I mean she keeps on killing people, whether they've been to their house or not.. because she can follow them around right?
Anyhow.. when is the grudge really gonna end-- when will she be able to move on and who's going to set her spirit to eternal damnation without getting killed first hehehehe

i think 2 is actually better-- such a good ending!! IT WAS SHOCKING!

i don't like the sound effects of this movie..esp that creaking door sound..makes me shiver..sheesh

The cover of the movie lokkks extremely scary.I think it's going to be scarier than the ring.in the ring ,there is only one scary part.

japenese movies are always so freaky....

acctually the first one not bad. i do get scared for certain scene... but i haven watch the 2nd 1... but i think it is much more scary than the 1st 1... my told me he drop his balls when he watch the 2nd 1

I haven't seen the 1st one but my sister said it much more scary than this one. I have seen this one and to tell you the truth, I wasn't scared at all. Of course everyone is scared of different things but I found some parts quite funny. Like near tot he first part when that women was crawling down the stairs and all teh guy did was stay down instead of running out that door.

I guess I need to watch the first one but my sister told me that the first one doesn't really have a story and hardly links with this second one.

I saw a trailer when they are remaking the Grudge. For american audiences. With that sara girl, you that buffy vampire chiCk ... i saw the trailer and it looks pretty damn good ...

I've seen both movies and they weren't really scary... The Ring series are a lot scarier... SOmetimes, it seems like The Grudge got their concept from The Ring, don't you think??

I need #1 and 3 of this movie!!! I watched Joun 2 all by myself at night! Ain't I'm brave or what? haha It wasn't all that scary. It's the crawling noise of that woman that was kind of irritating. I just don't understand how that house got haunted so badly. That's why I need the first part of this movie!!

i have seen the grudge 1 but i think it is not fear because of maybe it want to be as The ring (it is a very fearest film i have see)

I watched part 1 & 2. I think part 2 is scarier. The sounds are very creepy! The labour part is very freaky too. The little girl at the ending reminds me of the little girl in The Ring. Does anyone agree? There is Part 3??? Can't image what it's about since the Grudge was reborn?!?!?!?

omg man i saw the first one and it was pretty scary and it would be good if it had a good ending but it didnt. so i kinda just didnt want to watch the second one. but now i hear that if you watch the second one then things would make more sense. so maybe i should reconsider watching the second one eh?

i watched both part1 and 2...i think the second one is not as good as the first one and it is not that scary either...

but it's not really the girl doing it right? it's just that "the grudge" is a belief that if someone dies horribly somewhere, then it just continues.. so if she was the first to go, then that means she'll grab more people, and those people she grabs will continue, and it will go on and on like the ring.

I watched it yesturday, it was pretty good but not as good as the japanese version though

these korean and japanese horror movies i think is never good...story line sux and their ghost owayse come crawling to the victim..they use shoking sound effects and the ghost suddenly appear to scare the hell out of us..and the story line is like..they jest made it up in 5 hours...and they try to get away with it by making the story confusing...not so nice...but ive seen a few thailand horror movie..there not bad at all compared to ju-on or the ring..the story is much more good and at the end i enjoyed it tho the ghost resembles those from juon and ring...i think the movie is called shutter..and theres another 1 called rathri...good stuff..hope there will be thailand movie torrents availeble soon at asian fanatics

OMIGOSH i don't like scary movies! my friend made me watch it! i couldn't sleep =.= hecka freaked out!! never ever watching it EVER again!!

when i watch the grudge i was pretty freaked out that damn cat boy anyhow the grudge 2 seems promising hopefully it ends

Way better than the american version with Sarah Michelle Geller.. lol in my opinion, much more scarier. Sarah Michelle's acting was good, but the american remake of this movie was such a bad idea, stupid americans didn't understand the story at all

I thought the American version was quite good, though I haven't seen the original yet...too scared.

i seen the american version and i have the original one!!! but i think the original one is more scary then the aerican version!!!!! they just copy it from the original one man! tat suks

I think both part 1 and 2 are gud to watch.. freaky lil boi !!




i dont think japanese or korean horrors are as bad as u make out.. well dats my opinion anyway ' , most horrors rely on sound effects to shock and scare the audience and of course ghosts juz appear outta nowhere... otherwise its gna b a bit lame if u kno exactly wen dey're gna show up ... juz makes da movie predictable and not scary. Ive watched a couple of thai horrors and dey dont seem to b as scary... maybe its juz me?

Geh, I didn't think the movie was scary.

Well, I first rented Ju-on and Ju-on II (TV films) on VHS in Japan. That was like back in 2001. They were approx. 1h 15min each. Then came the Full length feature films Ju-on and Ju-on 2. And the latest addition is the American re-make The Grudge. I've seen all of them, and I liked Ju-On 2 (discussed in this thread) the best. I liked how the different episodes were connected to each other.

I just watched The Grudge 2. I haven't watched the first one... it was soooo scary!! =[ but..interesting. I was wondering.. Who is that little boy?? The one that makes the cat noise and just pops out everywhere?? Is there going to be a 3rd movie?? WHAT IS THE GRUDGE? What is the curse?!

You're kidding right? Haha..i found it hilarious not scary. The parts weren't scary lol..and i didn't really understand the story..well that's just my opinion so yeah...

Hmmzz i've read some reviews and most of them aren't positieve =/ But I think the grudge 2 in japanese version wasn't really good as the first one.

i think once u watched the 1st movie.. the 2nd one will not be that scary... good to watch on halloween..

it's not scared i agree...i think the second one is so bad cause it's the same event or simular event's repeating like girl get into house and get body inhabit than same thing with edison chen then same thing with almost everyone...gosh ahah but it was okay and it was funny ahha i guess after seeing scary movie 4 i see the kid as not being scary anymore ahah

I seriously feel ripped off after watching part 2 tonight..i thought it was pretty lame, the story didn't make any sense and it was just plain not written and done well. I can't believe i wasted 2 hrs watching that garbage! It was scary in some parts but really the movie was pretty slow over all and made no sense. To me it was almost like the director thought "ok let's just throw something together and call it the grudge 2 and see what suckers we can get"! They got me that's for sure!

I like the jap version of the grudge. Heheheh i'm lucky that i didn't watch it, since i see some bad comments about that. And american horror/scary movies, some scenes scare but most of it don't scare at all, even old ppl see it and don't get a heart attack XDDD.
