they are doing a lot of ads lately (in less and less clothes) so I think their popularity will still remain till summer next year, but what will happen after that....

yea 2R was in this serie called heart of fencing, it's kinda cute, and that movie have a lot of special guest like edison chen, bobo, joey yung, eason chan, boy'z, shine, cookies, and some more. it's a pretty short serie

I like them but first i don't really like them then when i watched Heart of Fencing and I started to like Race a lot and then I started to download their songs and it was good. Then i thought that i saw them in a show but i forgot which one and then i remember that it was Feel 100% and I watched it again and they were there at that moment i feel hella stupid i have that show for a long time and i didnt' even notice that they were in there.

They aren't a copy of Twins for you people that keep saying that. I am a Twins and a 2R fan. No affence, but 2R have better voices. Twins and 2R are all very pretty. They just aren't a copy of Twins, some pictures look identical but they're two different groups and have two different styles. And one more thing, if you got something negative to say, keep it to yourself.

Rosemary and 2R yesterday judged a China and Hong Kong modeling contest. 2R agreed that a model has to be pretty and tall but personality is also very important. When they stood next to Rosemary they both said, "Next to Rosemary we are no competition."

In November 2R will release a new record. Race will write the music for the first time. "The song took a long time to write. At first I was afraid that the produce would reject it. Finally it was accepted." They have just completed FEI JI SIU (CONCUBINE SMILE) in China. They were jokingly asked whether they seduced the film's lead Edwin Siu Jing Nam. Race said, "Of course not! In the film there is, in the end it was successful."

(10/6/2004) 2R and Anson Leung Chun Yat yesterday promoted the film ABNORMAL BEAUTY (SEI MONG SEH JUNG). Race denied that director Pang Shun yelled at her for being unprofessional. "I didn't cry. The director doesn't yell at people. Even if we did poorly, he would put an effort into instructing us." In another scene Race accidentally stabbed Leung Chun Yat. "She stabbed me into stomach! It was bleeding and left a scar!" Race said that during the scene they were fighting. With all the red paint at the location she had no idea that Leung Chun Yat was bleeding.

2R, Yan Ng and Bliss were at a Yan Chai charity raffle yesterday and before the event, 2R had been filming for TVB's sales presentation, where Roseanne had to do some wirework for the first time ever. She admits that it is not fun, especially during her period, when she felt particularly vulnerable. When asked if she was not even more comfortable with 'extra pads', she just laughed and said nothing. As for little sister Race, she did not need to do wire scenes, just striking a pose instead, leaving Roseanne rather envious. 2R do not know if they will be taking part in filming for a TVB series, but they have arranged a screen test.

The clip was for "Fantasy Fashion '05" in which Roseanne was dressed in a schoolgirl outfit and hoisted five storeys high for the shoot. She says: "It is the first time I have been up so high and the feeling is quite exhilarating, so I asked the crew to drop me a little faster to give me the rush of falling." Although Roseanne had two pairs of shorts under her short skirt, but she still caused quite a lot of stares from the ground whilst she was dangling in mid-air and this left her a little embarrassed.

As for suggestions that "Hearts of Fencing" producer Wilson is favouring Race, Roseanne says jokingly: "Yeah, he is looking out for her!" However, Wilson explains quickly: "Not at all, you have more opportunity for expression in your character!"

2R's ABNORMAL BEAUTY (SEI MONG SEH JUNG) opens today. Race is on the edge of her psyche in the film. She dyes her hair red, goes crazy and says she wants to kill. Rosanne has to slap her out of it. To play the role well, Race cries for six hours. After the director yells cut she cannot stop. She says to keep crying is hard and she can only keep thinking about something unpleasant.

Raymond Lam, Alex Fong (Lik Sun), 2R, Yumiko Cheng, Andy Hui, Carlo Ng and Sonija Kwok were among the more than twenty artistes taking part in yesterday's leg of the "Stepping up in Hong Kong" charity run at the Hong Kong International Finance Centre. Split into twelve teams along with the other contestants, a relay race was held up the 88 flights of stairs in the building, but after the strenuous run, Raymond suffered from fainting and nausea and had to receive treatment from the emergency teams.

