it will be the same cast.. and he wont look that old...he would still be very good looking.. they will keep the cast.. so thats why they have to wait so long to film it.. cos all the other actors/actresses have other filming to do before they start this one...

seriously buy only the taiwan version of the VCD cos its the full version... i know cos i have them... it comes in two parts... part 1 in white box while part 2 in blue box... its definately the full version cos i actually watched ISWAK online straight from the taiwan TV way before i bought the VCD for collection purpose... and when i watch the VCD i bought, i don't see any missing scenes...

heh i don't tink joe cheng will look older in ISWAK2 cos he knows how to take care of his complexion so well... idol shows actors will always look good no matter wat heh...

Same here. I really really love ISWAK but then TWFX is just as good. So I want to separate them....therefore, my all time favorite idol drama is ISWAK, and my recent most favorite ancient serie is TWFX.

yay!!, the only problem is, im not that educated in ripping and uploading these type of files either hahaa =T Do you have dvd decrypter? i only found this site that helps guide you through the dvd decrypter which takes the dvd and splits it into little files like .VOB, .IFO, and .BUP files which can be used to burn onto another cd. You can also watch it in the .VOB too, but you just need a program to watch it =P so yea.. i'll PM you.. i don't want to get off topic =P

It is quite an interesting drama. Love is so pure that the girl fell in love with the guy at first sight in school. Her love went from high school to university. The best thing is they stayed together. HAha. So, expect alot of fun especially they have crazy parents!

yes, this is a very typical girl fall for guy story. but the entire drama is anything but typical. every moment between ZS and XQ and so memorable and there are so many sweet scenes. it just makes you go ooooo and awwww all the time.

one of the reasons why i love this drama so much is because its just so simple, nothing is too complicated. It makes u think that maybe life can me simple and sweet. well at least it lets u dream. haha but joe cheng's character ZS...OMg i totally fell in love with him.

yes, i totally feel in love with the character ZS and joe at the same time. and i also love and hate XQ because there are times where i just want to give her a smack in the head and tell her to wake up, but it's all good. she got what she had worked for and it's well deserved that ZS ended up with her.

I, too, hated him for being soooo mean to her especially when he said "I only like smart people" OMGOSH, I wanted to KILL him for saying that---hehe, but I'm def. glad he's not like that and VERY happy they are togehter at the end!! The raining scene was one of my fav. parts and the part where she was willing to kneel for him!! AWww, TOOOOOOOO CUTE!! :yay:

I love the rain scene...it's like we finally get to see ZS confess his love for XQ. I love the part where ZS and XQ goes home and ZS talks to cai shu even more. Their conversation was so touching. especially the part where Cai shu was saying that XQ is not goo at anything and all ZS said was I know, I know. It was so touching, I could not stop crying.

yes there were times.. where everyone wanted to smack XQ in the face to tell her to wake up cos ZS wasnt going to like her..but her courage to go on even though there was a little chance that ZS would actually like her.. she was one of the most courageous characters i ahve seen on tv.. its not cos she was saving the good ppl from evil or cos she was richand smart... but because she believe in the love she had for ZS.. and she believed that one day her love would be returned.. which it did....i was so happy when ZS told XQ he liked her.. i was like tearing..If i was XQ i would have given up..and they she was willing to scarafice her love for ZS if it meant that she could save him and uncle zhang's company was touching..cos she was so selfless...

OMG lavender rain your sig is sooo cute....Aerial and Joe look soo cute together. It's a shame that its ended but at least they will be back with us in 2007 when the continued version is released.

girl love boy... boy don't like girl... boy later secretly beginning to love girl... boy no choice had to marry another girl... girl cannot forget boy... girl nearly marry another boy... boy finally realise he cannot live without girl... boy confess love to girl... boy and girl finally got married... and they live happily ever after...

not quite boy and girl live happily ever after because the show is still to be continued. I have been reading the summaries of what happens after their marriage and i can assure you its not live happily ever after because its basically Zhi Shu and Xian Xin. They can't pass a day without arguing with each other and its quite funnie reading what happens after their marriage life.

The rain scene was def my fav!!! That's prolly the most emotion ZS showed throughout the entire series. and yeah, i love how the dad was insulting and ZS was still like, I know but I'm willing to look past all of that. and the scene in the bed where he holds her close and professes his love for her, yet again. Episode 19 is the best out of the 20.

Yup, haha...I think eps 19 and 20 pretty much summed up what we all fans wanted to see. It was just so touching and sweet during the rain scene. It's like a fairy tale finally came true. So happy for XQ, not everyone can be so determined and willing to sacrifice as her.

^^^Haha yes Joe is really HOT in ISWAK!! I like him after the show, but watching his interviews will make you fall in deeper love with him because he's so natural and funny on the shows! He will not try to act in front of the camera unlike some stars~Even Joe's costars also speak good things about him, foe eg I know ZS's mum in ISWAK, I read that she has quite a good impression of Joe..

I think a lot of people did not know who Joe Cheng was until ISWAK. I mean he's way too cool and handsome in there. The character ZS is so attractive, a guy with an IQ of 200, tall, good looking, and smart. And most importantly it's being played by Joe Cheng. Haha...who could resist his charm. Hehe...at least I can't.

just watched the first ep today hehe.. cute.. i can say. but the scene everything is mostly the same as one of the jap series. hehe but jap series is the girl accidently kiss the guy lips.. but as for taiwan they start of that ariel gave him love letter..

this series overall is really really good.. with a good looking male lead.. and a really good female lead.. that had really good on air chemistry.. which kept us begging for more....too bad.. they don't have more series together...the next one would have to be part 2 of this series.. so sad..

I've got the original taiwanese version DVD.
There aren't any special features except I have the cards and photos that's come with it.
About the NGs, I was a bit disappointed. Cos I thought it will be something different what show in the TV ie ISWAK awards special. However, they copy the whole show into the that extra disc.

Is it the same for the VCD version?

There wasn't any accidental kiss in the Original Manga. I guess the Jap serie had to speed up the drama because it's only !0 episodes. The Taiwan serie followed quite closely to the Manga and able to delve more on the storyline as it has more episodes. I still prefer theTaiwan version.

ya i also prefer the taiwan one becuase no couple is cuter than JOE AND ARIEl...
