macy: It's great to see you here again! Seeing you post here really makes me think of how the Gillian thread used to be, so spirit-filled and energetic, and filled with essays of constructive posts. I miss those days so much.

A lot of our old members rarely post anymore, but I guess aside from our own busy lives, it's the issue with Gillian too. It honestly felt wonderful to me when the trailer of TFWB first came out because I had a really nice discussion about how TFWB looks to be with lilsleepyhead916. I really liked it when the Gillian thread was that way.

It would be wonderful if Gillian could come back successfully. Maybe by then, we'd all be able to squeeze a little bit more time to post here more often. (I know aside from being busy, a reason that I don't post very often is because I can't find anything extremely useful to talk about. All I can think of that I want to say is that I really want Gillian to return.)

A part of me thinks that we're being fed a lie of Gillian's return by EEG as well because Charlene revealed that EEG is, although tentative, planning for her to release a solo album. Charlene's responses have really been softening up, regarding Twins; at first, she claimed that she'll only perform as Twins in terms of music, but then she released solos/duets, and then she said that there will only be Twins albums released, but now there is a tentative plan directing otherwise. Seriously, if EEG sees that Charlene makes a good enough amount of money alone, they might not want to go through the trouble of making Gillian return. EEG is pretty merciless that way, although they don't necessarily make good decisions. So they let Kenny go solo from Boy'z, and where's he now? It'll probably only be a matter of time when William fades as well.

Honestly, if Gillian returns, it's going to be a difficult road to walk on, with all those netizens on her back. The one thing that could make it easier is if TFWB premieres before Gillian's official return, AND it does well at the box office. That way, it would show film producers that Gillian's "ruined" image will not negatively affect profits, so she'll be able to receive more acting roles. Then if that goes well, going back to sing should be okay as well. Although, I find that HK does miss Twins in a way; no matter how "ruined" Gillian's image is claimed to be, Twins has certainly made its print in HK because no other female group has made it this far before Twins.

Twins back first vs Gillian solo. both option probably be the same result..unless gillian does an outstanding job by herself. she needs to get back on her feet first, and then take further action with/without Sa. overall i think it's hard for gillian's SUPER FANS. they know that gillian always had been successful with her career, everything was perfect until . . . and they(we) all(well most) expect her to comeback so fast...(i msut admit that i kinda do too...) but it's not that easy for her return. i bet she's really nervous and..prehaps not enough confidence ready yet?

I, too, miss the old days with all those constructive response as well. I'm still hoping for her return so that I can finally have a reason to log on and see whats new with her instead I see no news of her.

We've all gone a whole year of no Gillian in the spotlight and I honestly miss that.
Of course, once she's back I'll definitely find time to get on and add my input so until then I'll keep my finger cross to hopefully see her for the Chinese New Year and see her perform.

I say it's time to let go of the scandal ordeal and start anew. It's a brand new year, a fresh start for everyone including Gillian. She definitely deserve it and a second chance everyone do. People just need to learn to grow up and let go it's been a year. Whatever happen last year is left for memories and leave it behind.

I'll be angry too if we all been fed a lie--a lie thinking that Gillian will return. Twin or no Twin I still want her to return I'm sure everyone all does.

Soon to be 28, after resting for one year Gillian Chung has recuperated and built up energy in preparation for her comeback, last night her good friends specially celebrated her birthday with her early. Ah Gill looked fit and radiant, her comeback seems right around the corner.

Next Wednesday (21st) is Gillian's birthday, she rested for one year but has not wasted her time. During her life's lowest ebb she did not give up on herself or her career, she actively pursued further studies and also participated in community and charity work. It is known that Ah Gill is about to return, to avoid the media her good friends including Joey Yung etc, specially booked a whole private club in Wanchai to celebrate her birthday early. Unfortunately her good "sister" Charlene Choi and her manager Mani Fok were not in Hong Kong due to work and could not attend.

In addition to Joey, her friends Kenny Kwan, Steven Cheung, Eric Suen, Paisley Wu, Hins Cheung and others, drank many bottles of expensive champagne during her birthday party, as if to carry out the Chinese saying "not drunk no return/不醉無歸" and also to give moral support for her comeback. At 2:40 am, Joey left by the back door, she looked like she enjoyed herself and jokingly said to reporters: "Can you not take pictures?" But Joey was generous, she sat inside her car and let the reporters take their pictures.

