I havent watched this series yet, downloading atm
So judging from seeing the word ISWAK in almost every HuGe and Ariel thread i see in AF, im gonna guess this is good then lol, is it mainly a romance drama, or does it have funny moments in it too ???

and Ariel in Crunchster banner and her in TWFX is so different lol

i totally agree with you...this series makes us see that actually plain and stupid girls can actually have a chance in getting prince charming as well...zhi hsu is definitely a prince charming and i hope one day i will meet someone like him too....*dreamy*

ISWAK gave a lot of girls hope... its a good show... it shows that the prettiest do not always win (okae lah ariel lin is quite pretty but as XQ she is supposed to be dumb and plain)... and the handsome don't always only match with the prettiest hehe...

LOL yea, but the thing is.. watching these dramas make us want to find more "greater" qualities in our partner ahahahh therefore, it will be hard for us to find our match because we have such high expectations i guess its worth the wait =D

Yeah this show is addictive!!!I watched quite a number of times too...esp some parts of the show are really sweet~like the one were ZS and XQ went out to play~ZS and XQ rode the bicycle and went in loops~so cute~

i've finished watch this drama, and i like it more than japan's version. i don't like kotoko in dorama version because she is too annoying with her high voice ' but i like kotoko in taiwan's version. ariel could potray kotoko's character well, at the first time i've seen ariel as kotoko i think it's weird because she is too smart as kotoko but finally she got kotoko's character i think the development story more better than dorama

i agree with you.. this drama shows that "don't judge a book by its cover"
a girl who looks dumb n stupid but she has warm-heart n always cheerfull..and a guy who looks perfect but he don't know how to express his feeling well so people around him migh know what he actually want..

so glad this drama showed ZS has finally changed n it showed that people might be changed to a better person

Clement, you haven't watch ISWAK yet? OMG..it's a must watch. If you like Hu Ge and Ariel in TWFX, I am sure you'll like Joe and Ariel here. They're sooooooooooooooooooo cute!! Well, let us know what you think of it after you're done.

i just finished ISWAK last night. i'm starting to miss it already. however, i was pretty cheered up for the day after watching the cute ending.
i'm really looking forward to next year, or at least of news that the filming will start in the near future!

HAHA...I agree, that part was really hilarious. When I saw XQ opened her mouth, I was like...NOOOOOOO...CLOSE IT!!... When she choked on the worm, her expression was soo comical!! I couldn't stop laughing. XQ is really a ban dan but then that's what makes the serie so goooood!! Also I love how ZS knew that XQ was around and he was smiling at the stuffs that she was trying to do ..he seem to have so much fun..only bc it's XQ!

Yeah XQ looks very cute!!Esp if you watch the BTS, Ariel is soo cute!!She keeps laughing when she could not swallow the fake worm...then they had to do a number of takes..there's one time when Ariel dropped the real worm(it's a poisonous worm), Ariel and Zi Yu screamed like mad!

Oh yeah....the worm part was disgusting. ughh!!! but it was also funny at the same time. Haha...especially when XQ thinks that the worm will scare ZS off.

yeah she was so cute and she really touched the insect byb her muoth when i was the NG it was funny but poor Ariel she might be scare

i bought the jap version years ago..and now i bought this version too..hahaha..simply love this type of drama alot..so magical..hahaha...i will say the chinese one is better..at least...ZS still talks to XQ and there are more smiles than the jap version where the ZS is really so cold to XQ...however..i like both male lead..joe and takashi kashiwabara..hahaha..both my ideal guy type...lol

Yeah the Jap version was ok but I prefer the chinese version. The Jap ZS is not bad-lookinbg but Joe is better! And Ariel is definitely cuter and acts better than the Jap XQ...Joe and Ariel have this great chemistry too~

I LOVED THIS SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! especially the cute stuff they do to each other unless ariel in there was being really annoying. but i fell in love deep and hard for joe...he is so handsome, so *me gushes!!!!* i love him!

Iagree! Joe and Ariel did an excellent job of playing ZS and XQ. They really made the series work....and of course the director did good also. ISWAK is one of my most memorable series.

but ISWAK2 is worth to be waited.. this drama is a complete drama, there're happy, funny, sweet, sad n touching scenes.. so i'll wait for it patiently

i got this drama like a week ago.....and only got to disk 6.....i donno if i like it or dislike it.....some scene are cute but some are like come on....."why is she sooooo u know.....a ding dong....."?.....it kind of drag....like when are they going to huck up?...like she alwase going after him...when is he going to go after her?.....but i donno..maybe i havent got to the good part yet.....so i guess i'll just keep watching it....and see what i think in the end....

I know what you mean. When I was watching it, I kept saying why did XQ have to be that naive and desperate. Why did she do something stupid like that? And I would always say that she should have given up on ZS a long time ago. But as you keep watching, you will realize that XQ gradually enters ZS's heart and that they are meant for each other. Please keep watching, you won't regret it! It gets really good towards the middle.

yeah i dont nkow but a lot of sceens before ZS reveals that he really loves XQ, the things that he does....u still can tell that he cares about her a lot and i think those are the sweetest parts. but yeah sometimes XQ is a little *ba chi* but shes still cute

Yes Ariel is 24 years old and Joe's 24 years old too this year~They were both born in 1982...Ariel has this very cute 'baby face' so she doesn't look like her age at all! Yeah she looks 18-19 to me~Joe is a few months older than Ariel, I think about 3-4 mths I believe.
