F4 Phils Concert after Holy Week
A very exciting news in a AM radio station here in the Philippines, DZMM..

The news was.....

Biggest boyband in Asia will invade the Philippines once again this summer..
Jerry, Vic, Ken and Vanness or collectively known as F4 will blow a concert
after Holy week, to be produced and promoted by ABS-CBN..

But people! Don't rejoice yet because nothing here is confirmed yet though DZMM
is ABS-CBN's AM radio station.. We still have to wait for authentic
informations before rejoicing.. Hehe! Let's just hope and pray for the
best..

18th April Things that happened of F4 in the plane

- Jerry & Ken sat together while Vanness & Zai sat together, in between them was a another row.


- Vanness chatted with Zaizai, at times, he'll laughed out loud.

- Zai kept sticking onto his chair & did not stand up at all, not sure why but Zai didn't even had his dinner, however, Vanness who was beside him finish up everything.

- Not sure why too, Zai kept playing with his fingers, or maybe saying, he kept doing exercises with his fingers ? And kept turning the ring on his index finger, sometimes he'll raise up his fist to do a boxing pattern, very funny. practicing some mars thingy?


- When Vanness, Ken & Jerry got absorbed in talking, Zai , at many times, would raise his head and take a look to see what is happening ....(Zai, why won't you walk over to play together, has ur butt for stick onto some glue?) too absorb in his rei role?

F4 tours An Man , Excited

The day before, Edison Chen, F4 & Jolin, Jay Chou who went to Middle east have arrived safetly. F4 is not worried about Yue Dan's safety at all but feels excited that they can go towards this secretive country. As to rumoured couple Jay & Jolin, believe that they would feel romantic and exciting.

It was high kept secret regarding this time's fliming of commercial, however, there were still fans who knows about it. F4 had over hundred fans chasing them all the way to Yue Dan. Fans not only had to pay high bills for air tickets but also expensive shelter and even risks. Although there were fans chasing all the way to Yue Dan, luckily there was enough securities, caring about the discipline and there wasn't any chaos.

- Vanness who disobeyed the weather wore a white bubbled sweater, he took it off when he went up the plane, inside was again the shirt, white Machi singlet.

HONG KONG ?You can never underestimate the tenacity of fans.

That is why a Pepsi spokesman told Sing Tao Daily that it is discouraging fans from following their idols to Amman, Jordan ?so as not to tax its security staff.

F4, Aaron Kwok, Sammi Cheng, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai and Edison Chen are there to film a Pepsi advertisement.

Nine big stars converged at an old city of Jordan, Amman.
Each of them put on a period costume designed by Yu Jiaan and stood in a row, looking very imposing. Stood in the center again was Pepsi? eldest brother, Aaron Kwok, with pop diva, Sammi Cheng, stood next to him. Four members of F4 were dressed as young martial artists, each with his own characteristics and looking absolutely very cool. Jay Zhou and Jolin Tsai were separated by Edison Chen. The styles of nine stars were mainly in blue color, and Jay Zhou even wore long-braids hair extension, a very new and fresh look.

After stars arrived one after another, they met with the crew to launch shooting of the commercial. Because this commercial is shot with an unprecedented cast, the first day of shooting already had 4000 Jordanian serviceman to act as extras. Plus, nine big stars seldom appeared together, the production team endeavored to best utilizing the photography time, shooting continuously from early morning until sunset. Pepsi has specially rented a restaurant for meals.

Just in case that the entertainers can? get used to the local food,
Pepsi has brought large quantities of foods and drinks from Hong Kong. The set had six police cars stationed and an ambulance, to boot.

Entertainers?make-up room was a make-shift big tent, located outside the set. To avoid the media and fans, the crew had thought of an ingenious scheme - Security personnel covered entertainers from head to toe with big felt blanket. This was done regardless whether they went to a washroom or went back and forth to the set.

The funny part was whenever the entertainer came in and went out, the 4000 extras present would cheer them. Especially when the two females, Sammi Cheng and Jolin Tsai, appeared, the cheering would be so loud that it shocked everybody. The male entertainers laughed and suggested that they should come here to launch their careers, they certainly would become popular.
During the shooting, one extra was injured and had to leave the scene. Fortunately his condition has stabilized. According to Miss Li of Pepsi ?Actually all nine stars were very popular, maybe because it was all males, so ladies were especially popular. As soon as they appeared, noise rose from all directions.?In addition, asked why, in the group photo of nine stars, deliberately separating Jay Zhou and Jolin Tsai, lovers according to gossip, She clarified that it wasn? arranged by Pepsi; it was all done naturally by the stars.

