He was so compelling in THE LAST PRINCESS ! I don't know how to feel for his character there...It was a mixed feeling....He was evil but a pitiful evil who just wanted to grab back things he lost since he lost too much when he was young....His mind was poisoned with vengenful notions by his mother...His heart was sinking with sadness and depression due to real life lessons.....He met Yun Xiang and it was love at 1st sight . She was also his life saver and I guess one of the few in his early life ....That moment he found his source of light and he was determined to hold on to that ONLY LIGHT ...
Noone taught him love was not possession . His love for her was clouded with vengeance and pain...It turned into more of an obsession ...a thorn in his heart...the only stimulation in that cold and hard heart...an addiction of the soul....
Hate him - I don't . Love him- I don't know . One thing I know is that he occupied a part in my heart !

he is truly a remarkable actor, i am currently watching the last princess, and he is amazing in that series, despite his evilness, i really enjoy his character, and plus he is so handsome, hopefully he will have more series

He's going to be the main lead in a new series Kai Zhang Sheng Wang 开漳圣王! I'm really looking forward to seeing it!!!

just listened to his album. It's a good first album, better than I expected. There are people better than him but he's better than many already. The songs really really suit his voice and his voice is really nice. You got to give him credit for his voice. Good job.
Why does yesasia not have his album?! it's just weird for yesasia not to have an artist's album, especially cuz yan kuan isn't a nobody either o_O

I recently saw some fanvids of him in this show and reading your review really makes me want to watch! He's so handsome and there is a lot of emotion in his eyes in the vids. Gah! But I'm afraid the show will be too long and sad and my Chinese isn't so good anyway. T_T But your description of his character is so appealing!!!!

Strong facial features and structure, but never liked him that much. I'm used to him playing villainous roles now.
