oMG ... i wanna left some comments .... - for anybody who said that mars was not a really good series i think they are 101% wronG ... since i was not going to watch it because of the bad comment some peepz are givin' but when i saw 'em together in the movie ...... it's just hot .... they're chemistry together just so passionate ... it's just awesome ... i just fell in love with the series ... i want 'em to make more series together ... actually i want to see zai2 and barbie getting married ... like those big reception kind of thing (in the series or movie though but in reality would be gr8 .... i wanna see zai2 in a tux and barbie in a wedding dress ... oh yeah and the kissing scene in the movies were hot ... i was just going " wow that's hot " it is just similar to the hot kissing scene on american movies .... i think barbie kissing scenes with zai2 were hotter than dms-sc had ... no offense to dms-sc fans ... i'm being honest here ... so peace ... no need for war on dms-sc fans ... i'mma leave now =D

Zai and Da S have arrived safely at narita airport today.
- Da S was the first to arrive, and then they waited more for ZZ but he was still at the plane, then they saw his staffs.
- finally ZZ came with thick grey jacket, his mood seems to be OK today, his eyes was big (means he's thin )
- Ah Juan didn't go with him, only Fanny was there and she asked "So early waiting for ZZ already?"

lol yea they are, I really wanna see Mars. In MG 1 I wanted them to be together and not with jerry's character, but after a while I accepted that it wasn't going to happen. Then I started to like jerry' character.

In order to push "Mars," "Meteor Garden" and other Taiwan dramas into the Japanese market successfully, ZZ and Da S (Barbie Hsu) landed in Tokyo yesterday afternoon for 4 days promotional activities. Because "Meteor Garden" was very well recieved in Japan, ZZ and Da S, as the main leads, have attracted many fans to the airport to wait for them.

ZZ went to Japan, along with Da S, Shone An, and Megan Lai, nervous and overjoyed.

ZZ laughingly said that he's happy to see the so-called "Chinese flow" extending to Japan's entertainment world. He's very happy that "Mars" will be broadcasting in Japan and he also hopes to be able to work with Director Takeshi Kitano, who he adores.

Da S revealed that she currently doesn't have any plans of developing in Japan but she hopes that she can meet Kimura Takuya and Higashiyama Noriyuki. If she can't meet them, she'll still be very happy if she had their autographs.

Zai Zai loves Xiao Zun, Da S speaks Japanese

During this trip ZZ and Da S will attend 3 press conferences. During the first press conference Da S touched the Japanese media when she spoke Japanese coherently. Da S said in Japanese that she really liked Japan and that she especially loved Japan's rice and dishes.

When she said this it made the Japanese media laugh continously.

ZZ said that he really liked Japanese villages. He visited Xiao Zun once for his pictorial and he thought that Xiao Zun was like his hometown. And he also thinks that he and "Meteor Garden"'s Hua Ze Lei are similar in 3 areas. One is they both like to sleep, two is tenderness and three is they sacrifice for love.

ZZ also praised Da S as a senior and Da S glared at him on the spot. He correctly himself at once and said that she's the most beautiful, appeasing Da S.

I love it when the act out together. Meteor Garden wow, that was great and so is the most recent one Mars. I know SanCai & Lei fans would like them to get together at the end, but I guess they got it, not as SanCai & Lei but Ling and QiLuo.

(05/03/10) 1 million Da S & Zai Zai goes to Japan to proclaim "The War"

Da S yesterday early in the morning with Zai Zai together flew to Tokyo, for soon the Taiwan idol play "MARS" did in Japan for the time several days promos. "MARS" will hold reporter today in Tokyo for Meet & Greet, will do many interviews with the medias there.

Da S acted the leading role "Meteor Garden" once to broadcast in the Japanese cable TV that, this time act as the leading role "MARS" by her on Guanxi area TV station and predicted to air more in various TV stations around Asia but the Japanese media was extremely curious to "MARS".

