Okay, I have made a topic for the best series for 2008, I just might as well start a topic for the best themesong and subsong for our 2008 TVB series. There are a lot, so go with me as I try to remember them. If I don't have them all, feel free to add them in yourselves and feel free to talk about them as well.

My answers:

Question One: My most favorite themesong would have been "A Journey Called Life's" themesong "A Little Story" by Steven and Linda. I really liked the tune of this themesong.

Question Two: As for my favorite subsongs, I have quite a few. First would be "Forensic Heroes II" themesong by Charmaine "Wait For You." I like the lyrics, too bad TVB didn't release the full version of the song. It relaly talks about her and Kevin's relationship in the series. Next would be "Moonlight Resonance" subsong by Raymond "Love With No Regrets." Raymond is such a good singer. Love this subsong. I listen to it everyday on my computer. Next would be Niki and Kevin's subsong in "The Seventh Day" "Embracing the Air." This subsong was nice as well. I also like Charmaine and Joe's subsong in "When Easterly Showers on the Sunny West" as well.

Question Three: My favorite song overall, would be all the songs that I have talked about of course!

For the Themesongs..i like the Moonlight Resonance Theme by Susanna Kwan and The Four by Raymond Lam, Ron Ng, Kenneth Ma and Sammul Chan.
For the Subtheme...i like the Moonlight Resonance Subtheme by Raymond Lam, The Master of Tai Chi by Raymond Lam, Forensic Heroes II by Charmaine Sheh and the War Of In-laws II by Myolie and Bosco.
The Gem Of Life Subtheme by Linda was alrite also...

Moonlight Resonance Subsong (Raymond Lam)

aww....you missed out the Pages of Treasure theme by Eric Suen!!

anyways...my pick would be:

Best Theme:

1st Place-> Pages of Treasure theme by Eric Suen because I can't stop listening to it and I totally love his voice as it suits the tune really well !!
2nd Place->The Four Theme by Ron, Raymond,Kenneth,Sammul because I like the way all their voices blend into each other....(reminds me of that Olympic song they sang)

Best Sub theme:

1st Place-> Has to be Raymond's theme for MR! because his voice just blends in with the song and I think it's totally great!!
2nd Place-> Bowie and Gigi's theme for GOL because it has very nice build up to that fast bit and both their voices match!

Best song overall.....hmmm...hard choice but as I've still got it fresh in my mind, I would choose Eric's theme for Pages of Treasure!

Best theme;
~Wars of in laws 2- I remember I used to sing that song all the time. :] It's a really nice & catchy song. <3

~Journey Called Life- It's a nice but sad song. <3 I think Linda&Steven's voices sounds really good together.

Best Sub-theme;
~ DEFINITELY Moonlight Resonance's subtheme!! - I love Raymond's voice & I love him! =] This song is sooo nice to listen to. I've listened to it like 30+ times but still not sick of it..yet. xD

~ I like like Wars of in laws 2's subtheme by Myolie&Bosco - I remember I used to love it...but now kinda sick of it since I've listened to it too many times now. xD Anyways, it's nice..;]

Best Theme would be Moonlight Resonance Themesong (Susanna Kwan), that song is such a hit and i still listen to it once in a while.

For Subtheme it would be Raymond Lam ones Love with no regrets and the subtheme from Tai Chi. He is such a good singer.

fav theme would be a journey called life, and sub is when easterly showers fall on sunny west and bowie and gigi's one in GOL, not many themesongs I liked dis yr, and some of da subthemes I felt was way better than da theme itself

For theme songs, mine would have to be: Speech of silence, The Seventh Day and Wars-of-in-laws II
Reason: The lyrics to SOS & TSD were so meaningful and the tune for all were just so harmonious and beautiful

For sub song, mine would have to be: The Seventh Day.
Reason: The lyrics, video and tune were just close to perfect