The 9 big Pepsi stars F4, Jay, Sammi, Jolin, Aaron and Edison started their first day of filming yesterday in Amman. There were 4,000 soldiers at the scene serving as temporary actors. Whenever Jolin and Sammi walked out from the filming scene, the 4,000 people would let out an earth shaking cheer.

At Pepsi’s commercial filming locations this time, they chose ruins located in Amman and transferred 4,000 soldiers as temporary actors. Due to the fact that everyone appears in ancient costume, all the actors and actresses had to go to the filming location at 6am in the morning yesterday to get dressed. After finished dressing up, F4 was very pleased regarding their image. They huddled and took a picture for souvenir.

However, Jolin and Sammi were most welcomed by the 4,000 soldiers. Every move they made would lead to whistling and shrieking.

In order to respect their 9 stars, when they were taking a group photo, Pepsi didn’t have fixed positions. But from the individual celebrities’ selections, one can see quite a few mystical spots.

Pepsi big brother Aaron Kwok selected the position that was exactly in the middle and stared straight at the camera fire-eyed. Pepsi big sister Sammi feng qing wan zhong bright-eyed floating up, F4 automatically stood together, and as for Jay and Jolin, maybe because they were afraid of awkwardness, in between them was Edison. And besides Aaron, there was no other person looking straight at the camera. Everyone’s expressions were very “killing.”

This expensive 400,000,000-dollar commercial has always tried to keep the contents a secret. Because they don’t want the appearances of the actors to be exposed, whenever the celebrities entered and exited the filming location they had to be “transported” from a preserved black tent. Regarding this, there was some laughter at the scene, everyone thought it was very fascinating.

F4’s new looks were exposed yesterday, Mr. Zhi said, “All of them don’t have any lines, but F4 have to hang down on steel wires. They have many fighting actions, which makes their part the toughest. There are 7 groups of reporters outside, so to prevent the new looks to be exposed, they have to be covered with big curtains when they move about and have to do their makeup in the tents. It’s the first time for the four of them to play such roles, they looks so rough!”

The four of them stands shoulder-to-shoulder showing their heroic spirit, flying in the sky, which makes them more outstanding than the other stars. “The designs are from Yu Jiaan. It takes at least two hours for each of them to put on their costumes with at least 30 accessories. What’s more, they have to have their hair set and lengthened. Seeing each others “heroic” look, the four guys burst in laughter.”

So how do they feel having putting on so many pieces? Mr. Zhi replied, “They are very pleased with it because only the four of them have to hang down on steel wires, which it the climax of the plot. It’s a very important part for the nine of them. F4 doesn’t need stuntman. They’re not the least afraid, they’re very brave!”

It is said that Jerry and Vic earned 10 million dollars to film this new ad. Ken and Vanness received more or less the same amount. The four of them together are the strongest among the nine.

F4 together as one

Taiwanese Boyband F4 showed up Amman, Jordan to shoot the latest pepsi advertisement. Despite being at an isolated location, F4 is very excited for the events coming soon. However, F4 looking at themselves in old Middle Eastern clothing for the first time, they can't put an end to their laughter and kept saying that "This is soo hilarious!! We are not really used to these haahahaha"

This advertisement is especially costly. Including F4, Jay Chou, Sammi Cheung, Edison Chan, Aarow Kwok, Jolin Tsai these 9 superstars will be appearing for this advertisement. Due to a good number of superstars, many of the paparrazi and the media crew were sent to tail these people. Also, there were 3000 part-time free lancer of actors/actress, so to secure privacy and reduce people tailing them, the filming team always have to change their schedule oftenly. The management team also hired several mobile toilets plus rented spaces so that these superstars can have enough privacy and prevent any unwanted images to be captured by these reporters.

The total duration for the entire filming journey is estimated to be 5 days long. The location the stars are staying is near to semi-arid deserts and so the difference in temperature is around 20 degree celsius. And so F4 experience the pain of hot-cold conditions.

The security was very very tight when F4 and the other superstars reached the tourist attraction, Jerash (where they are gonna shoot). Under strict surveillance, the place was surrounded by 2000 police officers, army, and crew. This type of security is indeed rare.

F4 in midair
Yesterday, F4 filmed dangerous scenes where they were hung by wire. The four were lifted up at the same time with their feets dangling in midair. The four didn't complain though.

All Nine Stars Drink Out of One Bottle:

Amman's desert and sand blizzard has the nine Pepsi super stars' eyes, nose, mouth and ears full of sand! With a 3 minute break, Jolin uses a towel to cover her face when re-doing her makeup, whilst F2 Vanness and Ken are her bodyguards. Jay and Edison decide to go in a mountain hole for a bit of Monkey Magic.