Yesterday Da S & main actor Zai Zai arrived at the Narita airport in late afternoon, they hastened the vehicle to go directly to the hotel immediately, As they got stuck in traffic jam, as soon as they arrived at the hotel, everybody didn't even have the time to eat the thing, @ 5 in the afternoon.

Millions of portraits welcome guests at F4 Tokyo exhibition

ZZ and Da S are in Tokyo promoting "Meteor Garden" and "Mars" and have received big star treatment. After they just landed a few days ago they accepted a series of TV and magazine interviews. The media even went into ZZ's room and saw that there were 20 sets of clothing inside.

"Sheng Tang Jiao Fu"'s designer Yi Teng Da also designed for ZZ. As for Da S, her professional designer also designed for her, including 5 spring outfits and name brand shoes.

Yesterday night ZZ and Da S indeed dressed up to attend a press conference. Because this is the two's first time to promote in Japan plus the fact that they have become the local new favorites, they attracted over 100 reporters, a situation unprecendented. Even outside were hundreds of fans. One can see how popular they are.

Zhou Yumin (ZaiZai) and Xu Hsiyuan (Da S), who became famous because of "Meteor Garden”, had the fortune of meeting with the author of the manga herself. When Japanese female author Youko Kamio saw ZaiZai, suddenly it was like fans seeing their idol, very shyly stealing looks at ZaiZai the entire time, it made the scene look quite amusing!

The night before last, ZaiZai and Da S attended two press conferences for "Meteor Garden” and “Mars” which attracted nearly 200 media personnel who went there for interviews. Because the number of people was too many, the reporters alone needed more than an hour who lined up just to enter the venue.

ZaiZai, who’s promoting in Japan for the first time, says that it feels strange and unnatural seeing all those giant posters and billboards of himself hanging in the streets of Japan. For the past few days he has been interviewed by more than 10 media groups. ZaiZai, who admits that language is a weak point of his, was very nervous. Luckily Da S, who understands Japanese a little, is there to act as interpreter.

Aside from press conferences, meet-and greet with the fans, and tedious interviews with the media, the media discovered ZaiZai’s is wearinga platinum Cartier ring on his middle finger. Coincidentally, Da S also wore the same brand of ring on her hand, and she joked and said: “He’s always like this, he imitates me every time. He buys what I buy.”

Japan fans dislike that F4 wears cheap clothing

For 3 days, Vic Chou, Da S and others went to Japan to promote "Meteor Garden" and "Mars." The manga "Meteor Garden" is widely known in Japan, many people grew up with it. Many fans saw F4 through TV and they had to admit that Angie's choices were great. They said the four were "too miraculous, it's like they walked out of the book."

It wasn't until yesterday night until Japanese fans had the chance to meet Hua Ze Lei (Vic Chou) and San Cai (Da S) at a fans gathering. Outside the studio more than 1000 chosen fans looped around the Parco store about 3 times. 250 policemen were needed to maintain order.

Jin Zi, who helped design ZZ's image for this activity, said, "Taiwan idols don't pay attention to appearances. Korean stars are different. Every time they are in Japan they spend a lot on appearance like a fashion star. ZZ usually doesn't pay much attention to what he wears. He needs improvement on this. This time I helped him prepare 4 sets of clothing, enough to buy a car." She thought that Da S was amazing. Her overall image and dressup was very elegant. "Like a little princess, I love her."

I couldn't collect the ticket because I had to go to work, so I asked my friend to do it for me. It was No. 1145 which was far away from the stage. Some freinds of mine who are Japanese got No. 49 and 79 respectively. They were close to the stage.

We are going to meet at 代代木公园 ( A park, I don't how to translate it. Sweat. ) at seven. Haha!! Please don't delete my thread. I'll post the pictures here later and revise the thread. Harray!! I'm going to meet Z!!

I rushed off from office at once regardless my boss. He seemed to look for me, hehe. I hardly got to the venue with a friend. There were crowded of people. I found my friend who got ticket no. 49. How lucky she was!! She was close to the stage. It was seven thirty then. I got ticket no. 1145 which was far away from the stage.

