I definitely have no problem in sleeping. If I really can't sleep, it is most probably because I have sleep too much or to much stress. But I will not depend on any sleeping pills before.

I don't take sleeping pills. You shouldn't be taking so many at one time. If you really can't sleep, don't force yourself to sleep. Just do something else until you get sleepy.

nah, i don't take sleeping pills. Being on it too long is bad besides I can sleep fine. Even if I'm not tired or can't sleep, I find stuff to do to make me tired and then I fall asleep.

no way only if i very need to cause if u take it to much it will give u sideaffect and that no good
The best thing to do if your having sleep problem is exercise alot. If you really can't sleep then it is good to do intense training. This help because your body would be using a large amount of energy and fatigue which would make you tire and sleepy. I usually work out for 3 hours and every night I have a good night sleep. Waking up just feel so good after a intense training.

I have no problem sleeping therefore I don't take any sleeping pill.
Though sleeping pills can help in some cases, but they are not a cure.
It only a temporary form of relief. Regular intake might not even help you therefore you end up needed more. Furthermore, sleeping pills can be unsafe to use if you have certain health problems. So, always ask your doctor if sleeping pills would be helpful for you and listen to your doctor advice.
No, you will get sideeffect afterward like feeling depressed and very tired. This is what I have heard.

No, I never use the aid of medication or sleeping pill to help me to sleep.
Not only it may causes you to become addicted or too depending on it, it also might affect your health in a long term.
And i do not recommend anyone to do so, I'll try other available alternatives first before resorting to pills.

No i dont take it but sometimes i wished i can when i cant sleep. I think it is not that good of an idea because i think it gets addicting. Like those TVB series where people overdose it and end up in the hospital.

no, sleeping pill isn't healthy to consume daily. I usually watch tv or listen to music until i can fall asleep easily. If those doesn't work, i start countings and think about something (reviewing my memories)

I've never taken sleeping pills before. I don't like being dependent on a drug.
I rarely have trouble sleeping because most of the time I'm dead tire. About a week ago I couldn't sleep for 1 hour+ but came out and watch TV, fell alsleep not long after.

The only time I take medicine before I sleep is when I have a headache or a cold. The medicine itself might have side-effects like drowiness to make sleeping easier but I don't take any pills for the sake of making myself sleep...

I don't like to rely on medications to go to sleep. It's addicting and eventually your body gets immuned to it, you have to eventually take more and more in order to sleep =T

I've never taken sleeping pills before. In fact, I'm not much of a drugs fan. I hate taking any type of drugs...whether it's medicine or not. I can fall asleep basically anywhere and almost any time during the day.

I don't take sleeping pills at all. I don't need it at all. All the men in my family can pretty much fall asleep at any time anywhere. We sleep like rocks also. When we go to sleep it's hard to wake us up.

I do not take sleeping pills because I find them unnecessary. The more you take them your body builds a drug tolerance and you need to take more for it to produce the same effect. If an addiction has occurred then you may want to consult a doctor.

Yes, I take sleeping pills only when I travel to SE Asia, and when I return home I will take them for one week only. They are addictive, if you can't stop, you should go to see your family doctor.

im suffering from insomia since i was 11 yrs old and got worst when im in college. one thing that i didnt do is to take sleeping pills. im being paranoid, that i might get use to it, and if one tablet wont work, i'll increase the dosage which result to overdose.

i still suffer insomia, but i dont care, i still want to live

how to stop it, try to talk to your doctor, he/she might help you

I don't think taking sleeping pills is good since it will harm your health. I would suggest take a glass of warm milk, and then wash your feet with warm water before go to bed. This is really work for me. Try this first!

I take ambien, but it only works for a couple weeks. after that your body doesn't react to the drug as well. That's why they say its only short acting. Lunesta is suppose for long term use. But I haven't tried it yet.

Hmmm; seems like the person is already totally relying on sleeping pills to sleep. It's probably a psychological thing, so maybe you can try switching the pills to melentonin, which is the chemical that the body produces to induce sleepiness. Shouldn't have any side effects. And later on if the person is able to sleep with that instead of sleeping pills, you can switch them to vitamins? It's just a suggestion; hope it works.
