i'm really bummed that jun & shun won't be in it...really? they were planning on getting shun? awww! too bad he's busy! ='( n i think every1 wanted sawada shin back...but u don't think the producers thought of bringing him back ='(

I just saw a new trailer for the film and Oguri Shun was in there! as was Narimiya Hiroki (Noda) and Ishigaki Yuma (Minami) so that's at least 3 of the orig. 3-D class popping in! I don't know how big of a part they hold, but it's a start

Omg, you're right! I just watched the 1:12 min trailer, and sure enough, SHUN is back! And so are Yuma & Hiroki! Now I'm even more excited about the movie!

During all this time, they've been promoting Kame's return so much that everyone else has been kept very low-key, I think it's a bit unfair on their parts...then again, Kame does have a rather big role in it...I'm guessing everyone else (everyone from season 1 & 2 that is), have smaller roles, some probably only have cameos, so perhaps their roles are too small to be heavily promoted.

All in all, I was quite looking forward to this movie initially because of Kame, but now knowing that some of the original students from season 1; Shun's "Uchi" (my absolute favorite character amongst all 3 seasons), Noda & Minami, as well as Kuma are all returning, it just makes the movie all the more worth watching for me, as I'm a big fan of season 1!

It's a big disappointment that Jun is still missing from the cast, Sawada Shin is perhaps the character that most certainly SHOULD come back!
Oh well, at least there's Shun, Kame, Hiroki, Yuma & Waki, it's good enough for me.

omg its true! shun IS back! woohoo!! i can't wait 4 this movie now, i miss shun's "uchi" so much! of course, i miss every1 from g1! so i'm glad hiroki & ishigaki yuma r both back too! so the guy who played "kuma" is back too rite? i didn't see him in the trailer though...the others haven't changed much, they all look the same of course...uchi is back in blond! yay! hey, maybe that's why shun bleached his hair again? =P minami wearing a suit? i wonder if he has succeeded his dad's business...noda looks like he's still a student...maybe he finally gets into a art school? =)

in the trailer, i also saw shinohara, the cop yankumi had a crush on in g1, so he's back too? kinda wierd...didn't expect to see him back...

Initially there were "supposed" confirmations that Waki Tomohiro will reprise his role as 'Kuma'...but now according to more reliable sources, apparently that's not true...as far as we know now, only Shun, Hiroki and Yuma from season 1 are back...but having 3 of the original students back is still exciting

On the 30th, actress Nakama Yukie (29) attended the stage greeting at the preview screening of her upcoming movie "Gokusen: The Movie" that is going to get released on July 11. It’s the first movie of the popular dorama series that spanned over multiple very successful seasons.

"I’m feeling very sad about it too, but this is the last time. I became so attached to this jersey…"

In Gokusen Nakama plays a high-school teacher that looks really unsophisticated at first with jersey that became her trademark and her hair in braids, but she’s actually the granddaughter of a notorious yakuza clan and a very hot-blooded teacher that somehow is able to connect with her students. The dorama series with Nakama, her caustic words and a whole group of young good-looking actors started in 2002 and up until now NTV gave it 3 full seasons.

Nakama has some very earnest words when looking back at the 7 years. "When I see all those young actors working hard after graduating as students from ‘Gokusen’, I almost feel like a mother and like a real teacher."

KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi Kazuya is one of those young actors that are going to make their big screen debuts with the Gokusen movie. "It’s a great feeling to come back to Gokusen. My role became more of an adult now, you could also say that I’m finally on the same position as Yankumi (nickname of Nakama’s character)." He talked about the growth of his character.

There’s one thing Nakama regrets when looking back at the history of her character. "Yankumi herself has never really been in love, that’s some I regret a bit. A love spin-off? That sounds like a wild idea of Yankumi, but it probably won’t happen." Namase Katsuhia who finally became the principal in the dorama immediately added, "I’m still waiting for a spin-off about principal Sawatari."

OMG i'm in love with the gokusen series, I hope the movie is really good~~ Do you guys think that I would need to have watched Gokusen 3 to know this plot?
Maybe I should catch up haha~

And I'm so glad that some of the original Gokusen 1 cast are back! They're my favorite cast too x]

I'm looking forward to this movie, some of my favs are back! Shun, Yuma, Hiroki...but I'm really disappointed that Jun isn't back! Like everyone has been complaining, I think Shin should come back!

But other than that, I'm looking forward to it.

I knew about this movie ever since it promoted before it was out. Now knowing the movie is in Jap now, so want to watch it badly.. looking for the movie everywhere but only showed the trailer. Watched that many times already

^ Yes, Shun is in the movie, but he appears very little...like the other actors who acted as students in seasons 1 & 2, Shun only had a cameo role in it.

Didn't know there's a Gokusen movie already out. Wonder if the dvd is out yet. Can't wait to drool over so many eye goggling candies all in 1 movie.

I just watched the movie, Shun only has a very small appearance in the movie, same with the other part 1 guys, Narimiya Hiroki, Yuma Ishigaki and Waki (the guy who plays "Kuma" in part 1). The guys from part 2 didn't appear very much either.
