Does anyone know if they are making any new TV series? I have been waiting for a long time for them to produce a new series. As long as Jerry is in it, it should be great.

Don't think they're going to make a new series anytime soon, all of them are concentrating on their solo careers. I loved meteor garden I, the second one was a disappointment

this could be a possibility...but not as soon as we expect it...might take a lil longer... but i hope it does happen!!!

F4 Craze

Thailand’s many fans of the Taiwanese boy band F4 were delighted when their dream came true after years of waiting and the quartet of heartthrobs performed here in August.

Despite the pricey tickets, the show quickly sold out and a second was added. Still, demand remains so great that local fans are being offered another chance to see the four perform live again – and for free.

The catch is that you have to fly to South Korea to see Jerry, Ken, Vanness and Vic, where they’re playing this month’s first Asia Song Festival, along with Thailand’s very own Palmy.

F4 will be among nine acts from seven Asian countries at the festival organised by the Korea Foundation for Asian Culture Exchange.

The other performers are Hamasaki Ayumi from Japan, China’s Sun Nan and Yang Kun, Leon Lai from Hong Kong and My Tam from Vietnam and South Korea’s own BoA, Lee Hyo Lee and Tong Vfeng Xien Qi.

“It’s a free concert,” the Korean Tourism Organisation of Thailand affirms. “Anyone who plans to visit Korea at that time can ask for free tickets. Just show your airline ticket and you can looking forward to meeting and greeting the nine famous singers.”

The festival takes place on November 26 from 7pm to 9pm at Seoul’s Olympic Park. For reservations, call (02) 231 3895-6.

Despite F4 being the hottest band in Asia, i have really only 'discovered' them recently thru meteor garden! I always put them down to just another boy band but MG is one of the best taiwanese drama - previous experience is all about crying incessantly!

F4 Crazes South Korea Fans

F4 recently represented Taiwan and attended the 1st ASis Song Festival in South Korea. As it's the first time F4 is performing in South Korea, the set specially arrangwed for more securities on guard. When the 4 of them arrived at the airport, more than hundred of fans recieved them, almost creating chaos.

F4 sang 2 chinese songs, though fans didn't understand a word of it, they still sang along with it from the start till the end. And fans of Boa and Donf Fang Sheng Qi also scream and waved with F4, allowing all the 4 to be so touched.

Vic Zhou, which is first time in Korea, finds that all korean girls looks the same. And, Ken, whom is also his first time there, would be carrying back lots of South Korea stuffs back for his friends in Taiwan. As for the 4th visit of Vanness, he hopes to be able to go ski-ing with his family in future.

Says Loves Korean Dramas, pulling the gap closing between fans

F3 from F4 went to South Korea to attend a concert event, however, it was performing on the same stage with Ayumi and Boa. Zaizai and Ken even said that they love watching the Drama Da Chang Jing, pulling in the gap between themselves and fans.

F3 went to South Korea to attend the Asia Song Festival and it was the first time they publicly performed in a concert in Korea. However, as Jerry had to flim a commercial, he could not tag along. Only, Zaizai, Ken and Vanness attended the event along with Ayumi, Dong Fang Shen Qi and Boa, making the 3 of them so happy. However, never did they knew the security would be so strict, each artist could only stay in their own little room, unable to communicate with the other artists, making them sigh.

3 of them arrived during early winter, however, they didn't had time to go around. In the short 2 days trip, it was filled with interviews. They only had time to get some gingseng and kimchi back to Taiwan for a short relaxation. And, during the media's interview, Zaizai and Ken mentioned that recently, they love watching the drama Da Chang Jing while Vanness loves watching Lan Se Shen Si Lian. He himself even said that he was so touched to tears by the show, pulling in the distance between fans and him. However, as his schedule was too tight, he also had no time to meet up with Jin Xian Zhu, who co-star with him in the show, Star Runner.

Zai Zai use to interviewed that they don't have the series that have the 4 lead roll series. But they still doesn't split their group.

snowchild, in my opinion MARS is even BETTER than Meteor garden because of many aspects. The acting is definitely better( all the actors and actresses played their respective roles very convincingly), the storyline is very dark and mature (it makes you want to keep on watching. It doesn't drag at all), the cinematography was done beautifully, the cast were brilliant (such an AWESOME director!) and last but not least, the OST was a triumph. All the songs fit sooooo perfectly into the series, they complement the scenes, and we relive the moments from the series.^_~ The songs are also very great to listen to over and over again. All in all, MARS, must be the BEST Taiwanese series to have come along for a very very long time. Watch it and you'll love it just like me^_^=)=D

So far, I've just seen MG I&II, Meteor Rain and MARS.. I have copies of the others though but I didn't have time to watch.