TVB sent out a number of strong representatives for this event, but many of them turned out to be 'sickly soldiers'. Once the leader of the 'Six Olympic Stars', Raymond's performance was not on par as he ran against Rosanne, Yumiko and some other women for the 420m on a running machine. With a lot of hard work, he made it to the end of the course, but became faint and felt sick and with the help of the St John's Ambulance team had to wear an oxygen mask to recover before being taken to the medical centre for an examination. Whispers among the crowd were heard commenting: "Wah! What a weakling!"

Afterwards, Raymond said openly that as he has been filming, he has not done much exercise lately: "At first I thought that a few hundred metres would be okay, but after half way, I felt myself wheezing. Seeing that the girls beside me were still running, I had to keep going, but as soon as I finished, I felt really bad and I lost all feeling in my legs. I am very afraid of being called a weakling!" Raymond had his blood pressure checked in the medical room and found that he is lacking in red blood cells and was immediately sick. Luckily he recovered soon and was able to sign autographs for his fans, but he says that he will never do such exercise again without preparing for it.

Rosanne and Yumiko also did not feel very well, but were not as bad as Raymond and after a short lie down, they were fine. Coming in last, Rosanne said: "I used to run in the school team, but maybe as I am on my period and not eaten properly, then after about 15 minutes, I felt short of breath and had a short blackout. I am fine now after a little rest."

Leo Ku and Queenie Chu's team won the race, but Leo suffered cramp in his leg and had to receive treatment from the medics. Leo says: "I was going to use some explosive power and I ran as well as I could at the start, but after the run, I sat down and felt very uncomfortable." As for swimming athlete Alex and exercise enthusiast Carlo, they both managed to get through without any problems, even after running 32 flights of stairs, showing their great ability.

They are not that famous in HK, just ok. But I like their outlook, they look so beautiful and their songs are not bad.

What I hear last time was they popped out bcuz of imitating Twins . I do agree on that but after a sometime, I find that they too have their own style.....

I agree also their singing needs more improvement, but heck they are still new and need more experience in improving their singing

their english is okay actually, it improved after shining friends. their cantonese improved a lot though. they don`t really sound much like they`re from singapore.

(12/2/2004) Andy Hui Chi On, Stephanie Cheng Yun and 2R two nights ago attended a World AIDS Day event. A model grabbed Cheng Yung's hand and forced it toward a fake private part. She screamed, struggled and almost cried.

"I know one of the male models. If he didn't coome to say hi to me I wouldn't have recognized him. (When another model grabbed your hand you were scared.) Of course! (Did the model embarrass you?) No, it's pretty funny. Actually I can play, sometimes I get crazier. These charity fund raisers are pretty good and worthy of support."

2R brought their parents but their father was shy and pretended to look away when he saw the press. One model grabbed Rosanne for photos and she was embarrassed. She also declined to pose with condoms.

On Jai was late and when he learned that the models scared Cheng Yung and 2R, he jokingly buttoned up his jacket and clothing, pulled up his collar for a "safety hat". "The male models messed with the female guests, do they female models for the male guests!" ON Jai invited 20 friends to the event and paid for the HK$10,000 donation admission.

[The Sun & Oriental Daily 19/12/04]

The "Spread a Little Warmth and Love Campaign" by The Sun and Oriental Daily's charitable trusts held a special event yesterday where a number of stars headed out to 26 charitable organisations and senior citizen's centres to hand out special care packs containing nutritional foods and winter clothing to the needy. The stars joined with volunteers from seven organisations to take these presents out to the centres all over Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories and spent a happy morning with the 8000 recipients of the packs and sharing a little warmth in the community.

The stars taking part included Gigi Lai, Bowie Lam, Helena Law, Deep Ng, Karena Lam, Cutie Mui, Margie Tsang, Elvina Kong, Kenix Kwok, Ellis Tang, Cheung Wing Hong, 2R, Yan Ng and Irene Wang.

The event was officially started in the morning in the Oriental Publishing Group offices in Kowloon as the Trusts' chairmen presented the stars with souvenirs of the event and they were split into smaller groups to head out to each of the centres. Kenix, Irene and 2R were unable to attend the ceremony in the morning, but still turned up to show their support in the afternoon and had a great time.
Popular duo 2R had prepared a lot of items such as rice, toilet paper and washing powder to give to the elderly people who loved alone and when they found out that they were actually visiting low income families, their gifts were even more appreciated by the recipients.

I'm still unhappy that TVB didn't ask 2R to come nack for HOF 2...What were they thinking??? THe new cast look hella ugly, and the reason why the series got popular in the first place is because of 2R. Don't you guys think so?
