HI,
Back then I received this lei (thing go around my neck) for graduation and on the lei there were flowers where each flower was folded using 3 dollar bills and i was wondering if anyone know how to fold flower using dollar bills? I really want to learn to make it so i can give it as a present.

did it hav a stem and leaf?
