I wonder if there's any fansubbing forum here. Am I allowed to start a recruitment thread for Asian drama subbing? I'm abcd from Jiang Hu fansub. Thanks.

What commonly happens is the group that is subbing a certain series will go to that particular thread and inform everyone they're subbing the drama and if anyone wants to help, they can go to that particular group's site and apply.
So whatever dramas you're subbing go make a post saying that you are subbing it and you would like some help. Just don't spam the thread and make sure you stay on topic and you should be fine.