I've seen 2 of the 3 movies listed.. the one with Jerry and the one with Ken.. Ken's movie was good.. I liked it! Is Star Runner ok?

I also like MARS (the OST is superb).. the story is good.. but I still love MG.. because it made me laugh a couple of times!

Vanness Reveals: F4 Reunite

After F4 went to do their own things, the results are mediocre. Lately, the company has revealed that F4 will reunite once again. Vanness verified this by saying: "The company is arranging for us to film a movie together. You will see us together again." Vanness also explains that even if F4 reunites, they will not be like before - not 'band-like'. They each have their own jobs at hand and will continue on with that.

Pepsi Charity Concert


The short Pepsi charity clips directed by Johnny To and featuring Edison Chen, Jay Chou, Louis Koo and Vanness are done filming. With the exception of Jay Chou, who will be absent because he'll be in America for a concert, the other 3 will be attendind the charity concert held on the 20th, Zai Zai Vic Zhou will also be performing. Pepsi will have a charity aunction on the internet. The money raised from the concert and auction will be donated to Hong Kong's Qing Nian Xie Hui Tong Long Chuan Funds.

The four will watch the premiere with 3,500 fans. Louis Koo will also be working with 200 teenagers in a performance.

Cai Yue Xun slowly chooses the male leads for Taiwan’s version of “White Tower”
The filming of Taiwan’s version of “White Tower” is fast approaching and Director Cai Yue Xun cannot choose the two male leads. Director Cai Yue Xun is about to go crazy from being dense by the tower. He dreamt of finding Tony Leung and Jacky Cheung and wanted to change the drama’s name to “White Tower’s Impossible Mission.”

Japanese drama “White Tower” was very successful. To recreate Tang Ze Shou Ming (Cai Qian) and Jiang Kou Yang Jie’s (Li Jian) high peak acting skills, the influence is known. With Hou Wen Yong’s novel becoming Taiwan’s version of “White Tower,” Taiwan’s male actors have to sharpen up.

The two doctors in Taiwan’s version are Su Yi Hua and Qiu Qing Cheng. One is the head of the medical department, honest and warmhearted. The other is a head surgeon, coldhearted, and wants to become the department head. The two roles resembles Japan’s version of Li Jian and Cai Qian.

Early on, Cai Yue Xun’s choices for the male leads included Bao Long, Zai Zai, and Joe Zheng Yuan Chang. But at that time there was no way to coordinate. Recently there’s been news that Alec Su You Peng, Steve Ma Jing Tao, are also fighting for a role.

Steve said that he and Annie Yi Neng Jing has seen Cai Yue Xun last week. He even plans to put his heart into Taiwan next year. And Zhong Shi also held a poll on line for the two roles. Favorites include Dou Zhi Kong, Wang Yao Qing, Lan Zheng Long, Zhang Xiao Quan, Huo Jian Hua, Wen Zhao Lun and others.

With all these choices, Cai Yue Xun can’t pick. The filming date was delayed from October to November and now to December.

Cai Yue Xun said that it’s best that these two roles be acted by actors that are above 30 years old and good on the market. He really can’t think of anyone.

Especially if a young idol was to portray master Su Yi Hua then the grim Qiu Qing Cheng can’t be an old actor. They must match, plus the other two main female leads. All four roles are hard to pick. Can Steve Ma portray Qiu Qing Cheng? Cai Yue Xun expressed that it’s very problematic.

Cai Yue Xun said that the Japanese version gives him a lot of pressure. His dream group Jacky Cheung and Tony Leung. Zhong Shi suggested Leon but he knew that it was impossible. Then he though about having Louis Koo act as Su Yi Hua, but Hong Kong clearly told him that Louis Koo can’t.

Jerry Turns His Head Back: Bai Se Ju Ta 3 for 1
The male lead for Taiwan version of <<Bai Se Ju Ta>> is revealing a stream of light. Director Cai is choosing between Jerry Yan, Blue and Dai Li Ren, who all want to participate in the show but they are all after the role of Dr. Su Yi Hua. Whilst the other role of Qiu Qing Chen is empty.

The two roles are the heart of the show. They contrast dramatically, Su being young whilst Qiu is more mature and more calculating. The combination makes the story what it is. Hence, Director Cai has contacted Gu Le Tian, Jacky Cheung for the role of Qiu. But when they heart that the filming will take 7 months, they all retreated. Whilst Dai Ren Li who has no problems with his schedule wants Su's role.