The 9 stars are in their 4th day of filming, water and toilet are the biggest of problems. Most have learned to 'hold' and drink less, only when they are really stuck do they take a 20 minute walk to the nearest reporter's car to do their business. To save water, they all drink from one bottle of water. Everyone of them have learnt how to tip water from mid air and are hygenic and skilled enough to prevent saliva accumulation.

The worst problem is wind and sand. When it blows, their mouth, ears, nose and eyes are filled with sand. Jolin has learnt to use a facial towel like the natives. When director calls cut, assistant immediately gives her the towel and she hides under the stone post, whilst Vanness and Ken, who didn't bring towels, accompanied Jolin.

Yesterday's filming involved all nine stars acting astonished, as everyone's actions was not sychronised, they ended up NG 7 or 8 times. At the end, all the stars were fovered in sand. But seeing that Sammi and Jolin were persisting all the way, the guys had to follow, no one lifted a brow. Aaron and F4 were hanging in mid air yesterday, no stunts man, all taking up the role themselves!

Jay Chou playful, 9 stars moving to desert "to find treasure"


Because the most important parts were filmed on the first days, the 9 Pepsi stars are more relaxed then they were when they first arrived.

Although they are all big celebrities, they showed no signs of attitude. Before they got into their positions, they played around together. Among them, Jay Chou could be said to be the most active. He performed magic and acted as ma liu with Edison saying that he's in a shui lian dong. And Aaron played host, interviewing other stars about how they feel. This time there'll be a behind the scenes made.

According to what is known, the commercial will talk about a little kid who brings the 9 stars in search for treasure. That "treasure" of course is Pepsi. In addition, there has been reports that Jay and Jolin are avoiding each other. There has also been news saying that Jerry bei ge with F3. Miss Li, the person in charge of this advertisment, declared these reports untrue, everyone are getting along very well. Especially Jay, he can play with everyone. She also praised each star for not complaining because of all the hard work everyday and lack of sleep. The team will be heading to a desert to film so they'll have to move hotels. And because there are about 200 luggage to be moved, they will have to check out at 4am. And in order to avoid the media chasing them, they have arranged for each star to get dressed, put on make-up, etc. inside the car.

While waiting to get into position, F4, Edison and Jay often gather to talk about basketball while Sammi and Aaron often chat, leaving Jolin alone.

The celebrities are not really used to the local food but luckily they prepared some of their own food and they also exchanged with each other. And while waiting for work to begin, Jay would frequently perform magic to amuse everyone. But it is a pity that F4 busted on him when they discovered the tricks.

The main thing that was filmed the previous day was mainly talking about a kid holding a can of soda guiding the stars to the treasure while riding on Ken Zhu's shoulder.

The filming location is very hot so in order to shade the stars, they took big clothes to cover the stars head while moving around. This became a fascinating picture and for this reason, everyone now has accomplished the power of "identifying by legs" by depending on each other's shoes to guess who's standing next to who.

While waiting to get into position, F4 met up with a sudden gust of wind making the sand fly everywhere. The four immedialy hid behind a big rock pillar and the staff also wrapped Jolin from head to toe. Even though it's very exhausting, the staff didn't complain, they just want to finish this project as soon as possible.

Hardships during Fliming Commercial, Celebrities create happiness in hardships

F4, Jay Chou, Jolin Tsai, Sammi Cheng & Edison Chen , these 9 Pepsi stars can say to be going up & down the mountains, swolling wind sand, drinking river water , not speaking up of its hardships for fliming the commercial. Yesterday (23rd), the 9 of them went down to sea waters to flim. Sammi & Jolin even wore high heels to walk on the waters. However, the huge appearence which was exposed , everyone have been praising it non-stop. In between, F4's turnover look was the most being pushed.

Pepsi which gathered all 9 pepsi stars, wanted a quality commercial. Yesterday, when they went to the Chang He Gu, local's seaside, there were crumpy rocks everywhere, thus the car cannot go in. Thus, the celebrities have to take a Number 11 public bus on their own to get into the fliming scene.

However, although it was hardships when fliming the commercial. Celebrities have been finding happiness in these hardships. F4 would play Cai Quan, and the loser would have to be beaten(using 2 fingers to sort of "pricked" it slightly) on the ear. Ken was the one who got "pricked" by most people. Jay was being said as Director Jay, very often he would carry his personal V8(DV) to flim the making scenes of the other celebrities. And he even arranged roles for different stars, F4 would become warrior stars, and need only to act cute in front of the DV, but he was very good to Sammi, asking her only to make a very pretty pose in front of his DV.

