their schedule in toronto was majorly packed. everyting was squeezed into one day, unlike in vancouver, the autograph session and the show weere on differ days?..i think....

Ron Ng Cheuk Hei and Raymond Lam Fung yesterday promoted their TVB series theme song record ATTRACTION OF MEN (NAM YUN MEI)'s release. On the program, host Sheila Chan Suk Lan said that if she had to choose between them, she would choose Lam Fung because he was quite a "chick magnet", the other host Brian Chow Kwok Fung said, "You only like him for his money!" Ng Cheuk Hei said to Lan Ji, "You wait another year and a half for me, I definitely will be able to save money. Then you can knock on my door again."

Ng Cheuk Hei revealed that his show THE ACADEMY (HOK GAING HUNG SUM) has had an average rating of 31 points. He was very satisfied, but he insisted against appearing in swimwear if the rating climbs higher. "It's so gross. There's no point for me to reveal my weakness. Lower income folks like me can only buy dinner."

Ron Ng Cheuk Hei, Sammul Chan Kin Fung, Deep Ng Ho Hong, Tavia Yeung Yi and others yesterday attended the TVB series THE ACADEMY (HOK GAING HUNG SUM) promotion as they played a friendly basketball game with the Police basketball representatives. The tall Chan Kin Fung could not score and was obviously awkward. Ron and Ng Ho Hong on the other hand looked good. When Ron scored, fans screamed, but finally he still needed to sit for Lee Yu Yeung and Ko Ho Ching to close the gap. The police still won.

Ng Cheuk Hei revealed that in school he was on the handball team. Back then he did not have too many female fans, just his mother. In the elementary school during soccer he got 12 stitches after getting kicked and still managed to joke around.

2R's Race Wong Yuen Ling and Ron Ng Cheuk Hei in the new film YUNG BO MUI YUT HAK FOR FA (EMBRACE EVERY MOMENT OF SPARK) plays insurance workers. The film yesterday held a belated production start ceremony. In the film they develop from feuds to a relationship. On this day they shot an argument scene on the bus. Race said that during this scene she felt like a "b!tch". Some pointed out that her look and character personality were rather extreme. Was she able to handle it? She said that in order to practice arguing, before places she had to memorize her lines.

Race and Ron appeared in suits. Race said that because she plays an insurance sales person, she often had to get clients on the streets. After she got into the business she has been stopped on the street for an insurance survey. She used to decline them, but once she saw how hard a time the person was having and finally stopped to help.

Ron for his first film performs in one of the five stories with Race. Ron said that in real life he has friends in the insurance industry and felt that the business often disturbs friends to buy insurance policies and could easily lose friends. This time he only had four or five day shoot.

Myolie Wu Hung Yi and Ron Ng Cheuk Hei yesterday attended a camera event. Ng Cheuk Hei did not expect his TVB series THE ACADEMY (HOK GAING HUNG SUM) to have decent ratings. "Luckily before I didn't promise what I would do for the audience if the ratings were good. Otherwise this time I would have to show my swimwear to the audience!"

Wu Hung Yi revealed, recently she posed for a family portrait at a studio. She said that when she competed at the Miss Hong Kong pageant she took too many photos and now she has grown tired of modeling for photos. Instead she enjoys being the photographer.

Ron Ng Cheuk Hei, Tavia Yeung Yi, Joe Ma Tak Chung, and Myolie Wu Hung Yi earlier went to Toronto and Vancouver to promote TVB series. On his first trip to Canada, Ron felt that Canada was beautiful and the ideal place for retirement. He also stated that he wanted to immigrate there with his onscreen girlfriend Yeung Yi and be neighbors. "Although the weather here is cold and sowy, the air is fresh and reinvigorating. The environment is comfortable, the life easy, it's not like Hong Kong with all the people and cars. This is an ideal environment for me to retire to. There are so man Chinese here, I definitely won't have any communication problem. I hope the Chinese here especially look out for each other. If this trip wasn't so tightly scheduled, I definitely would have looked at real estate too before returning to Hong Kong. I have to get one next to Yeung Yi and be her neighbor because she too wants to retire in Canada."

i think ron's acting in the academy improved a lot from litcol. he isnt so wooden with his expressions and seems to persue his character really well.