However, Director Cai feels that Jerry is best suited for the role of Su but Jerry has not replied, hence Cai is changing his mind for Blue and is still in discussion. However, Jerry has changed his mind and approached Director Cai wanting the role. He is now Blue's greatest competitor. At first, there's no one for the role, now there's a whole crowd, giving Director Cai a major headache.

F4 grants fans' dream of them reuniting
The four will be filming a movie together next year
F4 will be reuniting after its members have gone solo for almost 2 years. They are filming a movie together next year? Recently this news has been spreading from China, making F4 fans to be pleasantly surprised. Yestereday their manager Yao Yi Jun confirmed, "We do have a plan for a movie next year. One that is made especially for them but we are still in the discussion stage."

As for the news about Jerry Yan being invited to act in "Bai Se Ju Ta," Yao Yi Jun said, "We rejected a long time ago. The time isn't good, don't know why someone would keep on bringing this up. We already said he couldn't act in it a few months ago because the filming time is too long and we have other plans." Yao Yi Jun emphasized that Cai Yue Xun is a very great director but Jerry it's the truth that Jerry cannot act in it. She doesn't want any false rumors to cause any misunderstanding between both parties.

And as for F4's work plan for next year, Yao Yi Jun said, "The movie is one of them, the four will be the leads. The details are still being discussed." So has Jerry continued his contract? Yao Yi Jun said, "His contract was originally never going to be expired yet, we of course will keep on working together."

Next year, besides filming a movie, will the four not being acting in dramas? Yao Yi Jun expressed that they would have to see. Basically, if the drama takes more than half a year or 4 months to film, "time is too long, possibilities aren't big because they have other work and school to consider." Taiwan idol group F4 have gone their own ways with popularity sliding. The news of F4 reuniting has been revealed by Vanness in Guang Zhou that he will team up with Jerry, Vic and Ken again to film a movie. Reporters have confirmed this with F4's management. Ms Lu said: "Lots of movie companies are looking for F4 to film a movie together, we thought it was a great idea and we are trying to decide on the script."

Pepsi raises funds by auctioning its 9 stars' clothing

Pepsi's movie clips premiere featuring Jay Chou, Edison Chen, Vanness Wu and Louis Koo will be at the charity concert held on the 20th. yeah.. F4 is also doing a new movie soon (confirmed by Vanness). The movie is going to begin filming next year.. and hopefully it will be released next year. right now they're getting the script and things done.

F4 take the lead roles of Chinese-Korean collaboration movie "Feng Lin Huo Shan" (Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain)

Korea Movie Service Company (Cinema Service) is one of the most powerful manufacturing, investing, and publishing companies in Korea. The chairman of this company CEO Jin Ting Xiang went to Beijing in low-profile for the new movie that he'll be filming in January next year entitled "Feng Lin Huo Shan" (Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain). He's seeking a partisan to work with in China. According to what he revealed, he's already been in contact with a company he likes but nothing is set yet.

"We want to aim at some China movies in China's manufacturing market," said Josh Lee, manager of Korea's movie supervising group international market department. They'll be investing 50% in each movie and will find another investor in China for the remainder of the investment. According to what's known, these movies will have Chinese directors, actors, and will be filmed in HK or China. That means besides the script and funding from Korea, the other parts are by China.

Earlier there has been already 3 movies that China remade including "Sha Shou Gong Shi" (Guns & Talks), "Mama Xian Sheng" (Mr. Mommy), and Ireland movie "Waking Ned Devine." In January will be the Chinese version of "Sha Shou Gong Shi" --- "Feng Lin Huo Shan." The company has already been in contact with idol group F4 and have signed an agreement. They'll be the leads. The investments for this movie is estimated to be around USD$4,000,000 and it's also the biggest investment of the 3 movies by the 2 companies.

yeah i heard of it to....and it's called Feng Lin Huo Shan" (Wind, Forest, Fire, Mountain.i think u can find this news in the thrend where they talk bout 'taiwan male singer'..try checking it out...i think poor prince is ok...well maybe cos it's vic in it right..ahaha and there is lee wei hahaha they are so funny in there...i wanna collect them too..but so far only manage to collect mg1 mg2, love storm, mars, peach girl, come to my place..that's little..hehehe...wat is meteor rain all about? i really wanna know cos i never seem to watch them b4...

I know it's side stories for Mei Zhuo, Ximen and Dao Ming Si..I'm trying to find the whole series to buy so I can actually see it..but this is all I know bout it!
