During Meteor Garden, the entire South East Asia was crazy, you don’t have to say F4 or Da S, the whole audience just loves them, but since they rely on the drama to become famous, they don’t need to rely on face to face for support they just like them as a whole, I don’t know if in Taiwan it is this way they are supported by all and the media. But in Hong Kong the impression of the media toward them is their support have been greatly reduced after Meteor Garden 2 the momentum just fell, it seems they failed to call attention to themselves and they are in a crisis now.
Relying on a drama’s past gains is not long-term thinking, actually they are all unskilled in acting, their singing isn’t that great either, they don’t even try hard enough to remedy the situation but they still want to assume a big star stance, just how long can you rely on a pretty face. Vanness Wu was the first one to come to Hong Kong to film a drama, can say that he has a bad temperament, he doesn’t want to arrange for any coverage, his attitude is arrogant; can’t really blame him a lot of fans came bursting at the airport, 50 security men were at the airport but now its reduced to 5 people, Ken Chu was the earliest to arrive in Hong Kong, he still has that wooden expression, hiding the mouth, eyes and face having to face about 20 fans at the airport, he wasn’t even tolerant of his fans.

As HK concert is approaching, F4 are busy rehearsing. However, there are news that Jerry has a throat infection. He went for an injection yesterday afternoon, and was instructed by the doctor not to speak for the time being.
F4 concert will be held for 4 days starting from 22 Mar, F4 has started rehearsing since last wk. This is the 1st time F4 are working together again ever since they concentrated on their solo career. Jerry in under tremendous pressure, causing problems with his vocal cords.
During the filming of White Tower, there were many scenes in which he had to shout out loud. His throat was already unwell at that time. Last December, when he attended a meet fans session in Thailand, he sang a song with a hoarse voice. After that, he was troubled abt his vocal problem.
He continued filming White Tower until end Feb, and his condition worsened. Last wk, he started reheasing for the concert, but there were problems with his vocal chords during the singing lesson and his intructor suggested him to stop for the time being.
Yesterday, he went to the hospital and the doctor diagnosed it'sa throat infection. The doctor gave him an injection on his arm. It was supposed to be injected on his butt but Jerry was embarrassed so they injected on his arm instead. The doctor requested him not to speak for 2 weeks. Jerry decided to be a mute for now except during singing practice for the concert.

As the Hong Kong Concert Tour will be held on the 22nd of this month, every one are all busy with the rehearsals. But yesterday, unexpected news came out that Jerry had sore throat, causing the concert tour appear to be in jeopardy!
Actually, at the start of the early shootings of his drama “The Hospital”, and because he needs to have many intense shouting scenes, he already suffered sore throats then. In 2001, F4 through Meteor Garden became famous to the whole Chinese communities everywhere. Members Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Ken Zhu and Vanness Wu are 4 unmatched idols until now. At the last part of 2002 , the 4 started to hold their world concert tour, which were actually in fully-packed venues. But after their 2002-2003 world tour concerts ended, they had not done any concerts together.

After Takeshi Kaneshivo and Rain, F4 also accepted for a special interview on CNN's feature on "Asian Handsome Celebrities" to be held on March 22 in Hong Kong.
According to reports, CNN was initially just interested to Jerry, and its only half-a month ago that the management company decided to act on the invitation, but, Jerry's "perfectionist nature" again came up, because during the time with Takeshi, he talked all- fluent English in the entire interview, and so Jerry is worried to go on.
But accepting the CNN interview would be a great honor and would step him up to the international arena so it was very hard for Jerry to go through. But after coordinating with the management, it was decided that the whole F4 group will be sent.
Ken studied abroad in Singapore, and Vanness and his family are american-bred so they can join Jerry and translate for him, not only to relax his worries but to convey his very thoughts and feelings.

The very first method was to get a translator beside the 4 during the interview. However, they were afraid it might take up too much time and cause some stops in the scenes. Now, they would be doing the translation at the same time. As long as Zaizai and Jerry puts on the earpiece, they can answer straightaway.
This way of doing straight translation, Rain have used it before as well when he had his press conference in Taiwan.
The importance treatment that CNN is giving towards this interview has suprised F4. As the concert would be on the 22nd, all 4 of them would be having their rehersal at Hong Kan on the 21st and do not have enough time to go to the studio. Thus, CNN have decided to use the make-up studio at Hong Kan for the interview.

