I've read somewhere before that Tavia was in the top 12 for Favorite Characters and 3rd place for Favorite Bizarre Character so it does look like she could only win the first category at most.

So it isn't confirmed that Tavia is coming and that she will win anything? Anyhow, I'm surprised if she won't get any award because although she is not much promoted by Astro just like she is in TVB, I thought Malaysian people like her. At least, from my circle of friends, they either like her and quite like her. It irks me that majority of the Top 3 Best Actress belong to my hate/dislike list.

It's still a wonder to me why everytime it's an online poll, Tavia will lead the poll but when it's a poll hosted by TVB and Astro, she can't seem to win.

I just finished wathcing the ending to "Sweetness in the Salt" yesterday and I can't believe Stevia didn't end up together (well as I wanted to) again. I thoguth after the ending to Stevia's ending in "Land of Wealth," maybe TVB will make an ending that Stevia fans will ike in "Sweetness in the Salt," but they didn't. I was disappointed at the ending a bit. When I saw them getting married, I was so overjoyed, but for some reason in my heart there was a feeling that they won't end up together and when I watched the ending, I was like that feeling in my heart was right, they didn't end up together. But at least, in the very end, they got to see each other and we all knew even though they weren't together, we knew they loved each other very much. I don't blame Steven for telling Tavia the truth (I was actually glad that he told her, even though if it meant they might separate. As Steven said, if Tavia found out the truth about her parents' death, she might hate him even more). But at least we have another series to look forward to seeing them together. We have seen two ancient Stevia series, now I'm just looking forward to seeing a modern series "The Stars of Love." Hopefully in "The Stars of Love" Stevia will have a happy ending together.

I know that Tavia has many disappointing endings. But, I think that even though she usually never ends up with the one she loves....she always have GREAT men loving her throughout the show. The men are always willing to do anything (even die) for her and I find that a very great comfort. So, I figured even if she doesn't end up with the guys but she knows that they loved her dearly.

FantasyMania, I thought Tavia and Raymond (Lam) are only paired up in two series, i.e. GF and TOB? What is the third ancient series? I don't think FTF counts right since it was just a joke and they never had feelings for each other in FTF.

lil jojo, what you said does make sense although I never put much hope in Astro award since they seem even more rigged than TVB awards who still have pressure from the media criticism. In Malaysia, the media didn't do critical analysis or much make noise on the award, so it gives them more room to do whatever they want with the awards. The nomination list is already unfair.

Tamaya posted some SOL news.....Steven looking all over HK Disneyland for Tavia. There is also a cute Stevia pic.

It sounds romantic that Steven was searching for Tavia from morning til night in Disneyland before finally finding her. I like Tavia's hair being tied up back like this in the pic better than her usual untied short hair. I'm really looking forward to SOL.

It's great to know that they have a great time enjoying the rides in between the shootings. They do look great together. The tourists are so lucky to have gone to Disneyland on the same day as Stevia and have the privilege to ask to take pics and autographs from them. Wished I was there too.

Stevia filmed their final scene @ HK Disneyland, that means Tavia will get a few days rest before they start filming PS.

I read from Tavia Baidu that the official costume fitting for PS will be on Feb/16, the one they had last week was an unofficial one for just the female characters. Hope they'll have more photos on the 16th.

awwwwww the final scene for Stars of Love already??? I think I will be missing all the Stevia news, but then again, can't wait to see them promoting the series when it releases... but anyways, good to see that filming for this series was on task and was finished on time... I was really scared that Stars of Love would clash with Beyond the Realm of Conscience, but really happy that Tavia can take part in such a grand production!!! YAY!! Wow, Tavia took the elephant ride. I wonder if she was scared during the elephant ride like the ride she took during HOG filming with Bosco. At that time, she was clutching onto Bosco's thigh because she is too scared. I wonder whether Steven became her victim this time.

In some of the news reports, they did mention that the disney scenes were the wrapping up scenes for SOL. Doesn't mean those scenes are the closing scenes in the series.

I sure hope it's not the closing scenes in the series because I hope Stevia will have plenty and plenty of sweet happy moments that get us grinningly goo goo gaa gaa over before the series ended.

Sorry to confuse everyone, when I said 'final scenes @ HK Disneyland' I meant the last scenes they have to film for SOL, as in the wrap scenes like tamaya said.

Hmm......The directors don't film series in order, right? Like they could have gone straight to the love scenes, and then some other day, they film the introduction. That is a possibility. Yes, most of Tavia's ending are usually unhappy. But, thinking back to all the series she's been in she has always been loved by wonderful men. They would do anything (even die) for her and I think that is a little comforting.

LOW = Steven loved her till the end (even after she married). He was a scholar and goverment official with both looks and skills....a great catch in anyone's eye. Moses even though I didn't think they had much chemistry and the storyline was a little rushed, he did love her after marriage and stayed unmarried after she died.

TOB = Kau Chong loved her very much, time and time again he was willing to sacrifice his life for her and he was a very strong and successful man.

SITS = Need I say more, she had not one but two, intelligent and good of heart, men loving her unconditionally.

The Prince's Shadow = She had the King (though he was sleazy) and Adam (too old) but they both loved her and Adam was highly intelligent and cultured.

Vigilant of the Mask = Derek loved her very much in the show and so did her evil husband....yes he was evil but he was willing to do anything for her as well.

I'm not going to name all her series...but you get my point. I think that a happy ending would have been great but I think just knowing the fact that such wonderful men loved her in the show is a little comforting to me. So, cheer up guys....at least our Tavy has so many great and noble men loving her in the series.

Thank You for the welcome. I've been a member for quite awhile already, however, never posted until now. Finished watching SITS and at the beginning I was very disappointed in the ending but after thinking and rewatching (all the time) the series I realized that both men loved her so much. I think anyone would be lucky to ones lifetime to have 1 man love her the way they did.

The only disappointment I have is that the show was not broadcasted in HK. Because, I think this show could have had great ratings and the series showcases all the actors skills. I loved this show so much that I actually went and bought the DVD (good copy) from the store.

Speaking of babies, Tavia's probably had the most babies out of all the other actresses in her generation.

nlum919, I agree with what you said that at least we get to enjoy watching Tavia being deeply loved by (great) guys. Love how the guys love her in LOW and SITS. But I don't think she is that much loved in TPS. In VITM, Deric's character still goes after her even though she has married Eddie Kwan's character.

SITS ending is not satisfying enough but at least it's a step forward from LOW clearly unhappy ending for Stevia. Hopefully, SOL ending will be better than SITS.

It is a radio version and it's not very clear. Someone is also talking in the introduction and the ending. He actually says that Tavia's singing is quite good and Ms. Lok should give more chance to her. LOL. I really hope there is a clear version of it.

Just listened to the full version of the SITS Theme and I must say that the second verse is better than the first verse hahaha!!!