F4 together for 3 hours

F4, who has been rumored to not be on good terms numerous times, regrouped to film a commercial. Reporters chased from Taiwan to HK. The four were together for 3 hours. It was unexpectedly discovered that the opposed isn't really Jerry Yan, like the rumors say, but ZZ Vic Zhou. No wonder ZZ didn't look happy when he got of the plane.

Ever since March of last year, the four has rarely appeared together in public. In order to film a new Pepsi commerical, F4 comes together once again and went to Jordan together. During that time there were also rumors saying that Jerry was excluded by F4. In order to investigate the truth about F4 not getting along, a reporter stuck closely to F4 during the 3 hours from Taiwan to HK.

7pm on April 18th, F4 arrived at Taipei Zhong Zheng Airport and was on flight cx451 to HK. The four talked and laughed the entire trip and appeared to be excited. When they were departing, the four were chatting endlessly and almost forgot to go through the gates. F3 kept on asking Vanness, who wore a thick coat, if he was hot. The result was that Vanness couldn't take it any longer and took the coat off.

When waiting for the plane indoors, the 4 also chatted endlessly. But once the subject continously revolved around ZZ, F3 was very worried about ZZ's academic performance and kept on asking him about his test results. This annoyed ZZ. After going through besieges, this further changed ZZ's expression.

Secret Dialog
Below are the details of F4's conversation:

Jerry: Have you taken final exams yet?

ZZ: Yep

Vanness: Did you pass?

ZZ: I just took it, how would I now already.

Ken: Did you know the answers?

ZZ: OK lah.

Jerry: What does OK mean?

Vanness: How many questions didn't you know the answer to?

ZZ: You guys are so annoying!

Ken: When will the results be out?

ZZ: Help!

Afraid of airplanes, bad mood
When ZZ saw that they could board the plane he didn't have the least bit of smile and got on. When he got to his seat he was expressionless. He sat at the side not speaking. When F3 were eating the airplane meals, ZZ didn't even drink a drop of water. He just closed his eyes the entire journey. It's unknown if he was discontent because he was opposed and besiege by F3.

F4 arrived at the HK airport around 9pm and ZZ was still in a bad mood. Afterwards, F4 was arranged to go to the airport's dining hall. At around 10pm F4 had to take flight ek383. A reporter chased ZZ and asked him if he was worried about the chaos in Jordan. ZZ answered, "No." When he was asked why he was in a bad mood, Ken, who was at the side, laughingly said, "He's like this everytime he boards an airplane."

ZZ has a small fear of flying planes. ZZ was once advised not to take a plane often because there might be accidents. Besides work, ZZ rarely travels. In the past year, because of some air problems, the plane that was originally going to land took off again after 10 sec. At that time the F4 were scared to death, even Vanness was constantly praying.

After this, Zai Zai became very scared of boarding and flying on airplanes. Usually, the night before he will stay up all night so he would be able to sleep once he boards the plane, if he can't sleep, Zai Zai will sit there quietly and F3 will not bother him. When asked about whether Zai Zai is afraid of riding airplanes, he will become very embarressed and reply, "It's all right!"

Said to have problems, feelings haven't changed.

When F4 is said to have problems (when placed together), Jerry's being in Jordan is excluded by F3. F4 has already become used to these sorts of rumours and the usual leader Jerry Yan comments, "From the beginning we never had problems. We may not see each other very much, but our feelings towards each other hasn't changed." Beside him, Vanness also comments, "We are four people with one heart. Sometimes, we separate to work but we aren't actually separated, just like how I was so moved they came to the premiere of my movie in Taiwan."
Ken is no longer angered by these rumours. "It's been written so many times and explained so many times that we've decided just not to be bothered with it." Zai Zai agrees, "I don't bother with it. All that matters is that when we work together, we are happy."

Good Attributes, Bad Attributes
Jerry is F4's leader, the 'da ge', good attributes is that he is serious with his work, but the bad attributes is that he is too much of a perfectionist!
Vanness and Zai Zai really admire Jerry's work ethics, he is always the most punctual, but at the same time, Jerry's need for perfection creates a sort of stress and pressure. Ken gives an example, "Jerry is very serious about his work, a perfectionist. He gives himself too much pressure. The three of us will only continually support and encourage him."

