Just wondering who you guys think are best and why. They are all so popular in hk. My fav is probably Joey, but I recently really like G.E.M as well.

i like g.e.m.
she is probably the best singer in the hk music industry .
i think she is waaay better than a lot of new singers and she is a hugee future in front of her !

what does it mean to be the best? the best singer, the best musician? the best potential?

joey has been the best female artist for the past decade. miriam has had some very memorable songs, just not recently. kay has had some very memorable songs, most recently. and gem is a newcomer that composes/pens some of her songs but has the most potential, but hasn't accomplished a whole lot

if you are like me, i love potential and has loved gem's voice/charisma/music composing/writing talent ever since her first single.

Personally I pick Joey but I quite like G.E.M too.
G.E.M for the next pop queen after Joey !

I think GEM has the most potential with her natural range in singing...she has a poweful voice and can also do Dolphin note. GEM is a natural musician, being able to both sing, play and compose her own songs. With more experience, I'm sure she can perfect her techniques...

Personally, in my opinion, the order goes: Miriam Yeung, Kay Tse, Joey Yung, and GEM. Miriam and Joey have been in the industry for quite some time which means that they have some kind of talent to have lasted this long. Also, I really like Miriam's voice. It's very different, and you can tell when she's singing without even looking. Recently, I have started to like Kay Tse more than Joey because she has a soft but powerful voice and her songs are more of the style I prefer these days. With that said, I still think Joey is amazing though and GEM is possibly one of the few good newcomers.. I hope she can continue in the industry and make it big

My favourite is Joey...her improvement in the past decade has been so big....i think she really found the right career for herself...and i feel both fast and slow songs she does really well in it!!..support her all the way!!....but i also really like GEM for a teenager shes amazing!! lots of potential!!

I am a huge fan of JOEY, so I'm biased saying shes the best! But the others have their unique talents as well! Miriam must be doing something right for being in the singing industry the longest than the others. Kay has taken little time to prove shes really good considering shes sorta newish!! And G.E.M she really has potential, young and gifted!

At the moment, I have to say Joey.
But G.E.M. is so young she definitely have the potential!