So I decided to attend the exhibition with a friend first. Wow!! I really admired the work of the Japanese. Pictures taking was forbbiden inside, so I obeyed the rules. If we were found breaking them, it'd lose the face of the Chinese.

The clip of Z taken for PARCO was being played. Meanwhile, their costumes of 'Meteor Garden' were shown, too. The ones of Da S seemed rather old. There were giant pictures of F4 displayed. Ken Chu is so-so to me, but his pictures were rather fascinating. Apart from pictures of 'Meteor Garden', pictures such as 'Mars' and 'Taro' were shown as well. Besides, there was a small room, decorated romantically, where MVs of F4 were being played there.

The venue was rather small, but the Japanese decorated it well. It gave me a sense of being in the Disneyland. Items such as DVDs and others were sold at the exit. Posters of Z were given if one purchase for 10, 000 ( Yen ).

I took a set of sticker photo ( Meteor Garden ) outside the room. There were few people at that time. Also, I took a picture of the bunch of flowers sent by Vanness. it was eight o'clock something, so we hurried back to the venue.

Since we didn't line up on time, we couldn't go to no. 1145 to wait but the very last of the queue. Somebody played the broadcast around nine. We worried whether we could meet Z or not since the queue stood still. Those who queued up after came from 四国 ( A place in Japan ).

I was so proud that I fully understood what Z said. The Japanese had to get what he meant from interpretation. The queue started to move at nine twenty-five. The cameramen filmed us, the fans, as well. Some JMs wrote down the words 'Zai Zai' on their palms and of course, they filmed that, too.

The queue moved slowly. We guessed we could progress 50 M forward only according to that speed. The whole queue was over 1000 M. The screams of the fans was broadcast. We hoped that those fans could leave because we wanna meet him, too.

The speed became faster later. We were so glad and found it great fun for we had to run then. There were foreigners, aged women, couples and fan with seven or eight-year-old daughter. We could see posters of Z on the way.

We discussed whether to make any pirate recording or not. Though it was strictly forbidden in Japan, still, it'd be better if we could prepare well in case something might happen. 30 M left before I could meet Z, but we heard from the broadcast that the function was going to the end!! OMG!!

It didn't rain though it seemed likely to rain. It was our turn, at last!! We couldn't figure out why others scream like that. Now we understood!! All of us screamed as if we were mad!!

The staff forced me to go once I got in, but we insisted to stay in front of the window. We waved hands to Z while he was answering the DJ.

He was dressed in white. His hair was shiny balck, and he looked amazingly slim. This was the first time I met Z in person. He looked a bit different from the pictures... How slim he was!! There wasn't any extra fat on his face...

While Z was answering the DJ, Da S was waving to us, with a smile. What a belle she was!! She looked like a barbie with big eyes and fair skin. We kept waving, and Z turned around, waving to us, smiling.

Wow!! I forgot what we planned!! Not to mention doing any pirate recording!! In fact we did nothing but kept our eyes on him!! Don't you know, guys? We went crazy!! He was smiling and waving to us!! To us!! We were thrown out by the guards before we were 'Conscious'...

We kept thinking of how Z looked like when we went out. We looked at each other understandingly, as if both of us were mad. Later, I met the Japanese friend whom got ticket no. 49 alone at a cafe nearby, sharing the moment on meeting Z. I told her I met him for around 30 seconds while she said she met him for around 3 minutes!! How lucky she had been!!

She was close to the stage. A JM showed Z a Doraemon's mask and he winked to her. How lovely Z was!! I also heard from other JM that she joined a fan club of Z. 600 members attended the function and 12 of them were lucky enough to take the chance to shake hands with Z. One of them was so excited that she couldn't helping crying.

Da S comforted her with a hug. She told her 'That's OK' in Japanese. Her Japanese was pretty good. Z patted her shoulder and gave her a piece of tissue to wipe her tears. A JM asked them what food they prefer in Japan. Da S replied 'Curry with rice' and Z frowned, not knowing what to say. Then Da S replied, 'OK. I'll pick other'. Z replied quickly,' Curry with rice'. Wasn't he lovely?