Vanness is the most 'active' one, good attributes is that he is kindhearted, bad attributes is that he is stubborn!
Vanness is the best listener, Zai Zai, Jerry and Ken often go to him to discuss their inner thoughts. He is very kind hearted and cares for friends without being asked to, but while Vanness loves his job, the quality he seeks in his work is not much lower than Jerry. He is very stubborn with his work, and will not rest until he reaches his goal.

Ken is the caregiver (babysitter) of F4, good attributes is that he is meticulous, bad attributes is his lack of independence.
Jerry believes Ken is more meticulous than a girl. He says, "Whenever I am not feeling well, I don't have to say a word. Ken will notice and immediately bring me some medicine. Zai Zai's daily eating habits are overlooked by Ken, so he often gets to taste his dishes. But Vanness points out his own attributes is the lack of independence, he usually doesn't make many decisions on issues.

Vic (Zai Zai) is the 'happy-go-lucky' one in F4, good attributes is his contagious happiness, bad attributes is that he is lazy!
Zai Zai always cracks cold jokes (lame jokes) to cheer F3 up, whenever F3 is around, Zai Zai becomes very lazy, and doesn't like to talk. Whenever he is asked a question, he would point at the others and say, "Just ask them!" Zai Zai admits he is a lazy person, the best is that he doesn't have to work and someone will even spoon food into his mouth.

Increasing Fame
F4 rose to fame through Asia from the drama Meteor Garden, Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Ken Zhu and Vanness Wu ended up as the red-hot F4 in the entertainment circle. Their first album, Meteor Rain had sold over one hundred thousand copies, and the four became 'Taiwan's Commercial Kings', their income for commercials reach and even surpass ten million Hong Kong Dollars.

Year 2003, F4 separated and advanced solo, after performing the Pepsi Concert in Hong Kong on March 8th of the past year, apart from filming motorcycle and fashion commercials, F4 rarely gathered together. Jerry Yan and Vanness Wu travelled to Hong Kong to film separate movies, both Magic Kitchen and Star Runner's sales were not that great. Vic Zhou and Ken Zhu remained in Taiwan to film dramas and to produce CD albums, since both were a part of the drama 'Love Storm' which had very good T.V. ratings, Vic went ahead to produce his second album, 'Remember I love You' which sold more than five hundred thousand copies in Asia.

In the future, F4 continutes to work solo, with Zai Zai filming Mars, Jerry and Vanness in Hong Kong to film another movie, and Ken is in China doing more filming.

Nine Pepsi stars returned to Hong Kong from Jordan

Yesterday, Nine Pepsi stars, Sammi Cheng, Jay Zhou, and F4, etc,
finished their last day of shooting commercial in Jordan.
The nine stars returned from Jordan to Hong Kong.

The nine stars shot a large-scale chasing scene in a local forest of hoodoo, called Pepra.
Because the story was about a can of Pepsi stolen by a child,
the nine stars had to chase each other and climbed mountains and treaded waters.
A scene of Zaizai flying up the eaves and walking on the walls was extremely thrilling.
The story blended high-tech and science fiction together.
After finishing shooting, the director greatly praised their performances.

After finishing the commercial,
the nine stars took pictures in the magnificent scene as mementos.
They immediately returned to Hong Kong via Thailand by planes.

F4 plays duo mao mao at Bangkok airport

“Can’t go out, it’s cause commotion!” F4 spent 5 days in Jordan to film a commercial for Pepsi. At the Bangkok airport last night, there were fans and travelers. Practically everyone asked, “Where’s F4?” To avoid the media and keep things secret, the four changed many rooms and their flying times changes again and again. It was not until late at night did they arrive at Taoyuan Zhong Zheng Airport.

Xing Ma Fei Tai is the region with the most F4 fans. Fans are very wild. When F4 were in Thailand in the past, they needed police in order to get away safely. Yesterday the four exhausted guys were not sure what flight they had to take back to Taiwan. They changed rooms time after time.

Their broker Zhi Xiang Li said, “It was like we were fleeing the entire trip, but being able to return home is good. The “Mars” drama team has already waited for ZZ for a week. Director Cai Yue Xun is about to go crazy. All four of them have work, they can’t even stop for a moment.”

Xiaozhi talks about F4
April, 26.04

1. F3 ( not including Zaizai ) was snatching with Jay to see the newspapers that had news that they were fliming Pepsi Commercials.
2. Vanness & Ken was talking about topics on the plane, regarding Ken's english & chinese Chu Ji.
3. Zaizai slept on the plane, after finishing his food, he watched television, didn't go to the toilet throughout the whole trip.
4. Vanness was opening presents.
5. Jerry watched Japanese dramas that he borrowed than slept later.