What a big fuss by the medias about Jerry And ZZ with their English...Sooooo..what if they didn't know English..! Speaking English or not only a small matter...

F4 is coming out again.. supposedly they're now called the Forever 4 because they believe that f4 will never disband..
Everyone has a new style.. except for Jerry Yan.. (almost called him Dao ming Si cuz I can't think right now.. lol) pretty much..
I'm curious as to how they're gonna do now.. since there are so many new groups out.. much younger.. like 5566 and all the Jstars..
What do y'all think?

why be so pessimistic? the news of their concert even landed on our shore..(saw them on local tv news)
they're the most popular so there're really nothing to worry..
i mean, w/o a new album (due to lack of time, it'll be released in April), they are able to seal 4 concert nights in HK!!
and the other asian countries to follow..
that shows their popularity..
i don't think the other boybands can achieve the same..
actually, them re-grouping in the music scene is quite delayed too much..their fans have been waiting for this for so loooonnngg..so you can see the excitement.
you can expect, their concerts are going to be flocked by overseas fans too! imagine them flying all the way to HK..
they've been in the headlines already, their concert is a must-watch..

F4 diehards should mark March 24 (Note: It should be March 22-25. The author probably doesn't know that it is a 3-day event. - Da A) in their calendars because it is the kick off leg of the F4 Forever 4 reunion concert in Hong Kong. Tickets for the event featuring Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou(who is now the boyfriend of Barbie Xu), Ken Zhu and Vanness Wu are reportedly sold out. Fans from all over Asia are expected to troop to the former crown colony for the all-important event.

True..because they all decided to do their own thing too delayed their album, regrouping..etc. But People will stlil love 'em regardless of how old they get. There all many groups out there..not just in Asia that still are together regardless of their temp. separation. I will keep supporting them as long as they make good entertainment for us.

Wu Pei Shan on Ken & Vic
After she sign on under Xiang Hong Shun, she started being in touch with dramas. Although she was only a small little supporting role with less words, but both dramas were working with F4 who was so popular. First, she worked with Ken in Meteor Garden. Wu Pei Shan said he doesn't talk much privately and she didn't dare to take the initiative. When she acted across him, she had only one line. That was when she saw him with other girls, she said, "You like such girls?"
Afterwhich, she acted in Poor Prince with Vic Zhou. In the show, she acted as his junior. She said, "Zaizai doesn't talk much as well, but he'll tell cold jokes once in a while." At that time, she even went to his place for majong. However, Zaizai didn't play, he merely let his house out for use.
Ask about the feeling of filming with her idols, Wu Pei Shan said, both have their own strengths. Ken was more open while Zaizai is more closed up.

F4 visits Kindergarten, Foursome Showcase Charm
F4 is currently working hard in their rehersals for their coming concert. As Ren Ci hospital is one of the sponsors for the concert this time round, the four of them took time out to the kindergarten and training centre under Ren Ci to visit in order to know their service.
On the day of the event, F4 was influenced by the energetic and adorable kids at the centres. They played games with them and even prepared sweets and presents for them, making them so happy and very crowded atmosphere. Among, Jerry and Vanness went to Yuan Xuan School under Ren Ci hospital to visit. When they arrived, they were made happy by little children who wore the tang suits. Both even got the little girl's liking, who kept talking to them and they sang the children's song, Feng Yang Hua Gu with the kids. However, when they were playing the hulla hoop with the children, their tall build became their burden and couldn't win the little kids and was defeated.
During the event, the popular part was still the present giving out section. Jerry and Vanness showed their big brothers attitude and gave presents to the little children. When Jerry saw this fat little kid who was very cute, he couldn't help but chatted with him.
Ken and Zai went to Yan Xu Yu Shan's kindergarten to visit and played games with the children there. When they were playing the "Da Feng Cui" game, they were very engrossed in the game. When everyone was throwing bean bags, Ken's team won in the end and Ken immediately raise his hands to show victory. Both were laughing out loud whenever they saw the children's funny expressions. Afterwhich, the kids presented the tee-shirts which they drew F4 on it to Ken and Zaizai as memories. During the present giving ceremony, they were invited by many to takes pictures together. Among, girls made up the most percentage and both of them were praising these little girls for their bravery.

Hey...did anyone see the interview of the F4 with CNN?? it said that they will be interviewed on the 21st of March 2006.. They got the International coverage lol...