Z either waved to the fans or clasped his hands as what monks do. Japanese fans wondered what it meant. I told them it meant 'Thank you'. Haha!! Z was slim and innocent!! I met him in such a rush that I felt dizzy, not to say making any responses.

Who can tell me when Z will leave tomorrow? It is said that very probably he won't leave at eight...

Supplementary:

Japanese JMs gave me the way of contact. They told me that they heard of Vicpower and did surf it, but they were not familiar with Chinese, so they knew not how to apply to be members. A JM took a picture with Da S while the latter was out and she promised to send me the picture. She came with her mama from 大阪 ( A place in Japan ).

The function was a great success!! It attracted fans from all over Japan. Japanese JMs called Z as 'Zai Zai'. I am not sure from where they learnt it, but their pronunciation was pretty good. I told them Z likes to take drumsticks and they were interested in it.

One of the Japanese JMs was filmed by Taiwanese reporters. The latter ran the story by saying that that fan, together with others filmed, could get a poster and an autographed CD of Leehom within a week if they visit TW. Faint... I really admired Japanese fans. They were friendly and helpful. And they were obedient.

We believed that Z will surely visit Japan in the future. Hurray!! I couldn't help smiling on my way home while I was travelling on the tram.

Last night Vic Chou (Zai Zai) and Barbie Hsu (Da S) promoted the TV series "Mars" in Tokyo. They went to two sessions and ZZ was warmly welcomed by local female fans.

ZZ and Da S were first at a fans gathering in She Gu with about 600 fans. Da S used simple Japanese to answer questions. She also said, "When I was 14 years old I started to buy Japanese book and learned because I really liked Takuya Kimura at the time."

12 fans got to go on stage to shake ZZ and Da S' hand. One ri ji female fan first shook Da S' hand and Da S hugged her amiably. The fan was really touched. Besides seeming like her legs were weak, she also wiped her tears with a tissue. When she shook hands with ZZ, ZZ patted her on the back.

Before ZZ left, he said "I love you" in Japanese. Although he looked embarassed, but the 600 fans at the scene were pleased.

Afterwards ZZ and Da S went to a radio station to get interviewed. They came into contact with about 2000 fans in the live broadcast room. Many fans were hitting the glass window to get ZZ's attention.

ZaiZai, Da S, or Ella – who is Taiwan’s number one comic book character look-alike? “Taiwan idol dramas are so great! How did they find actors that resembles the comic characters so much?” Japanese girls are into Taiwan idols, and these Taiwan hunks and beauties who seem to be peas from the same pods as the original comic book have become Japan’s most “IN” (hottest) idol topic even in the face of strong resistance.

In “Meteor Garden” who among F4 looks most like a comic book character? According to our reporter who conducted a survey among fans in the streets of Shibuya, the common consensus is that “ZaiZai looks most alike”, the extent of similarity reached as high as 100%. although the loveteam of jerry and DaS is very fresh in my mind because of meteor garden, still zaizai and DaS looked so good together in mars. remember their bed scene? vic was so gentle and careful with DaS. how sweet!

there was a bed scene???????? omg! do we get to see them.......what were they doing in the bed scene? hopefully it's not too R rated.

It's not too R rated but it's not suitable for teenager below 15 yrs old either, in my opinion. This drama touches some sensitive issues for teenager, sex, suicide, stabbing, insanity, obsession, sexual abuse, mother strangle her own children, etc etc. So when you watch this series you have to watch it with open mind.

OMG don't tell me you haven't seen Mars!!! It's the best show, intense and very HOT!!! There are so many kissing scenes between vic and barbie; short-impulse kisses, sweet-tender kisses, long-passionate kisses, romantic kisses, so many kissing scenes you can brand Mars as the drama with the most kissing scenes you've seen in a taiwanese series.
There is also a "raping" scene vic did to barbie,very intense!! And of course the make-out scene, fiiiuuhhh..who can forget that make-out scene they did on the floor, i can asure you it will make you sweat.