Actually, there was another news report that interviewed Ng Yu from EEG and he said that Gillian won't be in it. He said that EEG will custom make a movie for Gillian. (Now let's see if this will even happen. )

Maricon:thanks for all the pics that you posted and for the vid...yeah,that's on my own...Twins was the best girl group!,honestly they are the first group even male or female that i started to idolize...at first when asian t.v. series like koreanovela,and taiwanese drama conquered our country,i never been so focus...like F4,actually i never idolize them...just only those drama actors and actresses like Song Hye Kyo and Rain...i was so crazy about them b'coz of full house...then when i started roaming on shops to see other asian series or movies,i saw this movie "House of Fury"...honestly at first,i was just trying to find new horror/thriller movies,but i almost watched all that i saw on that store...then i got interested on some Jackie Chan's movie,all of his movies was definitely great and funny...then my eyes stick on House of Fury,Jackie was not on it,but curiosity beats me...i don't get the meaning of the title so i concluded that maybe this was kinda funny too...and from the sub sentence "the family that fights together stays together"...and that's the start...i liked the movie and the female lead Gillian Chung(on that time not so focus on her,i just love how she fights)...then i roamed again on the store,i saw this movie Blade of the Rose(TTE2),at first i actually didn't know that Gill was on it,i just get it b'coz i saw Jackie's pic...then when i watched it,i was kinda "wait,is she is?"also i asked my cousin about it and she agreed on me that the girl on the HOF and on TTE2 was the same...also Sa that take a little part on HOF...i was really amazed on Gill she can really do action movies...aside of it,her beauty ...then i started searching about her included being part of this girl group Twins...hehehe...my story of getting to know her was kinda funny...before HOF,i didn't know that i already saw her on a movie and that's TTE1...my sister rent it b'coz it was just fresh release here and she thought that Jackie Chan was the lead and it was on the horror section..LOL!...we watched it,maybe i was on grade 6 at that time or already first year...but when we watched it,i wasn't focus,i'm doing my assignments and projects at that time,i only saw the last part were Gill turned to be a vampire,got interested,b'coz the fighting scenes was kinda funny..LOL!,the girl and the guy vampire was fighting like on wrestling...LOL!...then when i fully know her i rewatched that movie...hehehe...you now know how i found Gill and Twins,that's the summary of my story how about you?...LOL!...

your welcome and thanks for the pics and video!wow now I know how you found Gillian and Twins!hahaha!!anyways here's mine,first I got interested in Asian artists when I became a Jay Chou fan..LOL!then there's MTV China on our cable,I saw Twins's MV "Mutual Relationship" then I found out that Jay composed it for Twins and then I started searching for Twins online,then I found AF...hahahaha!!the first Twins movie I watched is Twins Mission,then I was amazed on how Gillian did the fighting scenes...after that I got to know Twins better!LOL,I became a Twins/Gillian fan when I was in 1st Year Highschool!hehehe!!!LOL I also like Song Hye Kyo and Rain!gosh,I was able to buy another Twins merchandise!Because after dismissal I went straight to Jolibee to eat lunch,then afterwards I went to the CD shop to look for Twins merchandise..also on Ed..then suddenly I saw Twins Mission,so I went home and changed my clothes and get some of my money from my coin bank and went back to the CD shop to buy it!LOL!Gillian's fight scenes is really awesome..especially the one with the guys!LOL!
Hmmm...a solo album will be nice,but of course Twins will release more albums together!

i miss Gilian and want her back soon also. and it would be cool to see Gillian with other celebrities she never meet before. i think she looks best with ALex. THat's why i can't wait for the movie to come out. the dvd probabl will be sold in store here after it's just out for a few months. I'll have to wait longer

Maricon:thanks for all the pics that you posted and for the vid...ahh...now i know...the first movie that you have watched was TM...i love Gill's fight scenes there too...but more on HOF...b'coz she's the focus of the camera,and do lots of fight scenes...hehehe...congratz you've got a copy of TM...i have also courtesy of sympathetic...i just think that being solo first can do great for her...but ofcourse i want Twins to stay longer like on my fave dance group...they been through a long years together,even the others got married they are still a whole group until now...and make a history in philippine television for their longest and successful afternoon drama...hopefully Twins can do it also...


Gill#1Fan:i liked your idea..actually i'm imagining before that Gill was singing together with UVERWORLD a japanese rock band...and singing DTecno Life(Bleach OP theme song)...in my imagination,Gill sang together with them b'coz Gill played as Rukia Kuchiki on Bleach live action...hehehe...i loved anime,so sometimes i'm imagining Gill playing as the female lead on my favorite anime in live actions...hehehe...my imagination grew far...LOL!
